California Officials Licensed and Approved a "Hospice" Located In a... FUCKING BURRITO STAND

Victoria Taft:

In testimony before the U.S. House Ways and Means Committee on Tuesday, the President and Chief Executive Officer of the California Hospice and Palliative Care Association, Sheila Clark, didn't want to bust the chops of California officials, but said there are too few checks and balances over the alleged businesses claiming to run hospice organizations.

She told the gape-mouthed crowd, "You'd be amazed at how many hospices -- the door you can walk up to in California -- and nobody's there."

...

But Clark wasn't done with her observations about those empty "hospice" offices.

There is five months worth of mail that you can see stacked up from CMS [Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services] and nobody's there. And that passed a survey! How did that happen?

How do you put a hospice in a burrito stand in California? How do you put a hospice in a tire store in California? That all had to be vetted through licensure and certification and accreditation.

Who's minding the burrito stand, anyhoo? Not California, though Gavin Newsom keeps touting how he cut off 280 licensees but failed to notice that "hospice" centers have exploded by 1,500% in recent years in his state. Newsom also missed how most of the nation's hospice centers are in L.A. County. He also missed that building in L.A. County with 89 hospice centers, most of which are unattended.

California is acting decisively to end the problem. And when I say "the problem," I do not of course mean the problem of Democrat voters bilking the US taxpayers out of hundreds of billions in plunder.

I mean the problem of people noticing that Democrat voters have leared to bilk the US taxpayers out of hundreds of billions in plunder.

Exposing California's corrupt "Stop Nick Shirley Act", instead of going after the fraudsters California is now going after the people exposing the fraud.

This bill AB 2624 will:

- Criminalize journalists with misdemeanors, $10,000 fines, imprisonment, and content takedown

- Let immigrant based NGOs' funding be confidential

- Take away freedom of the press from journalists

- Protect any "immigration support services" information from being public (healthcare, legal services, etc)

This bill was created by the Attorney General's WIFE Mia Bonta to stop fraud from being exposed. Please like and share this video everywhere! By trying to silence and intimidate journalists, they are trying to hide the truth from you. EXPOSE ALL THE FRAUD.

fraudincaliforniaclown.jpg

Some of RFKJr.'s testimony to the House and Senate:

He straight-up accused Frank Pallone of flipping from being a champion of people suffering vaccine injuries to someone who claims they don't exist after Big Pharma paid him off.

Grifter Raphael Warnock accused RFKJr. of cutting the office watching rabies cases. RFKJr. responded: There are one to three rabies cases per year, I think one person manning that office is adequate.

You mean previously we had multiple people in the office monitoring for the ONE TO THREE RABIES CASES PER YEAR?!?!

A Democrat shill accused RFKJr/Trump of slashing Medicaide by $900 million.

No, RFKJr. responded -- we increased funding by 47%.

What we cut was billions in fraud, which is the lifeblood of the Party of Plunder.

Nepo-swamphag Debbie Dingell claims vaccination rates dropped because of RFKJr. He responds that vaccination rates dropped because the government kept lying about vaccination injuries and fake "vaccine" efficacy, obliterating the credibility of the Vaccine Medical Complex.

Leftwing-coded AI is now pushing the same lies, claiming that when Biden said, explicitly, that if you take the "vaccine" you will not get Covid, he actually wasn't saying-saying that if you take the "vaccine" you will not get covid.

He also rebutted Bernie Sanders' claim that nearly all of the reduction in mortality seen in the 20th century was due to vaccination. In fact, the CDC itself concluded that 80% of the decline in mortality was due to improvements in nutrition, water purity, and hygiene.

Flashback: The media was all in on "whole foods" and against ultra-processed foods... until RFKJr. agreed with them.

He's the guy who went to Ukraine to prove the war was fake. He's the guy that "uncovered" fraud that had been known for years. He's the guy who tried to film little kids in day cares.

Yeah totally respectable journalism.

Just bc you don't like how money is allocated by the government doesn't make it fraud. Fraud has a specific legal definition and should be prosecuted.

The same people screaming about fraud want to start a war they have no idea how to pay for while they cut taxes for the rich and increase the deficit to $40,000,000,000,000. But if poor people but candy with food stamps it’s waste fraud and abuse.

Fraud is a major problem. They're not telling you were the real fraud is. More fraud happens in medical billing negotiations and government contracts.

DD#3 is currently going through IVF - one of the things they test you for is if you have immunity for Rubella. Turns out, she doesn't - despite having received ALL of the vaccines according to the schedules back in the early 90's.

Meanwhile, I - who got my vaccines back in the 60's and 70's - STILL test positive for immunity to all of that stuff.

What changed? Because I honestly don't know. DD#1 had immunity, and she is only 6 years older than DD#3. Kinda makes you wonder.

Trump really should come out in favor of oxygen. Or should categorically ban administrators from pumping Zyklon B into government buildings.

100 Willowed, reposting because it's CA and fraud-related:

When Newsome ran for mayor of SF, he had a homelessness plan modelled after Giuliani in NY (Care Not Cash). In order to get services for example, homeless people would need to register and get ID, so that the providers could help them according to their needs (e.g. addiction, mental illness), and track them and the providers to make sure money was being wisely spent. He spoke about how most of the money spent per homeless person didn't actually get to them. It was actually a relatively good plan compared to what existed.

Of course the Left in SF called it Nazi-like and said he was a right wing radical or some such.

Maybe things will settle down in a couple of years and there will be a clearer picture of what the future looks like. But for now, it's becoming so easy to enter a prompt and for the AI to spit out higher quality code than most engineers can put together in days.

I predict the near future offshoring push will be massive compared to anything we've seen in the past. The barrier to entry is now so low, even Indian programmers who aren't good enough to make it to America are sufficient.

I find the best process is to ask one ai to scaffold the project, another ai to make modifications and tweeks and another ai to check the work of the other ai.

For instance, you can ask Google Gemini to create a Postgresql schema and index for a SMPTE 2110/Arista MCS Network Device and Topology database, then ask Claude to design a React frontend/backend, then use OpenCode to make tweeks and modifications.

Things that would take teams of developers quarters or years to develop can be developed within a couple of weeks to days depending on the complexity.

169 148 > I can't help you with that. Learn to Code.

I'm a programmer. I despair that AI is killing the industry. I advise anyone who asks me if they should go into programming that now is a terrible time.

I can make a prediction, security folks in patching software will make bank as the number of AI revealed exploits for hackers to use is going to skyrocket.

And you have the reshoring right now for mfg due to the FCC for critical routers and telecom from the Salt Typhoon mess created by allowing Chicom mfg equipment to enter the telcom supply chains for use.

Even with those, there's a lot of theorizing going on about if it's a great idea to give kids 50 of them in one shot, as is done now.

Like I've said, if you are a programmer and aren't not able to leverage ai to help you produce better results faster then you are not a good programmer.

Case in point, give a large api doc to an AI agent and tell them to generate a Zod schema, it will be able to do that in seconds.

Depending on the size and complexity of the api, this could take a Jr. WebDev a couple of days to produce, it can now be produced in seconds.

[Per Brave "AI":]

"Zod is a TypeScript-first schema declaration and validation library that allows developers to define data structures and validate them at runtime while automatically inferring static TypeScript types. It bridges the gap between compile-time type safety and runtime validation, ensuring that external data such as API responses or form inputs conform to expected shapes."
