He objects to some mention in the prosecution's motions about conspiracy theories. I guess the prosecution was drawing a negative inference about the defense, based on the insanity of Tyler Robinson's defenders.

That's a misuse of 'heritable'. Sure if you get insane tendences by association, your kids are in a close association with you and are very likely to pick it up as well, but that still is just an environmental/associaitonal link.

In Comedy, people have different tastes like they do in music. Andy was out there but so were Ernie Kovacs and Lenny Bruce, Peter Sellers, etc. Same for Norm MacDonald, Redd Foxx, Buddy Hackett, or Bill Cosby, Rowan Atkinson, Stephen Fry, etc.

In fact, that is partly why you see so few brilliant female comedians--you have to get way out of your and your audience's comfort zone to be fundamentally strange. And that appeals to some and doesn't appeal to others. And sometimes even that can change based on context and people surrounding you.

Same reason that some sitcoms use laugh tracks to cue you to laugh along.

There are some studies out there that indicate, at least in earthworms, etc., that trauma or bliss in one creature's memory can be heritable via being encoded in DNA.

And from that, along with some genealogical studies, they have found some families have a great deal of trauma over the generations. So they conclude at that a correlation exists but no one can actually point to how that mechanism in earthworms might be tested in humans.

As far as the insanity plea, she managed to fool others, which makes her a psychopath like Bundy or other serial killers who act normal and murder.

The neighbors and coworkers always comment that the serial killer seemed nice and was quiet.

Her mother and sister said she admitted to wanting to harm her children three months prior, and was acting paranoid. I have to wonder why those around her didn't do anything. Her brief psych rehab should have kept her after she checked herself in. However, psychopaths can certainly appear normal and are intelligent enough to fool professionals.

She needs to remain in prison for the rest of her life.

And it is all a pack of lies. Most serial killers have a long history of evil behavior as do in fact, most violent criminals. They start out small and then blossom into sociopaths. Irina's killer in Charlotte came from such a horrendous family of sociopaths and killers.

O’Brien’s music is pretty much the only reason to watch the Rocky Horror “sequel”; and his music and Christopher Lee are about the only reason to watch The Return of Captain Invincible.

He was one of the actors in Dark City, and supposedly (according to the commentary track) he made up music for it just as a lark and would sing it on set while waiting. That would probably be amazing to hear.

I don't think women prisoners take kindly to child murderers from what I've read. Men prisoners certainly don't and if there is rape and abuse involved they take care of them for the state.
