Sefton: sefton at cutjibnewsletter.com | Lindsay Clancy Jury Forewoman Admits She Was "So Excited" When She Thought She'd Get to Acquit the Killer; Another Female Juror Says the Male Holdout "Just Couldn't Get Past the Fact That She Viciously Killed Her Children"He just couldn't get over that, huh? Wow, he's so irrational. And he wouldn't listen to the nine hens pecking at him and cursing at him! (They admit that profanity was used.) What a toxic-masculinity monster who won't just do what angry depraved Karens command him to do. Unbelievable. As I said before, I think this is a distortion. I think he said something to try to conciliate the profanity-spraying hens like "I can understand why you say she was insane" and the crazed kid-killer fans jumped on that and took that to mean acquittal, which they were "excited" by. He did consider your takes. You rejected them. Like all left-wing female supremacists, when you say a man must "hear" you, you mean a man must obey you. "He was very arrogant. He really did not take anything that anybody said," one of the women claimed. Another said, "every one of us in the hours of our frustration would get up and walk the room because you just couldn't sit anymore. And we would all go to the cart with the exhibits. He, I think, got up to the cart once very briefly and went back to his seat." "He would not interact with us and try to understand," she continued. "We read to him, on numerous occasions, the definition of reasonable doubt from Judge [William] Sullivan's instruction." "But he had the hardest time getting over the fact that Lindsay viciously killed her children," she explained. What a monster. Meanwhile, the she-maniacs said they disregarded the prosecution's case -- see, women don't have to listen to men, men just have to listen to women -- because the prosecution wasn't "compassionate" enough to the triple child-murderess. The jurors told the outlet the prosecution didn't show enough compassion toward Clancy -- who the jurors learned at trial struggled with crippling insomnia, anxiety, depression and suicidal thoughts and thoughts of harming her kids in the four months leading up to the murders. "I just found it to be harsh -- very, very harsh," one juror said. "The fact that they had no character witnesses in regards to Lindsay being a bad mother ... I found it to be biased." The foreperson said all the witnesses and evidence "proved that she loved her children ... so she had to have snapped." The trio said they found Reddington to be "entertaining," "arrogant," "compassionate" and "funny." "His compassion for Lindsay was amazing," one of the women said. So, just like the highly-invested Lindsay Clancy cultists outside the court, these women feel that the Real Victim Here wasn't the three children murdered in the basement, terrified and confused about why their mother is strangling them, but the housewife these soap opera addicts obviously identified with and projected themselves on to. You will not be surprised to learn that there were "strong personalities" in the jury room -- which I take to mean Alpha Karens who badgered and berated and shamed the other jurors into letting a child killer go free. The panel of nine women and three men deadlocked after splitting 11-1, but one woman, identified as Juror No. 5, told local media that the holdout at the end of deliberations wasn't the only one who initially thought Clancy was guilty. "The stand-alone juror was not the only one that was unwilling to see things from the other side, so I'm going to kind of defend that individual in a sense," she told the Boston-based WBZ-TV. "There were some big personalities in that room, but at the end of the day, it just came down to an inability to move past your convictions." She, too, was originally in favor of a guilty verdict, she told the outlet. "And maybe I still believe that in a certain way," she added. "I think that this is a woman who was not mentally healthy."See? The Alpha Karens pressured her. It gets worse. The "nurses on the jury" demanded the male (spit) holdout take the claims of other jurors as evidence and make his decision based upon this non-evidence. See, there were "nurses on the jury" and their stupid uneducated opinions overrule the actual psychiatric expert who testified that Lindsay Clancy was lying about "hearing voices." They called him "arrogant" and accused him of disregarding information from "nurses on the jury."See, the (spit) man was arrogant. The "nurses on the jury" offering their lay opinions as expert testimony weren't arrogant. They were giving expert testimony. Aren't all women experts, when you think about it? They have Lived Experience. I don't know what's going to happen, guys. I don't know how we survive one-third of women now being viciously insane. If they have a retrial -- no teachers, no "nurses on the jury." And strike as many women as possible.

Saw a lawyer online explain this. This is Mad-sachusetts, the prosecution has to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that she was not undergoing psychosis.
So the "more likely" standard should not be applied. It would be fairly "reasonable" to let her go because the "Devil made her do it" in Mad-sachusetts. Because it makes you "not guilty", without the proof of mens rea in this fucking state. She had already provided the case that she was the physical agent, however in this blew state, that's not enough. Totally stupid, but it would be Mass-reasonable to acquit Clancy if you thought that she might be psychotic (and who wouldn't?!!) while stalking and strangling her children, then cutting herself and jumping out a window. The world has changed. I served on a jury once, for a trial of a young cop accused of rape. A new father, he was involved in a flirting relationship with another woman who lived in his apartment house. She started it and pursued his attentions. He eventually had sex with her and her father then decided it must have been rape, forced his daughter to file a police report, and the trial ensued.
I was one of two men on the jury. The women on the jury totally blamed the girl for the whole mess. They drove a Not Guilty verdict, and would probably have thrown the book at the accuser for filing a false police report, if that had been on offer. I doubt the verdict would be the same one today. Four upstate New York children who were poisoned and killed by their mother and grandmother had an allergy medication that induces drowsiness and kratom in their systems, according to a new report. The disturbing details into the horrific June murder-suicide in Mechanicsville were revealed in a toxicology report, sources told NewsChannel 13. The four children were allegedly killed by their mother Sarah Myers, 44, and their grandmother Amy Steadman, 64, who then took their own lives, authorities said. https://trib.al/IB7niHY Posted by: rickb223 No, it is a natural consequence flowing from abortion up to crowning, assisted suicide, juvenile gender transitioning, and other horrific modern inventions. That one juror is going to become right wing hero... hopefully for just 15 minutes.
Why would this be a left vs right-wing issue? Daily Mail: Now FOURTH Lindsay Clancy juror makes extraordinary admission after deliberations swayed her vote: 'I thought she was guilty...maybe I still do." She said her initial stance was to convict Clancy - and despite eventually voting to acquit the killer mother, the juror admitted she 'maybe still believes' Clancy should go to prison. Thinking shes guilty, but having reasonable doubt, is the whole point of the system. There's no contradiction to thinking someone is probably guilty but believing theres a reasonable chance otherwise and therefore the State failed its burden. Yeah, but if your "reasonable doubt" only came after hours and hours of pushing by someone else, then it may not have been reasonable. If I spend hours and hours badgering a woman to sleep with me, her saying "yes" isn't consent. It’s fascinating how the dumbest Americans are so taken by sensational court trials. I would not want to be judged by a jury of my peers. A large percentage of the population are dumb as fuck. If you're a prosecutor in pretty much any criminal case, or defending a corporation in pretty much any civil case, you'd be a fool not to strike nurses from the jury if you have enough peremptory strikes and challenges for cause to do so (and don't have bigger problems in the jury pool).
Nursing isn't what it once was, and with nurses (especially under 50) you're largely dealing with real dunces. Women's lib and beyond has been accompanied by a real brain drain in the helping professions. I've met a lot of very dumb, very dysfunctional nurses. Enough that it doesn't seem like coincidence any more. Always true? Of course not. But jury selection is always fraught with uncertainty. And I wouldn't want to gamble on nurses at this point. I completely get this. My former wife was a complete closeted Cluster B shitstorm but she was very intelligent and could lie so convincingly that everyone believed her, everyone. Even my friends at the time. Everyone but my Mother. Even my Dad thought I beat her.
People refused to even acknowledge that they were on her side when the truth came out. It's like they seemed to completely forgot anything even happened and soon they just completely avoided me. She completely screwed up when she got blackout drunk one afternoon and called the wife of one of my friends crying and slurring her words when she said she made the whole thing up and now she was mad because my 12 YO son wouldn't talk to her anymore. The wife called the DAs office and told him but my former wife denied making the phone call and then it was a pure catfight. What a mess. I still had to go to court even though the DA dropped the charges at the first hearing when my wife showed up with alcohol on her breath. She was at a genius level when it came to deceit. Mass has a McHoul rule. Once the predicate of a minimum of proof under Mass law has been made to the judge that insanity is a possibility, then the state has to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the person was sane.
See Commonwealth v. McHoul (1967) "They suffered from a mental disease or defect at the time of the offense. As a result, they lacked substantial capacity either to: Appreciate the wrongfulness (criminality or moral wrongness) of their conduct, or Conform their conduct to the requirements of the law. But, I also think the relaxed standard of Mass law permitted the Karens to do their damage. By showing prior treatment for mental illness, the defense met its rather low burden to indicate mental illness was a possibility. That then meant the burden of proof flipped and the prosecution had to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the defendant was sane. This was an obviously terrible strategy, and I have no idea why it was chosen. I can only speculate that the prosecution was so afraid of criticizing her -- worrying that the jury would see her as sympathetic -- that he went all the way to praise. Posted by: Elric The Blade ===== Made it easier for the defense to argue that the murders were out of character. Husband's testimony did not help the prosecution either. But, I do think the prosecution might be able to improve on their case while the defense is kind of stuck to what happened in the first trial. That is, if there is not some plea entertained. I also think over time the public mood is going to shift on Lindsay due the batshit crazy actions of those copycats and the evil statements that Lindsay's supporters have placed on social media. willowed from previous thread:
203 There are laws in many municipalities in which a property owner with a pool that is not properly fenced in is held liable if a child drowns in the pool. Seems like the same argument applies to data aggregators. The data is an "attractive nuisance" to hackers but the harm is caused to the people whose data is hacked. Still, the data aggregator should have to prove they maintained an adequate fence around the data. Perhaps civil forfeiture could apply here too. Posted by: George V at September 09, 2026 12:20 PM (g6ahB) ====== This is the precise legal strategy to pursue, IMHO. The elements are identical: the pool/trove of data are the attractive nuisance, the kid/hacker are not supposed to be there, yet the law punishes the owner of the former and does nothing to the later. This needs to change. Negligence in protecting the data is negligence -period. Hackers will always attempt to gain access to the biggest data pile - this is known, or should be known to all the data center/AI interests, therefore failure to put in place adequate protective measures amounts to gross negligence and should be punished as such. I read that BM is no longer the cool place to be. Maybe they got tired of sitting in the mud.

Boston-based WBZ-TV. "There were some big personalities in that room, but at the end of the day, it just came down to an inability to move past your convictions."
------------------------------- I now believe that for many (most?) women their convictions are always subject to a popularity vote. If the group decides that X is bad/good, then you need to get with the program and change your convictions to match. Which means that they don't really have convictions in the usual sense - they just have temporary proxy positions standing in for the TBD group decision. And the lone juror just refused to accept his new group conviction firmware update like a bastard. Posted by: Maetenloch at September 09, 2026 01:12 PM (L9U7U) 377

As a guess, it wasn't Joe Biden himself lying about the cancer. The family can get more sympathy locking Biden up and lying about him, than trotting him in front of a camera to look confused and grunt out a little accident.

"I don't know where we go from here."
This is the problem with "conservatives." When the going gets tough, they slink away and weep for America. How about doxxing the other jurors, and yes, that includes the two male pussies? And then doing whatever we can to destroy them? And while I won't advocate for murdering them--not because they don't deserve it, but because I selfishly don't want to go to prison--we can do what they do when one of the good guys is killed: gloat about it. Ultimately this is not going to be settled by peaceful means. And frankly, I would be depressed if it did. I want justice. I know, I must be a glowie. Any honest opponent of the left wing would just cry and go somewhere to die./s Posted by: Ken at September 09, 2026 01:13 PM (aVf49) 382
