Sefton: sefton at cutjibnewsletter.com | Released Emails Show Anthony Fauci Routinely Told "Scientists" To Delete His Emails (So That Congress and Other Investigators Couldn't See Them)No one is above the law, especially not a three-foot-seven malignant dwarf Bond villain. I did a quick search, and it appears that the statute of limitations for illegally deleting official federal records is just five years. So, no, not based on that email. Despite the Biden pardon, states like Florida -- through the work of Attorney General James Uthmeier -- have subpoenaed Fauci over his diary entries released by Paul. "Government officials have a certain level of immunity in their official capacities, but if Fauci personally profited off of the 'guidance' he issued, that very well could have broken Florida law," Uthmeier said. The overriding problem we have is that we have an "elite" class that is made up of nepos and con artists and those who really belong in fulltime psychiatric care instead of actual achievers and leaders. They are also fully aware of that, just like Hollywood actors who know there are 100s of people who could replace them at any moment. They DO NOT want to give up their incredible perks and lifestyle. So every moment and idea of this crew is to defend and guard against outsiders taking them away. They would gladly sacrifice anyone who isn't them to do that. So the behavior of Fauci, WEC types, or the vast majority of pols and corporate execs doesn't surprise me one bit.

If torturing beagles didn't tarnish his reputation with the left, nothing will. Everyone who would be made to think that Fauci is an evil bastard by these emails already thinks that, and none of the retards on the left that would crawl over broken glass to sniff his taint will have their minds changed by any of this.

Every year, I had to repeat a class that explained the penalties for deleting anything that might be a government record. It defined what constituted an official government record, and how they must be preserved, else I went to jail and was fined punitively.

74 The overriding problem we have is that we have an "elite" class that is made up of nepos and con artists and those who really belong in fulltime psychiatric care instead of actual achievers and leaders.

From Enron to Mortgage Backed Securities to Obamacare to Woke to TDS to COVID to the 2020 election, it’s obvious for awhile we’re being ruled over mostly by greedy idiots & psychos.
Our Elites are not, and probably never have been for two centuries, worthy of the name. They all despise Trump, and his supporters, for pointing this out to them early and often. Mostly low-class orphans and nobodies that were easily expendable in the quest to find a way for homosexuals to continue their insanely risky sex conduct. Kinda like the old Tuskegee experiments. Speaking of ponies that shit gold, I've been hearing about container-portable micro reactors since I was a kid. We're almost there.
A company called Radiant has shipped their prototype 1MW helium-cooled, TRISO-fueled micro reactor from California to INL/Battelle (on a semi!) as a PoC... its review process at INL has been fast-tracked and is expected to be approved with 8-10mos. They have selected the old K-25 site in Oak Ridge as the production facility, due to its proximity to X-Energy's TRISO-X fuel production plant, and plan to build one reactor per week there, once they have commercial approval. The first 15 have been pre-ordered by the Army for Ft. Benning. Alongside the salt-cooled modular reactors being developed there by Kairos, the face of energy is about to change. It really is just over the horizon, now. Posted by: Yudhishthira's Dice at August 31, 2026 03:41 PM (BI5O2) Posted by: A Blind Horse at August 31, 2026 03:41 PM (XeU6L) 139

I posted up thread that Fauci's accomplices in the CIA are his real threat. They will not stand by if he begins to talk about his relationship with the Agency, specifically who he conned or worked with. Putting pressure on Fauci, or the CIA to come clean about their relationship is likely not going to end well for the doctor.
If Rand Paul has any info on the CIA's involvement, he needs to release it. That would make Fauci's position a bit more tenuous. Posted by: Martini Farmer at August 31, 2026 03:45 PM (2Cry5) 141

Posted by: Yudhishthira's Dice at August 31, 2026 03:22 PM (BI5O2) One of the really bad legacies in US military history is how often flag officers engage in gross insubordination against their superiors and especially against the civilian authority. Starting right at the beginning with Gates and the Conway Cabal, McClellan and Ripley in the Civil War (Ripley was the shit head who disobeyed Lincoln's order to buy Spencer Rifles), McArthur during WWII and Korea, etc. Even McCrystal criticizing Chocolate Fonzie during the GWOT. If he felt that strongly about Obama being a shit head, he should have resigned his commission first, rather than commit clear violations of UCMJ. Put a few generals up against the wall and the problem solves itself. To quote Stalin "No man, no problem."
