One of the funniest things I've ever seen is this woman who ended up having to raise a beaver (not a euphemism for pilates). I forget the circumstances, but she ended up having an adult beaver living in her house. And, this little bastard would survey the house and find things he could carry and end up building a damn in the hallway leading to the kitchen, every damn day.

Half way through the video, she says to her husband, "Where's Rico?" and leaves the kitchen to search for the beaver....and just as she leaves the kitchen you hear a yelp and a whole bunch of crashing off camera as she presumably tripped over something....then a shout. "YOU LITTLE SHIT. THATS MY SEWING MACHINE!!!"

Ace had a video awhile back where a lady was taking care of an abandoned baby beaver.

He was doing the same thing in her hallway with anything he could find. They eventually released it because beavers will never stop doing that.

I must have missed that one. Just watched another video today about how every time Shaqulle O'Neal goes to the zoo (which he does a lot because he loves zoos) he always goes to the Primate portionj to taunt the Silverback gorillas. He'd go with team mates, and they all said Shaq loves to stare them down and they all always come over to the glass and just stare back...except when they were in Philly the one time and there is a giant Albino Silverback named Joey there who just waltzed right up and started pounding hard on the glass trying to get at him. Shaq said he was pissed because Joey didn't know how Shaq had escaped.

Gotta love Shaq.

They don't look particularly volcanic to me. They are "hoodoos", which are pillars of soft rock, capped by a layer of harder rock which protects the soft rock directly below it from erosion. Now the soft rock might be a thick deposit of volcanic ash, and the harder cap rock a lava flow, but the mechanism for forming the pillars is clearly erosion. We have a nice patch of hoodoos in the East Valley of the Red Deer River near Drumheller, and the rocks involved are entirely sedimentary.
