The real scandal isn't in what Arday did, but in what he showed could be done. He objectively demonstrated a fatal flaw in a supposedly secure instution. Cambridge University, which produced Isaac Newton, Charles Darwin, Stephen Hawking, Alan Turing, Alan Rutherford, Watson and Crick, John Milton and Lord Byron had crashed and burned. Whatever his motives we owe Jason a debt of gratitude that we can hardly repay.
Anthony Fauci is shaping up as the Choosin’ Texas of meme subjects–holding down the #1 spot week after week. He was our prime meme target again this week. Apart from Fauci, the WNBA was on the receiving end of a lot of ridicule, and something happened with regard to burritos, I don’t know what. But you will see some burrito memes. And unfortunately, anti-Communism is once again necessary. Who would have predicted that, circa 1991? Comments(Jump to bottom of comments)1

Jason Arday understood with the clarity of a software developer that the DEI design constraints would block any attempt to question his claims. He had stumbled upon an invariant: a condition, property, or relation that must always remain true throughout the execution of a specific piece of code. It acts as a logical contract or guarantee about the state of a program.
"Left wing people of color cannot lie." There are two points of failure here. The first is, of course, Arday, who ran his scam as long as he could. I recommend the video at the link, for a higher altitude analysis of why so many blacks behave as they do. It's excellent. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g5XX9Q6t8v0 The second is the lefty academics who enabled Arday simply because it flattered their egos to promote a black man, and gave them bragging rights amongst their equally unrealistic allies in academia. Thanks for your interesting essay, KT. I always appreciate your thoughts here.
Paine is not my favorite of the "founders". He was a brilliant man but he had some critiques of the Bible and Christianity I do not agree with ,and also supported the French Revolution, as did Jefferson. The French Revolution. in which nuns and priests amongst many others were drowned and guillotined (sp?) was not the apogee of Political thought . And yes, I am well aware that Christians can behave abominably towards people of a different brand of Christianity, On the whole I think sincere Judeo Christianity is a better model for human behavior than people who base their behavior on the "glories" of rationality and the "correct" sorts of revolution. -- I'm currently about 1/3 of the way through Ron Chernow's Washington. So far, Paine has been an ally. I imagine later on in the book will show him in a different light. Nonetheless, reading through what I've read so far, I've turned each page in absolute awe at just how awful it seemed for the Continental Army going up against the mighty and powerful British forces. Paine is not my favorite Founding Father, either. I think it's interesting that most of the statues of him are relatively recent. And concerning the French Revolution, interesting that he would argue to keep the king alive but also argue in defense of the revolution. Paine died broke and penniless, having been resigned to squalor in his later years. His critique of Christianity in The Age of Reason is perhaps more correctly called a screed than anything else. It builds sophism upon unsupported fiction, and tries to dismantle historical facts, Biblical truths and the divinity of Jesus with little more than opinion and supposition. It’s great only in its attack on Christianity and extraordinary hateful bias. Methinks a lot of what is written about Paine was not just written after his death to build him up, but hyperbolic, lightly sourced and stretched the truth.
I don’t think there is any doubt that Common Sense was impactful. But everything after that is questionable. Just my opinion. Posted by: Vengeance at August 08, 2026 11:48 AM (XYi+6) 31

Depends what their goals are. All of this race and class bullshit is being funded by scumbags like Neville Singham and the CCP. BLM, DEI, trans ... it's all classic Marxist class struggle. The goal is not just take over our institutions, it's to infiltrate them and tear them down from the inside, exactly what another communist group is trying to do in our government at the state and federal level. Read the DSA platform. They aren't stating they want to get elected to be in charge of our government, they want to get elected so they can burn it down and replace it with communism. It's also true that many Brits in power thought trying to win America back through war was a losing proposition in the long term. Sure they could take a city, but then what? America was simply too big, too rural, and too far away for European tactics to ultimately win. Turns out they were right. It certainly didn't help that the French were itching for a rematch after the Seven Year's War (The French and Indian War here in the colonies). Jack, you are absolutely correct on this, which is why I asked the question rhetorically.
Injecting race into everything at this point is only and ever intended to ruin everything. It is all so very Orwellian. “Inclusion” really means exclusion, of course. “Equality” went by the wayside, replaced by “Equity”, which along with “Justice” simply means revenge, against people who haven’t done anything on behalf of those who haven’t been wronged, except perhaps by those inciting division and tribalism. Class and economic struggles are classic Marxist techniques for building an aggrieved class to go after the "haves". For the last couple years we constantly hear younger generations blaming boomers for everything from the price of their rent to the price of DoorDash burritos to ear wax. Somebody has to be blamed for their gender studies degree with a minor in African Art not getting them a high paying job and the easiest way to do it is to blame old people who have achieved in their lives because obviously they ruined for everyone else. It's not a coincidence all these grievance groups like BLM, DEI, trans, antisemites, LGBTQRSVP and more all came about just as the DSA types started getting more political active. Marxism requires someone to blame for perceived unfairness and problems. That would be us. China has been attacking us in various ways for years. This is just one more way. 245 universities which still have institution-wide DEI offices and/or programming in operation, 180 schools or colleges (such as Colleges of Education, Engineering, or Medicine, etc.), with an overall total of 404 currently active DEI offices and programming. So are there 404 Ardays lurking in the wings? There are about 16 million undergrad students. Our mission is fairly simple. We aspire to formulate optimal, viable solutions for America’s challenges through extensive research and public testing. Possessed with these balanced common-sense win-win solutions, we will expend significant resources in advocating their legislation with voters and political candidates. Our goal is the pursuit of a more perfect union - and as such, we will support the ‘good guys’ and true patriots who are placing country over party… and will oppose the ‘bad guys’ who are jeopardizing our future with their despicable self-serving behavior." Mao ushered in the Cultural Revolution in China by pitting the have nots against what he called the bourgeois who had taken over government and society. He declared war on the Four Olds, basically the pillars of Chinese society at the time, which gave his radical followers permission to kill anyone they deemed a threat to the new enlightened China. And kill they did. China has spent years and millions infiltrating and influences what our schools and universities teach. Look at Governor Jazz Hands in MN and the dozens of trips he took to China. Philo was once an inside joke on Johnny Carson. He's since been written out of history.
Philo was an Idaho farm boy and an electrical engineeeing genius. He was inspired to create the cathode tube -- and thus the modern TV -- from plowing the family plow back and forth. He had the whole enchilada and got the first patent -- but got into a war with RCA who waited him out through the depression. He had other inventions, including a primitive fusion reactor. Electric guitars and guitar amplifiers are a low-risk example; no one is going to get killed if it suddenly stops. But you can be out your money for a piece of junk. So, what I've seen watching the market, watching videos and reading reviews, is that an equilibrium of sorts has been achieved between their low-trust culture and our high-trust culture. Curated retailers like Sweetwater and Guitar Center (U.S.) or Anderton's and Thomann (U.K. and Europe) buy from Western companies making orders to factories, monitoring the result, importing it themselves, and doing QC. Amazon is the Wild West, where it's all buyer beware, the worst companies just rebrand when they get too many bad reviews, and even the ones that make things that work (like Mooer) do not appear to actually check the customer support email; if a modeling amp gets bricked, you're SOL. Yeah... there's a reason why the American educational establishment quietly removed the study of history from public schools. Kids get a couple desultory semesters of woke lectures about the evil that is America, and the inherited sins of the hated white race.
There is zero substance to it, it describes nothing of our fascinating history, and the rest of the world might as well have never existed. If you had a person whose *only* knowledge of the world was an American public school history curriculum, and asked him to draw the countries of the world, you'd get a vague outline of the US labeled "Stolen Land," a couple big blobs to the South and East labeled "brown people Republicans stole from," and then a blob in the vicinity of Europe labeled "German Republican Nazis and Russian Republican Nazis." The ignorance of history in this country is totally shocking by comparison to when I was a kid, very recently. It's like a switch flipped. The erasure of the world's story is exceedingly useful to State. If people knew anything about the past, none of this insanity we're living with would be possible. And the death of historical education was so sudden that it can't be an accident. Posted by: Yudhishthira's Dice at August 08, 2026 12:50 PM (BI5O2) 100
