There was a guy who used to appear on Ethan Van Sciver's livestreams, a British guy named "Captain Chokeout." Not his real name, I don't think.

Captain Chokeout said that he had been sent to prison for a serious charge, either attempted murder or assault with a deadly weapon. Because he had been a bit of a soccer hooligan, if I remember right, and had gotten into a fight and kicked a guy in the head when he was on the ground.

And in the UK, he explained, a kick to the head of a downed opponent was considered attempted murder. (Or maybe "assault with a deadly weapon," the kick being the deadly weapon in this situation.)

I say that just to emphasize that a kick to the head of an opponent on the ground. We don't have this rule in the US, I don't think, but other countries do consider it attempted murder. It's a serious attack that can kill someone.

Meanwhile, in the US, since George Floyd killed himself by being 320 pounds and a drug addict, blue cities have created a de facto rule that black thugs are allowed to take "Street Reparations" on whites who "disrespect" them with no consequences or minimal consequences. By "Street Reparations," I mean an unconstitiution and incivil scheme permitting some favored members of the Democrat coalition of criminals and pirates to attack and beat someone from an unfavored group according to how much he believes he's entitled to fist-and-kick unofficial-but-approved "reparations" against another race at that moment.

Remember Trayvon Martin, repeatedly smashing George Zimmerman's head into the concrete --- attempted murder -- because Zimmerman dared to exercise the usual, lawful functions of a neighborhood watch? And the entire left insisted he was justified in this attempted murder, and that George Zimmerman should have allowed himself to be killed rather than shooting the young thug?

Street Reparations.

And this is consequence of that.

I won't call it an "unintended consequence."

The post doesn't specify the races of the perp and victim. I will: It's a black thug demanding a white girl give him her phone number (and give him "respect" as a thug-harasser) and then violently attacking her when she attempts to flee.

Video circulating on social media shows the 14-year-old brute confronting the 15-year-old girl on the corner of East 107th Street and 3rd Avenue in East Harlem around 3:30 p.m. Monday after school got out.

The 14-year-old Gentle Giant is a full head taller than the little girl he bodyslammed and attempted to kill.

And why did he think he was entitled to do this? Because the Gay Race Communist left told him he was entitled to do this.

But I hear he's really been "trying to turn his live around" since the attempted murder two days ago. He's thinking about becoming a rapper and applying to CUNY.

"I'll knock the s--t out of you right now," the bully says as he blocks the girl's path in the crosswalk, while one of his pals eggs him on to "Do it!"

It's just terrific that this wasn't a single lunatic, but a pack of murderers all cheering on the head-stomping of an innocent girl they never met.

"You stand right here," he orders her, pointing at the ground at his feet.
She tries to go around him but he puts an arm out and pushes her back, the tense clip shows.
"Get the f--k away from me, p--y," she tells him, turning around and walking away.
The masked goon then grabs her from behind, picks her up in the air and slams her into the pavement, according to the video.
While she lies on the ground helplessly in pain, he stomps on her head and walks away.
The girl suffered a concussion and was taken by EMS to Harlem Hospital in stable condition, police and sources said.

He was arrested. By the way, he was wearing a mask, of course, a pernicious thing the left has allowed precisely to allow criminals to kill people and then get away with it.

This occurred in Soros DA Alvin Bragg's Manhattan-- do you think he's going to throw the book at this thug and the monsters who cheered on the murder of an innocent white girl because she wouldn't fuck them?

A Canadian man was sentenced to just six months in prison after being caught on camera throttling his stepson, after a judge ruled his indigenous heritage was a mitigating factor.
British Columbia Provincial Judge Tamera Golinsky made her decision on April 7 after the man, who was listed under the initials KJM, pleaded guilty to one count of assault by choking and one count of assault.
The defendant's name was not listed due to a publication ban to protect the victim's identity, reported CP24.
The 33-year-old choked and kicked his girlfriend's child on two occasions while on a 'cocaine come down' on two days in June 2025.
In the sentencing document, Golinsky referred to KJM's indigenous heritage multiple times, despite noting that the violence could have 'an inevitable and long-term impact' on the child, reported CTV News.
However, Golinsky took into consideration that while KJM was not raised in a 'traditional upbringing,' he is of First Nations descent through his mother.

The judge has no evidence whatsoever that he has been discriminated against -- and admits it.

But he asserts it's just and right to assume "oppression."

'While I acknowledge that there is no evidence that he or his immediate family were impacted by state actions such as residential schools, even the disassociation with one's past and cultural heritage is a negative consequence of colonization,' Golinsky wrote in her decision.

Too much emphasis on rights and grievances rather than recognizing the tragedy of the commons when society is not allowed to stomp on miscreants. Truth is that you cannot have enough police, laws, jails, and judges to do the job that society is supposed to do. You have no right to trespass utility workers, in the public right of way along the street (your land title should tell you any existing easement. Plus government workers doing their jobs cannot be trespassed regardless of anti trespassing signage.

Examples are law enforcement including game wardens, fire, code enforcement, property tax assessors and their contractors, AND that includes Census personnel working for the US govt.

You can, however, tell them to leave your property. after they do their job and do not have to let them in the house nor talk to them unless they have a warrant.

A mere fence is not enough. Your constitutional protections are greatest at the immediate area around the house and lessen as distance increases.

You should still post a No Trespassing sign, along with a No Soliciting sign.

But, then understand gov't folks (including police) and a few others can still enter that area in order to approach your front door. Process servers, for example.
Your response to them is limited to "Get off my lawn" and calling the police, unless they begin to damage property. You can legally use light force to remove them from your property at that point, but almost everyone says to simply wait for the cops to do that.

It also was expensive and did not work very well picking up firecrackers for example and car backfires. Easier and cheaper to simply use datamining of arrests and police callouts to find criminal hotspots addresses.

Truth is everyone 'knows' who the troublemakers are--but residents are reluctant to go to court over it because courts no longer put the perps in jail or prison. And sometimes the gangs threaten the witnesses.

If you eliminated about 2-3 percent of teh US population by capital punishment for violent crimes that they are already committing and been convicted of, you would get something on the order of 50-70 percent reduction of violent crimes.

You have a farm right? Then that means you probably have Ag Census and USDA enumerators wandering around. They are required to 'impute' by looking around if you do not do the queries but not inside the house.

If they are looking in the windows and filming, then they are probably not Census workers but working for tax assessors (and code enforcement). Could also be people posing as workers and casing the place.

The correct way to complain is contact the local congress critter's office and/or the state Ag Statistics office if USDA enumerators are the problem.

As someone who used to do that, I never peered into windows nor trying to film the inside of a house. That sounds more like a pretext for perhaps looking for illegal grow farms in CA. Some counties are going way over the line in CA by trying to tax and fine people for that.

Mark your property as no trespass and no solicitation and put a gate on the driveway to prevent them using it.

I used to have problems with solicitors and other nuisances so I have my property marked nowadays. Security exterior storm doors as well.

Secure Elegance is one such (Larson) from Lowes and another is from Home Depot (Anderson I think). Full view ballistic glass that will take a baseball bat beating plus three locking prongs at the top, center, and bottom of the door. Runs about 3-400. The old standby of wrought iron also still exists.

I strongly advise people to harden the exterior of the home including doors as a security precaution.

That is not a legitimate surveyor if they are asking questions about guns. Either criminals casing the place or a pretext law enforcement investigation about firearms if that is the case.

The Census CPS or the decennial census does NOT have any questions about firearms or ownership. I looked up the specific questionnaires which are online at the Census Bureau.

For the most part, the Census CPS is conducted by mail first with you only having to deal with CPS to confirm who you are to begin with. I have been a respondent in the past and the questions were mainly about employment and finances.

Contact the regional supervisors and your Senator or Congress critter to report bad behavior.

I view it less than race in particular but more in the realm that Democrat politicians decided to protect criminals at the expense of the law abiding. and the entire welfare state encourages the destruction of teh family unit. Fatherless boys that mothers cannot control or want to control, are often some of the biggest drivers of crime.

Recently some of the really horrendous violence and sex crimes are coming from illegals particularly the Central Americans and Muslims nowadays.

Get cameras. I recommend EuFy as a cheap and non online (unless you want it) source. Amazon carries them. Start with doorbell camera set and central receiver and expand if you feel comfortable with them. Costco has something similar.

That way, Mr. Scarhead would be on camera and you could ask law enforcement to do something about a distinct person. They can take the video and run it through visual crime databases to identify if necessary.

Ring and others that rely on putting your video online somewhere in the cloud are liable for law enforcement overreach (by simply asking Amazon, etc. to hand over footage) and cost of subscription.

I've dealt with gas, phone, and cable services. They identify themselves universally and I usually get online texts and emails before any work as well.

We have a neighborhood group text that helps notify everyone about specific strangers showing up like the scamming solicitors or gypsy contractors.

Unfortunately, outbuildings distant from the home curtilage are treated as open fields so a Census worker has the same protections as a game warden. See Oliver v. United States (1984) to explain open fields doctrine. You can find common sense interpretations of that court decision via that keyword search.

But, you need to find out before 2030 about what exactly is listed as residences in the database of your outbuildings. Something is in the database, perhaps from decades ago. As a result, you will get annoyed again. California with its illegals and homeless problems is particularly known for squatters and residents that are not in established legal residences.

The filming inside the house is NOT something any Census training does. That is in fact a violation of privacy and and most probably would result in the firing of the individual involved if reported to the right person.

That person was fishing for something and given the fact that these are temporary positions for most of the enumerators, not permanent, they were looking for something to report to someone else not involved with the Census.

The actual Census is pretty straightforward and handled by mail in almost all cases except refusals. Then they send the person out. CPS is different but again, I dealt with a person once, the rest was by mail and phone. And as an AG census enumerator and State Ag enumerator working under the USDA contract, I never went to houses and peered inside. I knocked or called and that was it.
