Virginia Mother Slaughtered in Daylight By Yet Another Violent Foreign Criminal Invited Into the Country by Joe Biden

@BillMelugin_ BREAKING: I'm told by federal source that the suspect arrested in Fairfax County, VA for the stabbing murder of a mother near a jogging trail in Great Falls, VA is a Salvadoran illegal alien who was caught and released at the border by the Biden admin in El Paso, TX in April 2024. Fairfax County Police announced the arrest of 19-year-old Alexis Antonio Cedillos-Campos this morning in connection to the stabbing killing of Carmen Lizet Puch on Monday and released a photo of his arrest. I've also included a photo of Cedillos-Campos from when he was in Border Patrol custody in 2024, courtesy of a federal source. NBC Washington reports Puch was 42-years-old and had a young daughter.

Yesterday I mentioned that Fairfax County "prosecutor" Steve Descano -- supported by George Soros, of course -- had allowed a violent extremist Islamic killer to escape the country. First, he pressured a judge to find him not guilty of murdering his landlord by reason of insanity. Then, he let the guy go to the airport and flee the country. Here's the update: I sort of assumed that this was an unintended outcome. Yes, Descano is awful and attempts to drop charges against every foreign criminal, but it never occurred to me that he deliberately helped this Islamic foreign murderer flee the jurisdiction. I think I was wrong. Descano actually helped get this guy a passport and then allowed the mental hospital he was being kept at to let him out for a weekend furlough. At which point he somehow obtained a plane ticket and fled the jurisdiction. Descano won't deliver killers over to ICE. But he will get them a passport and let them go to the airport to flee the country as free men. John Sexton:

A decade later, in 2019, Toshpulodzoda was accused of murdering his landlord in Vienna, Virginia.Steve Descano is a radical who refuses to deliver wanted foreign criminals to ICE and in fact refuses to charge illegal aliens so that they won't be deported. But he seems to have deliberately assisted a murder's flight from punishment here. This is a crime. As Sexton points out, Hannah Dugan was charged for attempting to help a foreign criminal flee her courthouse. The DOJ must investigate Descano -- and if he's guilty, he must be imprisoned. This is not just obstruction of justice. This is insurrection.Around 8:30 a.m. police responded to a stabbing in the 2900 block of Edgelea Road in Vienna, Virginia. Police found 61-year-old Mohammed Hemmatian suffering from stab wounds to his upper body. He was taken to the hospital, where he later died. The medical examiner will conduct an autopsy to determine cause of death. The suspect, 27-year-old Abdulloi Toshpulodzoda, stayed at the scene and was arrested and charged with murder. Toshpulodzoda was taken to the hospital for a routine evaluation, and while there he suffered a medical emergency. He is now stable.So there was really no question what happened here. Hemmatian, the elderly man who died, was Toshpulodzoda's landlord. Toshpulodzoda was covered in his blood. But, likely because of the pandemic, his case seems to have dragged on until 2022 when he was judged not guilty by reason of insanity. He was committed to the Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and Development Services and wound up in a mental hospital in Falls Church, which is directly adjacent to the city where the crime happened. And that really should have been the end of his story, at least for many, many years or decades. But of course that's not what happened. Instead, a judge made clear that Toshpulodzoda was not to be released, but it seems the hospital had the right to issue patients day and weekend passes and they appear to have just ignored the court's directions.Why would Commonwealth's Attorney Steve Descano ask a murderer deemed insane to go and get a passport? Your guess is as good as mine.
In June, a judge reaffirmed that Toshpulodzoda "shall not be released from custody and inpatient hospitalization without further order of this court." However, Virginia law allows a mental health hospital to grant committed individuals, including those accused of murder, permission to leave the facility without an escort on day or weekend passes. In 2024, Toshpulodzoda was allowed to leave Virginia last year to travel to Washington, D.C., to get a passport, a move supported by the Commonwealth's Attorney.If they didn't want him released, why would he possibly need a passport in a mental institution. It's hard to come up with a possible answer to that one but you have probably guessed by now what happened. Last month, Toshpulodzoda was given another weekend pass and this time he bought a plane ticket and fled the country.
Sean Kennedy is a victim's rights advocate who says Descano and the State failed the victim and the victim's family... "The law in Virginia allows the psychiatrist, the same ones who are pushing for his release, to escort him to the courthouse and to issue these without a judge's ruling," said Kennedy. "The passport was issued at the behest of the prosecutors. They asked that he go and get a passport. Why would an accused killer who's mentally insane need a passport? He's being indefinitely incarcerated by the state. Why does he need a passport? The judge, the prosecutor, even his own defense counsel crossed the line in allowing that. And the psychiatrists were totally derelict in their duty to help him do it."... Descano's office said it's true that prosecutors did not oppose him taking an escorted visit to get his passport. But Descano's office said prosecutors opposed his release and that he should remain in state custody.

He was arrested on Aug 4 for violating a home detention requirement and a CA Judge, Nichelle Holmes, immediately released Valdez.
Two days later, while trying to break into a home he murdered a man named Todd Stewart.
Because obviously a rapist and career criminal that ignores home detention is safe to send back to...home detention.
He was an illegal in CA who had a long rap sheet including rape and burglary.

If you accept the question on merit, then you declare yourself either unloving and weak or unprincipled and weak. There are ways to "handle" it but they definitely don't involve a simple yes or no.
That said - if you have real principles you can pretty easily answer it. I support the right to life in all cases - or even I don't think govenrment should have the power to kill a citizen under any circumstance, even one personally painful or devastating. Either way he would have to appear passionate, and he never did. It was always going to be an exposing question.

If someone does 'pocket carry', be sure that there are no state laws forbidding carrying a firearm without a holster. And b) use a holster anyway as they make some specifically for pocket carry.
You can easily cause it to fire negligently when drawing or otherwise if something gets caught inside the trigger guard. Holsters prevent that.

And fwiw, for jackets, suits, pants, you can make a carry holster out of velcro that holds the weapon at the correct draw angle, protects the trigger guard from the trigger being depressed and firing, and yet does not print the gun's outline to external observers. You can also buy these pants, jackets, or even a suit coat online with this already done.

The vast network of judges are, IMO, the acting government now. The administration is just reacting to what they do and tries to maintain order. They're succeeding, but they're stymied on a lot of things that shouldn't even be an issue.

Make sure you have steel cable or attachment points to the reinforced belt though. Lot of street criminals in countries use an extremely sharp razor or knife to slash and take the items whether a purse strap, belt mounts, etc. Slash, grab, and run with the item.
Variant on the snatch and grab smartphone tactic common in shithole countries and countries invaded by shitholers.

So State passed a LAW to make them put it on the ballot... so... Fresno sued saying the law is illegal under the State Constitution.
Well, Judge assigned was the Judge ELECTED in Fresno County... so State AG just somehow got him thrown off the case, and put in a Judge who is State Appointed (not Elected) who has personal ties to the person who WROTE the bill now in question.
All... somehow... Legal?
