Leftist Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney told reporters on Saturday that his country is “at war” with the United States after trade talks collapsed.Well, maybe this fool is actually on to something, perhaps not quite in the way he thinks. A new report is warning that Muslim Brotherhood-aligned networks have embedded themselves across the Canadian government, charities, and universities, raising concerns about the influence of Islamist organizations within the country’s democratic institutions. . . The findings come as the Muslim Brotherhood itself has faced increasing scrutiny from the U.S. government. In January, the Treasury Department designated the Egyptian and Jordanian branches of the organization as Specially Designated Global Terrorists. In July, the administration sanctioned a senior Egyptian Muslim Brotherhood official whom Treasury accused of helping finance Hamas’ military wing. And so as our government has correctly identified the MB and its allies as a threat to our own domestic security, and as it is aligned if not partially or substantially funded by Iran, well the response, at least from my own perspective, is obvious, especially considering that Carney himself loudly and openly declared Canada to be at war with the United States. I believe there are still a number of active airbases located at or very near our northern border. I'm not saying we should turn Ottawa into a glass parking lot, but an overflight of a few B2's or B52's might raise a few pulses, so to speak. At the very least maybe it would teach this yammering schmuck to choose his words carefully. What a putz, but the danger posed by Islam especially now at home is as plain as day. Closer to home there's still California that is a concrete albatross around the neck of America, and will drown us if the Muslims don't behead us first. One group, more than any other, has cashed in on this arrangement: California’s public-sector unions. For them, higher taxes are good business. More taxes means more state workers, which means more union members, more dues, and more power for union bosses. The union bosses, in turn, keep the dollars flowing, agitating for more tax hikes, more spending, and more state workers.Example number two... It seems that California has commenced on yet another end run around the Constitution with the “Stop Nick Shirley” act . . . Never a state to allow anything to get in the way of the exploitation of taxpayers, California has taken a different tack. Instead of busting the fraudsters, the Cali state government targeted the man who was attempting to expose them. The mental gymnastics necessary to justify this presented no challenge: California Democrats simply recast the fraudsters as victims. And finally, in the sense of this post but certainly not the actions of the thugs in Sacramento that will endlessly move to persecute whatever working citizenry remain in that failed state. California Creates A Black Market For Tires . . . There are state lines, though, and Californians will cross them to buy the tires they want and the tires they can afford. Enterprising off-the-books merchants will buy contraband tires in Nevada, Arizona, Oregon and elsewhere and sell them in California outside the normal channels to avoid the regulators. Who knows, some might feel the rule is the straw that finally breaks their backs and sends them fleeing the state as so many others already have because policymakers continue to make living in California an intolerable burden. Meanwhile, several thousand miles across the Pacific... But can an already free society really travel backward? Can people who have known liberty be persuaded, intimidated, or exhausted into surrendering it? We do not have to speculate. We are staring at the answer in Hong Kong. For decades under British rule, Hong Kong was one of the freest societies in Asia. The Heritage Foundation consistently ranked it at or near the top of its Index of Economic Freedom. It had independent newspapers, outspoken political magazines, vigorous labor unions, public demonstrations, and courts widely respected for their professionalism. In a territory of only several million people, an extraordinary variety of Chinese-language publications competed for readers. Hongkongers could criticize their government, denounce the Chinese Communist Party, and commemorate events that Beijing had erased from public memory. With all due respect to the author of this fine essay, the three examples above indicate that California began its degeneration into a thugocratic Leftist dictatorship decades before Hong Kong. The Golden State was at one point the 6th largest economy in the world, gaining that status due to the hard work and innovation of a hard-working industrious populace that took the American work ethic to heart and built what was a real paradise on earth that attracted people from all over the nation and the world to flock there to both chase and more crucially build their dreams to make them real. Alas, no more... Have a good day.

The prosecutors in Raleigh NC federal court have added details from Comey's "novel" FDR Drive where a bad guy does something similar to instigate a murder, thereby providing evidence of Comey's mens rea (evil state of mind). Leftist Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney told reporters on Saturday that his country is “at war” with the United States after trade talks collapsed.
====================== Right or wrong, it is my impression Carney has always had a hard on for the varsity player, the US. It's not so much he wants to promote Canada's interests as just that he thinks America is too big for it's britches, in all things. This language he uses "We are at war!" is intentionally divisive and also intended to last well past the trade kerfuffle. He is establishing much closer relations with China, made clear many times he thinks China is the future hegemon, and his intention now, it appears to me, is to establish in the minds of Canadians a future of constant conflict with the United States. The Liberal Party leadership is not our friends. Posted by: Huck Follywood at August 26, 2026 07:48 AM (U/Eoe) 54

Nothing exposes the utter leftist rot and pathetic self-debasement of the judiciary more than the suit over the WH ballroom.
This is not a judge upholding the law, it's naked partisans providing client service to the most radical leftists. It is merely to satiate the left's blood-hatred of Trump. No more than that. Is there any honor or shred of dignity in the entire of the judiciary? Well, don't hear a peep of protest. Roberts and Barrett would not vote to dismiss the suit, so the rest had to settle for the embarrassing dodge of pretending it's still needing review. Maybe the animals in that town need to stop shooting the power line repair men. Maybe the locals should have adopted "White Supremacy" and hired competent city and electric company management that would have cleared away vegetation from the power-lines before the storms. Maybe the locals should go out there with their own chainsaws and clear the debris rather than waiting for White Man to save them from their own sloth and neglect. I like the part where the locals, who pretty much appear to be recipients of subsidized utilities, are demanding that the above ground lines are wholesale replaced by buried power lines. Regarding CIA Ratcliff's trip to Moscow....
France and the UK reportedly are going to sell "Storm Shadow" cruise missiles to Ukraine. These can be fitted with nuclear devices. Russia cannot distinguish whether they are nukes or not from any launch intel. Neither can we. But, I'd presume we knew the UK and France were not stupid enough to sell Ukraine nukes. Maybe we had to tell them not to. Either way it was probably to put Putin at ease. He was threatening to launch his own nukes. It's probably why several of the "Doomsday" aircraft were airborne at the same time the other day. Aviation watchers noticed this and it made some ripples in that community. Per reports on the web. The record of socialism in terms of human suffering, human death, human enslavement is the worst record in recorded history. In one—I won't even say a century—inside of about 50 years, 100 million, 100 million people were murdered by socialists, by socialist/communist regimes. China, USSR, Cambodia, Vietnam—basically everywhere that socialists took over. Remember, the name of the Soviet Union was the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics. That's very important.
He told of his first trip to the Soviet Union when he was a young man. After getting off the plane, he saw a large billboard that read "Forward to Communism." Prager explained what we can learn from that: "They knew they weren't there yet. It was a socialist country. And the DSA, the so-called Democratic Socialists of America know it." ——— If it isn’t contraindicated, and that’s rare, Ivermectin is something where you don’t wait around for cancer or something like that to show up. It is i]amazing stuff from a Prevention standpoint. Parasites are virtually impossible to detect, there are a gazillion of them, and their symptoms are vague and mimic a great many things. Have you ever: traveled overseas? Ate suspect food, or water? Not one mention of the admin pausing all visa issuances in foreign consulates (over 600,000 granted last year) so that officials can get new training on public charge requirements set in law?

California’s beleaguered, over-budget high-speed rail line now has one more thing to worry about: A city and housing developer wants to build homes right in the train’s projected path.
Shafter, a city near Bakersfield, and developer Lennar Homes are plowing ahead with 1,200 homes in the same area off Highway 99 where the state’s rail authority plans to build tracks. The development, called Gossamer Grove, is a “master-planned community” that will be equipped with a picnic area, playground and dog-walking trails, according to Lennar’s website. The homes planned by Lennar, one of the largest builders in the Central Valley, will have three to four bedrooms, with prices in the high $300,000s. A report in The Free Press today by Olivia Reingold examines the results of the Gaza Nutrition SMART Survey conducted by UNICEF and found that "At the rate of 0.5 percent, Gaza has one of the lowest rates of acute child malnutrition in the region."
Read that again. Then read this: "The UNICEF-led team’s presentation also revealed that Gaza now faces a new challenge: obesity and excess weight, which affect a combined 4 percent of children under the age of 5." Posted by: SMOD at August 26, 2026 09:57 AM (RHGPo) 360

🔥NEW: Victor Davis Hanson *TORCHES* Chuck Schumer and Hakeem Jeffries🔥
"They were the Dr. Frankensteins and they created this socialist Frankensteinian MONSTER — and now it's devouring them because they're WEAK!" "When you look at Hakeem Jeffries, he's like a deer in the headlights. His eyes start rolling ... it's just gibberish." "They're old fuddy-duddy, ossified, calcified HACKS!" "They've been a BIG gift to Trump — because they're so incompetent and off-putting and repulsive." 🤣 Watching Schumer and Jeffries speak really is brutal. They have led their party off the rails. Their "big tent" is now filled with America-hating socialists they refuse to denounce. The whole party is now branded as communists. Even Hillary Clinton warned this will be a "very effective" attack line against Democrats. Posted by: SMOD at August 26, 2026 10:06 AM (RHGPo) Processing 0.05, elapsed 0.0502 seconds. |
