Singh entered the U.S. illegally in 2018. He told DHS he feared for his life in India and stayed. However, then-President Donald Trump's administration did not issue Singh a work visa. But in 2021, the administration of former President Joe Biden granted Dingh a work permit, allowing him to obtain a license in California. Singh received a full-term commercial driver's license in Washington in 2023 despite not being eligible for one. To make matters worse, in July 2024, California issued Singh a limited-term non-domiciled commercial driver's license despite his failing the English Language Proficiency assessment, answering two of 12 verbal questions, and accurately identifying only one of four highway signs.

DOT has shut down a bunch of these CDL mills.
Asylum is being denied at roughly 98% rates in mega master hearings that hear many cases in a short time (a historic high, even higher than Trump 1.0, the effort to shift the administrative judge leanings in immigration courts is fully in effect). I hope the female judges that are letting these guys off on lenient sentences flick their bean hard when the criminals get deported and then murdered by being dumbasses in their home countries. Tragically, no matter what evidence he presents, it will be disputed, dismissed and/or ignored by people who will shriek dictatorship and election-rigging when he moves to address the corruption. Tragically, because confidence in election outcomes is now a partisan issue. Gun manufacturers get sued when some nutbag goes on a shooting spree. Things like this seem like more of a direct correlation than any of that. @AF_Insight · 1h DHS issues a Final Rule to end Foreign Student Visa Abuse. F, J, and I visas now all have a fixed period of being able to stay in America. Before people where staying on F-1 visas "studying" for 10+ years. Now Both F and J visas are capped at 4 years. I visas are now capped to 240 Days. The grace period for transferring schools or status after graduation has been cut in half. This also importantly changes who can extend these visas. Before University Staff would actually have a lot of say on this, offering their recommendation to extending stays. Now USCIS is back in full control for extending these visas. ------ Another visa being abused is having loopholes closed pretty tightly. More excuses to forcibly deport troublemakers here on visas. Interesting thought:
Fresh on the heels of the "Birthright citizenship" ruling, Ro Khanna has to go to Israel and act like he's not subject to their jurisdiction just because he's in their country, because don't they know who he is? That invalidates KBJ's argument that because she's not supposed to break laws in Japan, she would be "subject to their jurisdiction". Would we really let Japan lock up a sitting Supreme Court Justice over shoplifting or pick-pocketing? Do you really think she would receive the same treatment as a Japanese citizen caught breaking the law? It would probably end up in a deal where we agree to hold her impeachment for dropping the charges. Which would prove that she is subject to America's jurisdiction and its alone. And that her argument is disprovable bullshit. Brittany Greiner wasn't supposed to break the laws of the country she was in, but we negotiated to get her back. "Not supposed to break the law" means nothing once you've broken the law. ("Was that wrong? Was I not supposed to do that?") Posted by: Axeman at July 16, 2026 02:59 PM (Fi81e) 161

Jose Rodruiguez gives an SSN actually assigned to Joe Bob, and eVerify passes it anyway. The company has no enforcement option, and they have to accept the result as verified even if not. So, they legally use it, see that it fails, and they're protected on the legal front. Want to go after employers? I think the only real option beyond smaller operators who don't use it is going to be statutory changes to how eVerify works. But I think we can take it at a more fundamental level. The sole point in having a federal/national government is to protest you from external threats. If it can't do that it isn't a real government. The left is arguing the Constitution protects invaders from any effective action by the federal government which is insane. The Constitution says we can (and the writers would have argued we SHOULD) shoot invaders. Hell we did that in the 1940s to great effect. Using police powers to detain and expel them is beyond what an invader should expect. And as I've asked before - if an American snuck into Iran and tried to run down an Iranian police officer with a car would anyone be the least surprised the American invader got shot? Posted by: Sharpie at July 16, 2026 03:13 PM (RRuWF) I'm pretty sure this is at least one reason why we see so many bullshit ghost job listings or impossible job listings on places like LinkedIn and Indeed - so they can make it look like they're trying to hire domestically and, gosh darn it, wouldn't you know we just couldn't get any qualified Americans. Honestly, while stopping this kind of poisoned legislation is good, we also need to learn to play that game. Hire a driver who doesn’t speak English “accidentally”? You are also responsible for murder when they kill someone. “Accidentally” hire illegals and your cotton lettuce crop is tainted? You are responsible. Etc.
Posted by: Stephen Price Blair GOPe never plays that way. Because many of them are Democrats that could not be elected as such. Tillis and McVain are perfect examples of the type.
