Sefton: sefton at cutjibnewsletter.com | Maria Bartiromo Reportedly Fired by Fox for Sharing Information About Election-Rigging with Trump, Which Fox Decided Must be SuppressedUpdate on Lindsay Clancy case, via Mark1971: NEW: @FoxNews has obtained Lindsay Clancy defense attorney Kevin Reddington's appeal filing to the MA Supreme Court, which includes Reddington accusing the lone holdout juror of being "biased" against those with "debilitating mental illness", which he says is a protected category. Dylan ByersEd Morrissey suggests that "resigned" there is supposed to be "re-signed." He adds that Maria Bartiromo is looking to sue: Byers did add another juicy tidbit last night. Bartiromo has hired a well-known attorney to handle the situation with Fox. Bryan Freedman is a heavyweight in the entertainment industry, described by the Hollywood Reporter in 2024 as a "street fighter" and "the Dark Knight"...Bryan Freedman represented Tuq'r Qarlson in his own suit against Fox, and actor Justin Baldoni in his defamation fight with cardboard actress Blake Lively. Tuq'r Qarlson praised him as "one of the good ones." (Not really, he hates all Jews.) What is Fox even doing? Do they want to be MSNOW? Unfortunately, JD Vance said that it was unlikely she would join the White House as Press Secretary:

Joke for ace:
After his plane was hit and he was forced to eject, the Marine Corps fighter pilot finally regained consciousness. He was in a hospital, in a lot of pain. He found himself in the ICU with tubes/IV drips in both arms, a breathing mask, wires monitoring every function and a nurse hovering over him, looking worried. It was obvious he was in a life-threatening situation. The nurse gave him a serious look, straight into his eyes. Knowing he was not only a fighter pilot, but a Marine, she spoke to him softly and slowly, enunciating each word: "You may not feel anything from the waist down." Somehow he managed to mumble in reply, "Can I feel your boobs, then?" And that, my friends, is a real positive attitude. Posted by: NaCly Dog at September 04, 2026 01:34 PM (u82oZ) 44

Chyron: "Iran War in Stalemate" Hilarious. Quite a "stalemate" there, guys. US strikes easily/with impunity at anything we choose in Iran. Iran has only ineffective missile/drone responses. US engineers 50-70% of pre-war Strait oil exports. Financial noose around Iran tightens daily (no Iranian options to counter). Currency worthless, banks shuttering, even regime thugs unpaid, rivets popping on every aspect of regime structure. A "stalemate". Also a "quagmire" I suppose. For the (possibly) billionth time: Watching Milwaukee commit fraud in real-time in 2020 was astounding. They consolidated polling stations (COVID!!11!), had tons of mail-in fraud, and decided that it was a great idea during SOCIAL DISTANCING to count the ballots in a central location. So everything slowed down due to that last step, and they literally transported boxes of ballots with police escorts to City Hall in the wee hours of the morning. They had almost nothing set up to announce the results, and when they did, they just slapped pieces of paper on a whiteboard for the media that had camped out there.

That evaluation of Lindsay Clancy came after the tragedy occurred, reconstructing her mental state on that day by looking backward. The struggle here, the real war, is a war on definiteness, on finality, on facts. Every nerve fiber of post-modern libetalism is dedicated to the erasure of objective reason and perpetual quibbling over the meaning of difficult words like "is" and "woman". A week ago, I had no idea who this Clancy bitch is, but now I know she is nothing more than another signpost on the road to a society incapable of sustaining itself. For some, that sign post is a beacon pointing the way to Progress; for myself and many others, it demarks the edge of The Abyss, and a turning away.

"biased" against those with "debilitating mental illness", which he says is a protected category.
So the defense is stating that "debilitating mental illness" makes a criminal above the law because such perps are allegedly a "protected category". So if an illegal alien has a "debilitating mental illness" — profoundly subjective in its definition, the illegal alien can rape and murder without consequence. Who needs a lawyer now? Just find a shrink that will bestow upon the criminal the "debilitating mental illness" diagnosis. It doesn't matter if the DMI is totally under control of the criminal, such where they can switch the DMI on/off to whatever the situation requires. ----- That's a good question. Probably slowly at first, then all at once. Incremental carve-outs. Part of it is due to perverse incentives in funding, and of course government regulation. "Least Restrictive Environment" in schools. We used to call them "handicapped" students, and that covered a lot of things other than mental cases. But they made it illegal to separate students for any reason. Crazy has been normalized. And of course, along with that, normal has been demonized. Another joke for ace:
A Marine squad was marching north of Fallujah when they came upon an Iraqi terrorist who was badly injured and unconscious. On the opposite side of the road was an American Marine in a similar but less serious state. The Marine was conscious and alert and as first aid was given to both men, the Squad Leader asked the injured Marine what had happened. The Marine reported, "I was heavily armed and moving north along the highway here, and coming south was a heavily armed insurgent. We saw each other and both took cover in the ditches along the road. I yelled to him that Saddam Hussein was a miserable, lowlife scum-bag who got what he deserved. He yelled back, "Barack Obama is a lying, good-for-nothing, left wing Commie who isn't even an American. So I said, "Osama Bin Laden dresses and acts like a frigid, mean-spirited lesbian! He retaliated by yelling, "Oh yeah? Well, so does Nancy Pelosi! And, there we were, in the middle of the road, shaking hands, when a truck hit us. I am grateful for the mistrial. Child killer going back to hospital to stew in anxiety until the state decides whether they retry. They have a year I think.

I asked AI to explain why NANC isn't proof of insider trading and it gave me back some academic argument that claims congressional Dems just got lucky because they invested in stocks with high volatility.
So I asked the obvious follow up, are highly volatile stocks exactly what you would invest in based on insider information? And the answer, amusingly, was several pages of yes and why that would be the case. I see this a lot with AI, the first answer is leftist pablum and then if you question it you get real answers... see this tells me Lindsay is freakout OUT about a mistrial !!!
Posted by: Black Orchid (j+aD2) at September 04, 2026 02:30 PM (j+aD2) Is she freaked or is the lawyer afraid of losing his cash cow? Posted by: Sponge - F*ck Cancer at September 04, 2026 02:32 PM (ccf/V) Lawyer gets paid for all this anyway. Has a chance to dodge the next circus if he wants. UK DM says the appeal to the Assachusetts Supremes, the defense attorney ghoul is saying this, paraphrased:
"The jurist is biased against people with disabilities." Wut. Thank goodness for the lone male juror who held out in spite of jury pressure within; a Karen taking his photo; and the defense attorney who will probably name him and give his address. Insanity. I have to leave soon and will probably hear the verdict and have to concentrate on driving. Outrageous if she's wheeled free. I remember hearing that Casey Anthony was free as a bird in the check out line in Publix in FL. Everyone was aghast at the decision, all of us bonded in shock. She's still living large somewhere with a boyfriend and I hope her tubes are tied. Posted by: ChristyBlinkyTheGreat at September 04, 2026 02:34 PM (hzuYO) 360

Jonathan Turley saying the article 25 is a request to set aside the mistrial which he says is ridiculous. Normally set for guilty verdicts under extraordinary circumstance.

304 The latitude that has been given to the defense attorney, after the judge essentially said it is over, is insane. They didnt find her guilty, she has another shot, and plenty to appeal if she was convicted. This is unprofessional.

crim rule 25 - motion for acquittal or not guilty finding
defense can make asking judge to say prosecution did not present enough evidence of guilt to warrant a conviction. Judge can grant. or deny. They can renew it next week even if denied today. Posted by: Our Country is Screwed at September 04, 2026 02:32 PM (N39Ws) ******* Thankful! THIS next trial the jury should be half male, half female. And sequestered. With the Pinkos sectioned off far away from seeing anyone up close for photos. It's as easy as that to not jury tamper like Dawn Light.
