I saw my endodontist on Tuesday and he prescribed some mouthwash and antibiotics. Saw my (new) dentist on Wednesday, who also checked up on me.

Now I just wait for a new crown in a couple of weeks.

Yes, the ones who were BRUTALLY BEATEN she thinks needs to have their behavior "checked" and educated.

After getting a call about a "weird cat,"...

I ws walking in the park, two days ago when suddenly I had the feeling I was being watched and I could smell a very strong animal smell.

I didn't see anything but the foliage by the creek is a huge mess. So, i decided to finish my way away from the park.

The next day by the same place no smell, no feeling of being watched, however while walking back home, I caught sight of what looked like a small mountain lion, maybe a juvenile?

It disappeared into the foliage by the creek.

I didn't call animal control, but maybe I should have.

A mountain lion/puma in this area is barely within the realm of possibility, but highly unlikely.

In any event, is anyone familiar with a breed of cat that looks like a juvenile puma?

This Greenland deal sounds like the existing agreement since 1951. Trump is desperate and needs a “win” before the midterm elections in november so he TACO’d and agreed to the existing agreement. Fart of the deal.

Same deal as they already had. And of course he’ll call it a win and people will believe it. Unbelievable.

I read the 1951 Treaty and despite what people are saying that said nothing about how the US could dictate their investments. And how are they defining an ‘adversary’? Would that include Canada and other NATO allies (whose presence might be helpful at some point) that He doesn’t like?

Dealing with Trump is incredibly dumb. Like having someone threaten to burn your house down and then inviting them over for tea and crumpets. There's no way the US should be trusted to have thousands of troops in a territory it's already said it wants to own.

You can probably relax. They will have given him something which is probably nothing but something that Trump can claim is the deal of the decade.

Look, it's awful, but she probably did the right thing? Raising a kid you don't love or want is going to hurt the kid and the parent. Maybe you can get some kind of counseling to "fix" whatever is broken, but that's no guarantee. A loving adopted family is a much better bet for the kid. What is the dad thinking, I wonder?

If she wanted kids, had one, and mentally just changed...maybe you can't help it? Just get sterilized so it won't happen again.

And she didn't seem to be "celebrating" in the video, at least to me. No cake and party hats and friends celebrating her ability to go be a whore or anything (like some divorce/abortion videos I've seen). Just a matter of fact explanation of things. She didn't seem happy, sad, or anything...mostly emotionless and tired. She probably has some mental issues...

Saw a bobkittuh up close on the Blue Ridge Parkway. Larger than a domestic cat, maybe female doberman size. Still, did very cat things, like look at me, yawned, took a quick bath and then continued hunting. No other cars on the BRPkwy, so bobkittuh was unconcerned with lone hooman excitedly taking pictures from inside the car and squealing like a little girl.

Saw a bobkittuh up close on the Blue Ridge Parkway. Larger than a domestic cat, maybe female doberman size. Still, did very cat things, like look at me, yawned, took a quick bath and then continued hunting. No other cars on the BRPkwy, so bobkittuh was unconcerned with lone hooman excitedly taking pictures from inside the car and squealing like a little girl.

HEB has some nice wild-caught salmon portions that are ideal for dinner for the two of us. Put some seafood seasoning on them, cook in the air fryer at 350 for 13 minutes, top with pineapple-mango-coconut-tequila sauce and capers and cook for another 5 minutes. It's yum.

It’s funny, when I first started my fitness journey, I wanted to change my relationship with food and make it something that just provided sustenance. I specifically made it taste bland to avoid over eating. After awhile, I was like this is crazy, you can eat food that is healthy and make it taste good, too. And you can take food that is comforting, or maybe not necessarily viewed as healthy, but do a few tweaks (eat this, not that kind of thing) and not feel like you are missing out. We had pizza last night. But instead of a ton of cheese, it was a little cheese and a ton of veggies. I want to tell you I am not obsessed with food, but I went on and got a nutrition degree so maybe I am. lol.

176 I've spent a lot of time at sea in the Artic and Barents sea. Some parts are busy, some parts are completley empty. Passage along the coast of Russia is free all of the way in summer and most of the way in winter. North of Canada is where it gets blocked completely.

The reason why there isnt much shipping up there is there is no demand. It's a very spasely populated area and the goods are better moved by air.

Fuck Taiwan. Theres a reason we are onshoring chip development.

China and Russia can get to us, the good old US of A, through the Arctic Ocean. But not if we control it. And we can dominate the shipping routes and keep them open unlike say a Strait of Hormuz.

That's what Greenland is all about. The minerals are nice. But we haven't had a base there since WWII because of rare earth minerals. The earth isn't flat, it's round.

China wants the arctic to mess with us and take us down a peg or two. They want to be a world power, on equal footing with us over the oceans. Getting a foothold in the Arctic is the way to do that. And that's ice or no. Get submarines under the ice sneaking all around.

The French used to think the earth was prolate, not oblate, based on some theories by Descartes and the Cassini's. Newton figured it had to be oblate, pointing to observations of Saturn and Jupiter as well as his gravitational theories.

But the Frogs rejected that until they finally proved Newton right. Well, not all of them, there was a dispute over that, and they fund some big geodesy expeditions to measure it, comparing the equatorial regions to the higher latitudes.
