This is a misquote from Schenck, there is no limitation on yelling fire in a theater. If it is said as a joke in an empty theater, no biggie. If you incite panic or create danger, you are liable for that, but the words themselves are not illegal.

Remember interstellar interloper 3I/ATLAS. It's hauling ass on its way out, now at about 5.5 AU from the sun. I was just reading some of the latest stuff from the analysis of all the spectral observations they took.

And, as expected, it's nothing like anything from this solar system. They discovered it's high in methane and methanol. The methane didn't show up until well after it heated up from the sun. And the deuterium ratios in the water and methane is very high. It's very alien indeed.

All of that has bumped up the age range estimate to 10 - 12 billion years old, well over twice the age of our own solar system.
