Sefton: sefton at cutjibnewsletter.com | The Morning Rant![]() For too long, leftist judges have flouted the law and put criminals back on the streets. Following the principles of Critical Legal Theory, which holds that the “law supports a power dynamic which favors the historically privileged and disadvantages the historically underprivileged,” they actively subvert the legal process in any way they can. This usually translates to accepting bogus claims of mental incompetence, issuing lighter sentences for serious crimes, and seeking out alternatives to incarceration. By doing so, they can do their part to remedy the “disparate impact” of the law on black Americans who proportionally commit crimes in far greater numbers than other those in other racial groups. Pour encourager les autres!. Maybe other Florida hacks-in-black will think twice before releasing some malignant evil onto the streets of their state. Or maybe their arrogance will overwhelm their sense of self-preservation, and the Attorney General will create an "Office Of Judicial Conduct" and go after every single Judge who considers his personal morality to be superior to the will of the people of Florida. And if that doesn't work? How about changing the law in Florida and making judges personally liable for the criminal acts of those they release? That would be a joy to behold! Impeachment is Florida's solution to gross judicial misconduct, but that simply won't fly in the places that need it most. You have a party representing roughly half the country which runs candidates with criminal records, Nazi tattoos, and a hatred for America. Do you really think they'll vote to impeach judges who apply a different standard to their voters?

Progressive Victory
@ProgressiveVic We began asking our contacts on the ground in Maine about Troy Jackson earlier today after seeing many suggestions that he should replace Graham Platner against Susan Collins. In our discussions we have received troubling information about not only Jackson’s behavior, but the behavior of many prominent Maine Democrats toward women more broadly. Both as a result of the credibility of the sources and in the interest of not seeing our movement make the same mistake twice, we are choosing to share some of this now. As Maine Senate President in a state senate caucus meeting several years ago, Troy Jackson in a heated disagreement struck a female colleague with a bottle he threw at her. There are many witnesses, and it appears this is a widespread open secret within Maine politics and not an isolated incident. - But it wasn't even a Molotov cocktail! My take on Main Nazi's speech last night was he's hedging bets to see how things shape up this week.
The defiant "I DINDU NUFFIN TAH DAT BITCH" along with the defeatist "I'm looking at paths forward" strongly suggests he doesn't want to drop out, but he senses he might not have a choice depending on the fallout. Notorious creep, sex pest, and rolly-polly fatboy Rueben Gallego immediately unendorsed him, in an obviously staged move, and so do that Ro Kanna cocksucker. When I read the “law supports a power dynamic which favors the historically privileged and disadvantages the historically underprivileged,” I thought of a novel way to remedy this. How about, let's say, instead of letting the historically privileged off with nothing, and the the historically underprivileged off because we let the rich off, we hold everyone, rich or poor, to the same standard. That way justice is served, no matter who you are. And the crazy defense is no longer valid. They are to be held in a criminal mental institution until they aren't crazy anymore, then they do the sentence they have earned by breaking the law.
