The Morning Report — 8/ 12 /26

SckedFromunda.jpg

Good morning kids. So hallelujah, as the dust settles on the primary elections across several states.

Let's start the day off with a bit of good news. The absolutely vile, hideous Francesca Hong was resoundingly, if not perhaps surprisingly defeated by a so-called moderate candidate in the Democrat primary election to see who their candidate for governor of Wisconsin will be come the general election this November.

Milwaukee County Executive David Crowley beat Democratic socialist Francesca Hong in a come-from-behind victory during the Wisconsin gubernatorial primary Tuesday night.

Crowley, 40, was ahead of the 37-year-old state representative and member of the Democratic Socialists of America 39.8% to 39.4% when the race was called by the Associated Press at 3:34 a.m.

Surveys ahead of the Badger State Democratic contest had consistently showed Hong besting Crowley by double digit percentage points. Crowley had also dropped out of the race weeks before and even endorsed another opponent, before re-entering the contest and receiving the backing of outgoing Gov. Tony Evers.

Hong who hates Israel, white people, and not merely Thanksgiving but what it represents, family, America that encompass its history, society, culture and traditions. Then again, in whole or in part this is what the Democrats en masse are all about. In their two century-long desire for absolute power they have embraced and endorsed any and every crackpot and in so doing have placed an absolute stranglehold on several key states and more crucially institutions of our government and private sector that have kept them in power all this time, primarily academia and the media.

So the question is, is Hong's defeat merely because the party and electorate see her as politically/tactically toxic during an election or that what she believes does not align with what it and they believe. My fear is that if the latter were the case, how in the world could she and all the others of her ilk have ever gotten as far as they have politically? Well, they couldn't. And yet here we are as a nation and society. Since yesterday was an open primary in Wisconsin I and my fellow Wisconsinites had the opportunity to vote for either party, and since Tom Tiffany was a shoe-in to win in the GOP, I'm wondering how many of my fellow sane republican Wisconsinites voted on the Democrat line for Crowley to pull a sort of Operation Chaos a la Limbaugh? I just realized that maybe this might not have been such a great idea as having Hong as a candidate might make our side complacent and as Dems vote for whoever has the D after their name regardless of who it is could spell disaster come November. Oh well, fellow Dairy Staters and everyone please weigh in.

Host Peter Alexander said, “There’s a conversation happening among Democrats, and I’m sure a lot of people sitting listening to this conversation right now, who have these real concerns about the sort of divide they’re experiencing within the party between the more progressive candidates and the more moderate, more centrist candidates. The fear is that ultimately it may cost the party some seats, some governors’ mansions. You saw that Abdul El-Sayed, someone you supported, obviously won what was a really close race against a more moderate Senate candidate in the state of Michigan. Right now in Wisconsin, Francesca Hong is facing some similar concerns.” He asked, “What do you make of that concern, and how do you satisfy those more centrist Democrats and independent-minded folks, in states like your own right now, who are having that real debate within their own head?” Ellison said, “I think the debate is great. I think it’s an important debate to have. Democratic, ‘big D’ Democrats are being democratic ‘small D,’ meaning that we’re debating ideas.

Yes, Keith Ellison is a sick freak but he's also the Attorney General of the state of Minnesota. His views are absolutely in line with Hong and all the rest, and he has been the AG of Mn for many many years and through many election cycles. I suppose one can argue that social media posts can come back to bite candidates in the ass but then again, how is it that my old hometown of NYC can swing from the madness of a David Dinkins to 12-plus years of a golden age under Rudy Giuliani and then embrace DeBolshevik and then DeBolshevik on steroids Mamdani?! I don't get it.

From coast-to-coast, voters on the left are turning to the DSA (Democratic Socialists of America) to lead them to the promised land. For them, of course, the promised land is communism.

Not surprisingly, the DSA candidates usually run under the Democrat banner. Democrats and communists have always been soul mates.

In 1948, Henry A. Wallace, who had been FDR’s vice president from 1941 to 1945, ran for president under the Progressive Party banner. The Progressive Party was hard left and strongly aligned with, and supported by, the Communist Party of America. Wallace received 2.4% of the vote. Unfortunately, today’s communists (costumed in DSA clothing behind the Democrat curtain) are getting ten times that.

But don’t call them communists! Ask Democrats or DSA members, and they’ll vehemently deny they’re communists. The DSA will assert, “We’re not communists, we’re docialists. BIG difference!” Really? And Democrats often won’t even agree that they’re socialists, despite having mirror image policies.

Speaking of Rush Limbaugh, as the late great Maha Rushie of blessed memory once observed, When the Left promises paradise on earth and free everything, it's impossible to run against Santa Claus and beat him. The irony there of course is the Left's preternatural hatred of everything Christian, but the analogy is nevertheless spot on.

But of course, a lot of people are going to have to be liquidated and the past 250 years of our unique "exceptional" history completely erased in order for their fever dreams to be realized

Abolish The Police, Seize The Corporations, Erase The Borders This is the DSA platform Democrats don’t want you to read.

While some in the Democrat Party are freaking out over the freaks like Hong there they are running and ins some cases like Mamdani winning. Yes the entirety of the Wisconsin populace cannot be compared to that of NYC as a whole. But there's Keith Ellison, who unlike a John Fetterman or even a Chuck Schumer is eager to embrace the overt Commies. Of course so long as they have a D next to their name, Democrats must vote for that candidate.

Speaking of Paradise on Earth — elsewhere in the world, as Iran continues to be a festering boil on the world's backside, let me just state for the record that President Trump and Israel's combined effort so far to prevent these fiends from obtaining nuclear weapons and initiating armageddon as the precursor to permanent global Islamic domination, was absolutely necessary to the safety and security of the world.

This item is rather alarming:

Pakistan’s Defence Minister Khawaja Asif has called for Islamic nations to set aside their differences and join Islamabad’s defence agreement with Saudi Arabia and Turkey to form a military alliance along the lines of the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation (NATO). Talking to Geo News, Asif said the Mecca Joint Defence Agreement shouldn’t be an ‘exclusive club’ and urged Islamic nations to put their difference aside and join the pact. . . “I think that, along the lines of NATO, Muslim countries should put their own differences aside–the transactional issues or bilateral disputes they have with one another — and stand together on this one platform,” he added. . .

. . . Pakistan is the world’s primary enforcer of Islamic blasphemy laws. It’s a state sponsor of terrorism, holds an estimated 170 nuclear warheads, and is steadily modernizing its arsenal. Its longest-range operational missile is the Shaheen 3, which can hit targets up to 1,709 miles. Saudi Arabia is the location of Mecca and Medina, Islam’s holiest cities. Turkey is “the new Iran,” a Muslim Brotherhood-supporting nation with revanchist aims. Recently, Greek MEP Afroditi Latinopoulou rightly warned that “pretending Turkey is still a reliable ally is not a strategy. It is dangerous self-delusion.”

But let's not lose our heads over Islam!

Of course who the new American red guards of the DSA can't shoot into a mass grave will be taken care of by the graduates of our Madrassas...

Her nearly 300-page study examines an English-language Islamic Studies curriculum spanning Grades 1 through 12, published by Darussalam and supplemented by other widely circulated educational texts. Rather than approaching Islamic education through sociological generalizations or newspaper accounts of radicalization, she examines what children themselves encounter: textbooks, exercises, religious stories, prescribed behavior, Quranic passages, accounts of Mohammed and his companions, and the material that is emphasized, softened, postponed, or omitted. The result is one of the more important studies of Islamic education to appear in recent years.

With any luck I'll be dead and not have to worry about anything more than having my tombstone desecrated.

But at least Hong has been sidelined, at least for now so on that bit of positive news, I bid you all to

Have a good day,

7 RE: Wisconsin Gubernatorial election:

Results remain unofficial until official certification in the coming weeks, which is standard. The margin was under 1%, so a recount request was possible (at the campaign’s expense above a certain threshold), but reports indicate Hong conceded, which effectively closed off that path.

26 I think that the way the media reports this as a DSA candidate Hong VS “moderate” Crowley is very misleading. Crowley (all Dems without exception) is not moderate; he’s as much a radical as Hong but only hides it better.

27 El-Sayed also suggested removing the right to bear arms in favor of a right to healthcare. “What if we tweaked the Constitution, amended the amendment, and instead of the right to bear arms, we change it to the right to have health care?”

What does that even mean? Right to Healthcare. US probably has the most advanced emergency responders in the world by a factor of 2 or 3. And when they save your sorry ass we have the most advanced trauma hospitals by a factor of 4 or 5x.

Right to Healthcare is a code word for a Big Govt program that decides who, when, and where people get help.

Proponents act like this is some new idea, and have no idea that the “positive bill of rights” was a big feature of the far left in the 30’s and 40’s. Easy to make if sound so good - yet the Soviet Union had a “positive bill of rights” in its constitution.

Here’s the trick - if you’ve mandate that Government provide certain things such as food, housing, and medical care, then you also must grant that government unlimited power to fulfill those demands, whatever it requires.

Of course, a totalitarian system is always the true goal.

Nobody is "promised" any path to economic success. It isn't something you buy and then possess, like any other tangible household item. So many of you bought stupid, useless degrees without ever taking a moment's thought as to whether Lesbian Studies were going to land you a good, high paying job. Even in legit fields, you have no right to economic success. It's an earned commodity that isn't commensurate with how highly educated you think you are or what degrees you hold in your hand.

But I think it’s even more likely that she *never* actually led, and that it’s another sign that the entire practice of polling is now irretrievably broken, and produces nothing but nonsense results that mirror the biases of the pollster.

If this is so, then double digit misses by the polls are going to become the norm.

This is what happens when there is zero sum ideology—that nothing can be created, only cannibalized or destroyed.

But since these clowns believe that there is numerical cap on the number of Constitutional Amendments, why not get the easy disposable ones like the 18th and 21st? Go with the 18th and put something really retarded and evil in there, then we can point to Amendment 21 § 1 and tell them to fuck right off.

Thanks for that, had forgotten it. Very good summary. People love the idea that some future event can be mathematically predicted, even when that idea is garbage.

Texas polling is particularly awful; Texas has 254 counties, but only 5 or 6 truly high population counties. (The big cities, natch). It’s difficult to contact rural and smaller town voters, so almost every poll done will end up being just a poll of a few hundred voters in those places.

Yet it’s known by all that the other 249 counties vote in a completely contrary way to the votes from the big cities. This would be extremely expensive to get around, though, so no public polls even try.

I think of this every time I see another stupid Fox poll claiming Talarico is leading Paxton.

What has the past reflexive siding with business gained the people over the past few decades?

135 Here’s the trick - if you’ve mandate that Government provide certain things such as food, housing, and medical care, then you also must grant that government unlimited power to fulfill those demands, whatever it requires.

Corollary: A "Balanced Budget Amendment" would then mandate that the government seize whatever they need to in the form of taxes, assets, labor
and tribute to cover their insatiable desire to spend public monies—it would literally legislate Communism.

139 Nobody and nothing is 'making' cops break the law. Flock simply allows (or, frankly, encourages) them to indulge their basest impulses while hiding behind technology.

In yesterday's ONT video, Flock, for the purposes of protecting the privacy of abusive, snooping users of Flock's spy services, anonymized the actor so that the guilty party can remain anonymous while tracking a known person's every move.

The other great segment was where interviewing a spokesperp for Flock, the guy said "we welcome regulation" when asked about the rampant abuse of the system. Yeah. Sure, Jan.

The sociopaths who lust over this new found power are going to self-regulate and pass laws that criminalize the reason they use tax dollars to underwrite their voyeurism.

146 MP, do you use anyone, or just self-edit?

Just completed a final draft and format for novel. I used editors suggested to me by Sarah Hoyt. Now, all I need to do is figure out how to get it to market.
Posted by: OrangeEnt at August 12, 2026 08:01 AM (1Ff7Z)

I make changes to the story, if needed, based on feedback from my beta readers. I self-edit because I really can't afford to hire anyone and also because (though I say it) I think I do a pretty good job on my own.

And speaking of Sarah, I'll be sending a copy of this to her once I finish editing. She praised my first two books and said she was anxious to see the new one, so I'd love to get a blurb from her before publishing.

147 Public polls miss shifts in Turnout, which can throw them off.

e.g., in 2016 public polls missed that white working class Turnout would increase from the mid-40s. I ran my own model with a 5% boost and predicted that Trump would win with just over 300 EVs.

We can expect swings in Turnout in tight races in November. The DSA is splitting the D party, which can't help their Turnout. Will Rs bother to Turnout? If they do, we'll see great results.

Same with DNA. The daughter of a friend of mine was pulled over by LA cops, who found her medication in her purse NOT in the pharmacy bottles, so they arrested her, with photos, fingerprinting, and DNA extraction. They then released her soon after, but refused to remove her DNA from their database.

I know some would say, "If you have nothing to hide...", but that's not point; it's about the Gov't being able to violate you and your rights to privacy on a whim or if they see you as wanting justified oversight of their bad behaviors.
