Just the opposite on this type fraud. They have to PRODUCE documentation of necessity, and show where the money went. They can shred, pulp and burn any evidence they want to, but if they can't show where the money went....tough noogies. Plus, they used two practices to take the money outside the US. One was international flights where suitcases of cash were flown out three times a week. The other was a Somali owned money transfer branch (there are three main branches in downtown Minneapolis). That company is required to keep records of transfer or they lose operations in the US.

As I put in the last thread, the state wanted to just go around the original hold on certification and approve the election, b/c they need to get primaries underway if they want the new borders. They didn't want to wait for the Supreme Court's decision.
The court just told them, no, we are supreme and you will sit and wait til we tell you what to do.
Kinda like the US courts that way...although here, it's actually the right call.

Part of it is also that you flavor senses change as you get older (taste buds decline as you get older.) Some people also develop an aversion to spicy because of digestion.
For myself, I still have a sweet tooth, but I always hated marshmallow flavor or molasses. The sweetness tastes off. And spicy wise, I have always seen 'so hot you can't taste anything' to be pointless anyway. Give me interesting, flavorful spicy, not ashen taste buds.

Just the opposite on this type fraud. They have to PRODUCE documentation of necessity, and show where the money went. They can shred, pulp and burn any evidence they want to, but if they can't show where the money went....tough noogies. Plus, they used two practices to take the money outside the US. One was international flights where suitcases of cash were flown out three times a week. The other was a Somali owned money transfer branch (there are three main branches in downtown Minneapolis). That company is required to keep records of transfer or they lose operations in the US.
