The Morning Report — 9/ 14 /26

HeadensHead.jpg

Good morning kids. Hope you all had a pleasant, relaxing weekend as we paused to reflect and remember the horrific attack on America 25 years ago last Friday. In many ways we are still dealing with both the root cause and the political/cultural reverberations of 9/11, as we'll delve into in a moment.

But for now I and my fellow sane residents of my state of Wisconsin are breathing a sigh of relief.

“God was watching over us tonight.” That’s how Wisconsin Republican gubernatorial nominee Tom Tiffany described surviving a plane crash Saturday night that ended with him swimming out of a sinking aircraft in Lake Wausau. . . An experience like this reminds you just how precious life is.”

Of course, Madison being one of the evil wellsprings from whence the toxic poison of progressivism emerged and continues to rot away at Wisconsin but the entire nation, as it was an epicenter of the 2020 election theft. Hoping and praying that this incident was perhaps a harbinger of good things and miracles come November for my home state and for the nation as a whole.

And all things considered, we as a nation and society are going to need a run of miracles if we are to survive.

Yeah, elections sure do have consequences. Given the moribund state of the Republican Party in New York City, two socialists, Darializa Avila-Chevalier and Claire Valdez, are virtually certain to enter the House of Representatives next January, and they’re already excitedly making plans for the damage they’re going to do to the nation’s largest city, and the nation as a whole, once they get there... Now, why would a couple of socialists, one of whom (Avila-Chevalier) is a convert to Islam, want to deny the city that sustained the largest jihad terror attack in the history of this country funding to protect itself from further such attacks? Avila-Chevalier has so much contempt for the United States that on Dec. 23, 2019, she wrote: “I forgot to get napkins so I just wiped my hand on the American flag behind me.” She followed this message with a happy-face emoji.

Well, I'm no longer a resident of New York City and State so that's a minor miracle, at least for now given the Democrats' virtual stranglehold on the Badger State. Then again, sooner or later there may be no place left for any of us to run and hide.

Shelly Headen is running for North Carolina House of Representatives District 62. She believes that Trump supporters belong in Dachau’s crematoria, like Jews during WWII. She posed in front of a backdrop of the actual ovens. Shelly was smiling. She has made similar comments that advocate for attacks on U.S. soil and violence against political opponents. She loves her violence. There is a 2024 Guilford County Sheriff’s Office incident report identifying Headen as a suspect in domestic physical assaults. One alleged assault was against her husband. Now she’s apologizing for her social media posts but also says she doesn’t recall making them. It’s a case of I didn’t do it, but I apologize for it. With some of her posts now deleted, we don’t know the full scope of her malice.

Posing in front of Dachau and wishing your political opponents, who are viewed as an existential threat to life, the planet and "democracy" are shoved into the gas chambers. Considering what happened to poor Charlie Kirk, what nearly happened on at least three separate occasions to President Trump and what happened to America's cities in the summer of 2020 and to churches, synagogues, schools and individuals at the hands of anti-semites, transexuals and abortionists for years now, I take these fiends at their word. The dehumanizing verbiage against us makes it that much easier to hurl the molotov cocktails and bricks, pull the triggers and ultimately send us to the ovens as this evil subhuman slag from North Carolina, and far too many like her in and out of office desire.

On these and all the other horrendous news we have, I bid you all to have a good day.

I worry about our government more than Islamics. All the actions about COVID-19 Wuhan killed and damaged many more people. They are unpunished actions. The inner decision makers that planned this out wanted us very dead, and are planning again.

It was a wake-up call, and trust from informed people dropped.

With Islamics, the Second Amendment gives the people at large an abundance of tools.

40 I came across some self described "conservative watchdogs" on the socials who claim Shelly Headen is clinically insane.

She's the one running for office in NC.

True or not, there's increasing evidence to support that many now seeking office are, in fact, mentally ill. And many are, not surprising, women.

Make of that what you will. Inmates running the asylum is, apparently, real life.

Posted by: Martini Farmer at September 14, 2026 07:50 AM (2Cry5)

41 So the Democrat Party withdrew its support from that vile, hideous creature named Shelly Headen. I started seeing this story come out over the weekend and while I'm thoroughly numbed by the Left's sickening and demonic nature, I have to admit I was stunned at this woman and what she said. It's so unconscionable, it's hard to believe it's real. There isn't an asylum big enough to hold all of these mad dogs. And the picture of her at Dachau, in front of the ovens...SMILING like she's at some roadside park scenic view is simply unbelievable. Just u-n-r-e-a-l.

47 Should we dismantle a super-valuable law enforcement tool just because it’s theoretically possible to abuse it?

Theoretically? There have been dozens of cases, so far, and the people with the power to look further into the matter haven't even started to do so. Every power, every tool, given to the government is not only theoretically possible to abuse, they've all been abused. Every single one.

If you want to defend flock cameras then you need to show that it can do something, something needful, which cannot be done otherwise, not just that it allows the police to look at things so quickly that they have plenty of free time on their hands with which to violate your constitutional rights.

We have admitted that justice is the excellence of the soul, and injustice the defect of the soul? … Then the just soul and the just man will live well, and the unjust man will live ill? … And he who lives well is blessed and happy, and he who lives ill the reverse of happy? … Then the just is happy, and the unjust miserable?

If this is TRUE for a man, then imagine this applied to an entire society, or culture, or religion.

With Islamics, the Second Amendment gives the people at large an abundance of tools.

You need to worry about both. Government Deep Staters plan on using the Musloids to oppress the people of the US. Go to Europe, it becomes apparent. It is a trick old enough that Aristotle describes it, if one is losing a conflict, the best way is to broaden it.

And the left circa Reagan was losing the internal conflict, thus they decided to go abroad to bring in people that would support their view from the Third World where tribalism ruled. Same sort of thing in the Western European democracies.

Oppressing and bankrupting the locals is a job fit for rootless low iq migrants who are often criminals themselves fleeing justice. Leftists really will rule by any means possible even it it reduces society to a dung heap.

I think the worst part of that whole thing is, the more they speak out, the more you realize they had no understanding what the trial was for and what they were determining.

They actually think were they to grant a not-guilty verdict, she would go free and that's absolutely not the case.

They weren't trying her for murder. She already confessed to murdering those three beautiful children. They were only determining whether she was mentally competent at the time of the murders.

She's still going to a mental institution and is not free to roam.

Posted by: Lizzy

Living life online via social media (younger generations) or vicariously by watching tv (older generations) instead of being out and around leads to being led by lies, half truths, and lies by omission.

We have destroyed the social fabric of society by living vicariously instead of by real life experiences with fellow humans and this has hollowed out our understanding of others into symbols, slogans, and caricatures that we can manipulate from the safety of our bubble.

Same reason that literature, movies, art, have taken a dive. They no longer reflect much of anything real but instead the internal fantasies of a shut in. No wonder our politics are rancid in the West.

178 Massachusetts lawmakers are currently considering a bill that would give Muslims a greater voice in state government and address areas of discrimination presumably perpetrated against that community. The bill would create an eleven-member commission to work with state officials on areas of concern to Muslims such as education, civil rights, health care, employment, and, of course, Islamophobia.

Would but have duties and health issues. First duty is to my declining mother who is in memory care for vascular dementia and now apparently the facility she is in is not delivering great care to her. So I have to make a trip to deal with it or move her. Sister that lives in the same town is literally checked out on the issue.

And the other problem is cost right now. Looking at an endoscopy for a dog that runs about 3K. We have a consult at the state veterinary college because the local vets simply cannot diagnose what is going on. And that requires another trip/stay in the same time frame as going on a long trip for issues with my mother. Recovering from major back surgery is pretty hard already from this spring--function is returning via pt but the pains have not went away as it simply redirected the stress on the upper back to lower damaged vertebrae. Takes about a year to return to somewhat normal according to docs.

As my wife who is employed while I retired would have to drive and take off work, she simply does not have the days nor the ability to shepherd me and flying alone is simply not an option anymore.

Federal prosecutors have expanded their criminal investigation into Democrat California Gov. Assistant U.S. Attorney Michael D. Anderson signed the subpoenas, which concern a criminal investigation in the Eastern District of California.

PJ is a warning sign. Essentially he gave in probably to maintain peace with his neighbors and wife/family. And you see this pattern often enough in GOP politicians--their spouses and children go left and the pol follows them.

That is because the entire education and social apparatus of the US is explicitly leftist--from Art, Theatre, Movies, pop culture commentary magazines like the Atlantic, universities, and our most prominent city life such as Washington and NYC/LA/etc.

To be other than leftist in elite circles requires so much mental effort, strain, and personal cost, it is no wonder that most submit even those who in their salad days were critical of the left.

Not much different than the old Soviet Union with its nomenklatura.

Yeah, she asked if she needed to pee in a cup and they said 'sure, why not.'

She came back in and said she thinks it passed. You swirl around the cup and sure enough, there was a MASSIVE stone, then another smaller object, which seemed more tissue. The ER doc said "you had twins!"

We were discharged shortly after, so it was the quickest trip to the ER we'd had.

NaCly, you have suffered far more than I. Mine is mental exhaustion and ordinary pain. You lost a loved one. Mine is a temporary discomfort, losing a loved one hurts for a very long time if not forever.

I get cranky and irascible as well as long winded. Tis my nature I am afraid. And while I see a winter coming when public issues will be resolved for a time, spring will come again soon after with sunnier skies and a better climate for new seeds to grow. Already, I am seeing some of the young turn away from social media, those addicted to tv are soon to pass away. And the uglification of the arts and humanities has reached absurd levels where AI generates better slop than the artists enmeshed in dark and evil thoughts. A correction is beginning to happen, Christian faith tested by extremes of wealth and temptations is beginning to return to its roots and there are other hopeful signs.

What's still shocking to me is that people are so gullible? It's obvious they're being played, but they can't seem to figure it out. They can't seem to be putting the pieces together. It's as if logic and common sense have decreased in our country and in the world.

247 but today, it takes billions of dollars, thousands of hours of planning and tremendous amounts of effort to just go around it again in today's age where we're supposedly so much more technologically advanced
——-

It took that much money back then, too. Estimates vary, but somewhere around 2% of the US GNP was allocated to NASA. They don’t spend that much today, not even close.

Money was no object, practically speaking. They were also far less risk averse in those days. Political considerations loomed large then, but they had competent people running things.

248 In the coming days, my sorority sisters and I will once again take our fight against the sorority Kappa Kappa Gamma to federal court. Oral arguments in our case will be heard before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit in Denver, Colorado. Years after we walked the halls of the University of Wyoming, we ask Kappa to honor its bylaws and acknowledge what a woman is. I hope that they will, not just for our sake, but for all the future generations who will walk through those sorority halls.

Ah yes, the man who sold out his fans for richer ones is the perfect example of a person who when they rise up, despise those fans that enabled them to stardom. They then get to pick their new audience from their new social class instead.

Born in the USA lyrics is not about some Vietnam Vet but rather Bruce dumping on his own background and despising the fact that he came from such squalid (to him) upbringing. It is always produces the most fake and gay overexuberance to join the holloi polloi. Mike Appfel, Bruce's early manager who got fired to be replaced by red diaper baby, Jon Landau, mentioned he thought Bruce had the talent to become a memorable artist, instead Bruce wanted to be a Star with fame and riches. And that meant kissing the ass of the liberal establishment which he did right after hiring Landau.

262 After Kennedy’s directive, Congress largely fell behind him. “So, you guys need to go to the Moon. How much money do you want?”

For engineers, and the slide rule big brain guys, test pilots, aerospace contractors it must have been a dream come true.

A confluence of technologies and political will that will probably never happen again. All the guys they interview about their role at NASA, whatever it might have been, always say the same thing.

They didn’t worry about bureaucratic red tape, nobody played that shit. Water walkers and “mistakes were made” types were immediately fired. It’s a study in how government can do great things, if it wants to.

We do live in an extraordinary time in an exceptional nation. We forget how unhistorical having power based on individual citizens really is.

Sometimes I imagine the USA of A as a top, spinning rapidly. The top can look like it will fall over, yet it returns to an upright axis.

We do have cause for concern, but we have reasons to hope as well.

Cocktail parties I hate. Had to attend enough faculty socials and political dinners to see enough of that fake shit where people try to fit in. Seen vicious snobbery at them and the absurd fakery in social interactions is beyond belief all based on materialism and social class markers. I usually ended up watching other people attending and listen mostly, commenting little.

I'd imagine soirees above my pay grade in arts or high finance would be even worse.

The ultimate description of the Pandora's box myth. And it fits with Christianity and Logos. There is always hope in the darkest night and there is always darkness in the most glowing of epochs.

I have hope for a better world and belief in a faith that can save me. I have fears that the sacrifices of all of my forefathers did to create this nation might be in vain and that the West itself become cast down into the darkness of Islam and vicious amorality of communism 2.0.
