Both my mother and brother have had to deal with unions as nurses. My mom had to threaten violence against a union rep because he was ignoring her demand to be a Beck employee. My brother came close to hiring a lawyer when he did the same thing.

A lot of unions need to have their fangs pulled in a very public manner.

That assumes a return to a Democrat administration. It might not get a lot coverage, good news for us rarely does, but the Trump administration has been doing lots of work to clean up elections across the country. Not saying everything is perfect but real changes are happening that encourage more honest voting.

Kosher certification is needed for certain ingredients, especially but not limited to shortening.

Judges on Scotus were a primary cause of the Civil War from Dred Scott. Made it impossible for the North to limit slavery--at the time of the ACW, a case was pending in NY where a Southern planter was demanding to be able to take his slaves there and keep ownership.

He no longer gets internal feeds from the private Obama polling. His rep was far greater than his actual abilities. He doesn't poll himself but relies on Monte Carlo simulations using polling data as his input and predictions of who wins as output.

Bad data in, bad data comes out which is why his accuracy is pedestrian nowadays.

Wait for likely voter screenings in polling after Labor Day, that is when polling that is grossly pro Democrat because it uses ridiculous sampling suddenly becomes a close horse race. Likely voter screening only begins for most when voter registration is largely done for the election (about thirty days prior for most states).

The next bad data dump is likely to be in mid Sept about early voting crap.

TJM has it about right, coin flip right now on GOP holding house but it will be narrow either way. Senate likely to stay GOP but the margin is up for grabs.

It came back negative, of course -- but with no comment about "No specimen detected."

This has been the case for a long time now.

I talk with people who complain about some issue, then go re-elect the pol that directly created that issue. And I don't mean this is a complex issue where you could analyze it in different ways - I mean where the candidate runs on "I will pass law X". My LIVs acquaintances say "I hate X". Then they vote for the candidate who wins and implements X and the LIVs complain about it.

While getting rid of the millions of fraudulent ballots is obviously issue #1, getting this class of people to stop voting is issue #2.

In most blue states you have a city that is full of:

Illegals
People working for the government
Clients of the office holders

No one in this group is going to rebel. From this position they loot the rest of the state and fix the vote. If the people from the 'burbs or rural areas were to come in they'll arrange for those people to be arrested or sick the feral yutes on them.

And I'll give you a very minor example of this. During the summer of 2020 a group of protestors went to Maura Healey's house and peacefully protested on the street outside of her property. Healey, fresh from letting BLM vandalize Boston and publicly arguing they had a right to do so had these protestors arrested.

GOP will turnout. It is the independents that may or may not. It is not as if the Democrats are covering themselves in glory as they are losing on most issues polled and have a smaller margin on the few they lead. And DSA nutbags like El Sayed do not say to independent voters that the Dems are concerned about affordability. That race alone may have guaranteed a GOP hold in the Senate.

House was always going to be close with the fake 2020 Census by Biden and their total gerrymandering the GOP in CA even before the last one. But the GOP is returning service on gerrymandering finally and as a result, has more safe seats than the Dems at this point given prior voting behavior in those districts. That means the Democrats have to sweep contested seats and in a second term midterm, lot harder to do.

5 seats more or less may make the difference.

Tell me exactly what news sources you are watching and I will tell you what the prediction of that news source will be. First, turn off fox, its polling is abysmal and has been since Murdochs hired a Dem operative in the Obammy years to conduct their polls. Second, the ridiculous interactive polling bullshit affiliated with Baris is junk. This is the poll that had Massie winning for example. Hybrid models using online response with small samples are junk.

A) look for polls with likely voter sampling, not all people, not registered voter screens. B) for a state like Texas, you need somewhere about 900-1000 sample size using a consistent polling sample that has been replicated in the past. C), the polling operation needs to have prior Texas polling experience on a statewide basis. Then, you can figure they are reliable.

And D), the GOP always waits until after Labor Day to start its ads--GOP has a massive funding advantage and can now coordinate with candidates on spending.
