Surprise! Democrat "Ballot Harvesters" Were Illegally Paying Skid Row Homeless Drug Addicts $5 to "Vote" for Nithya Raman

Isn't odd that these meth-addicted morons knew, in advance, that it was Nithya Raman who would need the bulk of their "votes" and not the current communist mayor?

It's almost as if most of these votes were cast after Election Day, with Democrat "ballot harversters" knowing they needed many more votes for Nithya Raman to eliminate the one person they needed out of the race, Spencer Pratt.


Skid Row homeless claim they've been paid to vote for Karen Bass and Nithya Raman

A series of shocking videos show homeless residents on Los Angeles' Skid Row claiming they were paid to vote for Mayor Karen Bass and councilwoman Nithya Raman.

The California Post obtained copies of the videos after they were published Tuesday on the TikTok account LaneNeedsSpencerPratt.

The footage, recorded near 7th Street and Flower Street in downtown Los Angeles on Tuesday morning, has since been provided to the Department of Justice. It also follows The Post's revelations that thousands of homeless voters were registered to shelters where they didn't live.

One shelter in Venice, where 185 Raman voters were registered, received $600,000 from taxpayers care of the socialist Raman.

In one of the clips, a man who calls himself Kevin Shepherd, claimed he received $4 to vote for Bass.

When asked whether he would also have been paid to vote for Raman, Shepherd answered "yes" and said Spencer Pratt was not among the candidates he was encouraged to support.

"They gave you an optional choice," Shepherd claimed, alleging the was offered $2 but negotiated for a higher payment and ultimately received $4.

Shepherd further claimed he completed a mail-in ballot for Bass and deposited it in a ballot box.

Skid Row resident, Rene Johnson, 39, also claimed she received $5 after being told to vote for Bass.

Johnson said she supported Bass, but told the creator she was still unclear about some of the forms she had completed.

"But, you know, at the time, I didn't know that that was going on," she said.

"I was just trying to make five bucks, you know? But I didn't do the fraud."

When asked if she thought it was fraud, she said she thought that it was "fraudulent behavior."

She also said she thought people were being taken advantage of.

Another woman, who said she was living on the street, also claimed she accepted money to vote for Mayor Bass.

"It was like two bucks," the unidentified woman said, adding that "yeah they come out here all the time."

The creator said he spent about two hours speaking with residents, many of whom claimed voter-registration and outreach efforts were a routine part of life on Skid Row before Election Day.

Several residents alleged that groups regularly visited the area asking people to sign paperwork, though some acknowledged they did not fully understand what they were signing.

According to multiple residents interviewed on camera, outreach workers allegedly visited the area as often as three to five times a week before the election, with several organizations purportedly involved.

A fourth resident, identified as Mark Sanchez, claimed he had been approached repeatedly by political canvassers.

"To sign a petition for the mayor or different things in office and they paid me $4 or $5 in different accounts," Sanchez claimed.

Sanchez further alleged the payments occurred multiple times.

"It happened more than four or five times," he claimed.

A Los Angeles chapter of the Democratic Socialists of America openly promotes a guide instructing volunteers on how to encourage voters to cast ballots on the spot and hand them over for delivery.

The practice, commonly known as ballot harvesting, is legal in California but remains highly controversial. The guide, titled "How To: Ballot Delivery," was published by the Los Angeles chapter of the Democratic Socialists of America in May 2022 and remains available online.

The instructions provide a step-by-step process for collecting completed mail ballots and urge volunteers to repeatedly press voters to submit them immediately. "Will you vote now?" the guide tells volunteers to ask, before adding: "Ask at least 3 times."

The California Post reached out to Bass and Raman campaign for further comment but did not hear back.

More regarding the many "votes" "harvested" from homeless shelters where the "votes" collected greatly exceeded the number of homeless living there.

Thousands of homeless voters were registered to vote at LA shelters -- despite many not living there or the facilities not having any beds.

And as Spencer Pratt was eliminated by Nithya Raman in the mayor's race on Monday night, it can be revealed that one drop-in center that received $600,000 from the socialist candidate had 185 registered voters at the address but offers no accommodations.

The revelations have prompted US Attorney Bill Essayli to say he will investigate the concerns uncovered by The Post and "follow the evidence" to see if the law has been broken.

A review of records shows 7,600 voters tied to homeless shelters and service providers.

Among them was St. Joseph Center in Venice, a homeless services drop-in center with 185 registered voters tied to its address. The organization received a $600,000 taxpayer-funded grant awarded by Raman while she chaired the City Council's Housing and Homelessness Committee.

The largest concentration of homeless voters was at the Midnight Mission in Skid Row, where voting records show 1,160 registrations -- but its website shows it only has beds for 84 men and 36 women.

One homeless man on Skid Row, Norman, said he's witnessed voter registration efforts in the area for years and claims he had previously been paid to help sign up voters -- and that cigarettes were offered to some people during the drives.

Outside the Midnight Mission on Monday afternoon, The Post met with Bo Jackson, who is registered to vote but says he could not remember registering -- and couldn't even name a candidate in the LA mayor's race.

The Post asked Midnight Mission staff for comment on how ballots are handled when they arrive at the shelter, but our reporter was kicked out and was left without a response.

I worked at 7th and Flower for a decade, and at another law firm within a few blocks of there for another 2 decades. It was a nice, safe, vibrant area. There were usually 2 homeless people that everyone knew- they staked out the area for begging but for several years, they were removed under a city "no loitering" ordinance.

Only 10 years ago....

I'm convinced that after what we saw in 2020, the real vote fraud is in just printing out fake ballots. They can do that with a push of a button, creating thousands of fake "votes" in an instant. That's where the real fraud is.

I also think there's big fraud in just manipulating vote counts electronically. Like when thousands of votes were added to Bass in one drop, while not a single for Pratt. That is obviously not possible absent data tampering.

Bass herself could be caught on video dropping off a bag of confetti she claims is 20,000 votes for her, the poll worker accepting it, and then tallying 30,000 votes for Bass. Then they both high-five shouting "we are totally stealing this election!"

Not one of those votes would be invalidated.

Remarkably that Election Head took off for LA right after that election and now heads up LA County Elections and by golly, the same thing just happened in LA. Makes you think this protecting the precious democracy stuff might be rigged.

Before we get too spun up about the L. A. Election, some perspective from a California - not L. A. - resident.

LOOK ST A FREAKING MAP!

You'll see Los Angeles can be broadly divided into three sections. Downtown and the west side (Hollywood, Brentwood, Malibu, etc) where all the rich libs live. To the south of downtown is the notorious 'South Central' where the gangs snd thugs live, and to the north 'the Valley' (fer sure, fer sure) where the largely middle class lives.

Sprinkled all around, within a short drive, are various other incorporated cities each with their own police, fire, schools and governments. Nobody 'has' to live in Los Angeles. Most of the sane people don't. As crazy as the city government is in LA, you don't think they know they need to take care of the rich people on the westside? And the Valley? Secession from the city is a perennial issue out there.

So while the Spencer Pratt thing is a bitter disappointment, A it doesn't affect most of us - I don't even live in the same county, and B the mayor and city council know on which side their bread is buttered, Palisades fires notwithstanding.

I think Raman will win. Because the lift would be much larger to push 31pct to 51pct than to push 21pct to 27pct.

Plus Bass gets a coronation and really won't have to campaign or even debate now.

Raman will essentially be pushed into the shadows yapping at shadows and phantoms and Pratt will have to flee the state, lest he face some random charge.
