The media is pumping out SPLC propaganda, claiming they're being sued for "paying informants," while hiding the actual indictment so that their stupid NPC readers can't see what they're really charged with:

Robby Soave
@robbysoave

I'm always flummoxed when mainstream news sources describe a lawsuit, indictment, or pertinent document without actually linking to it. The SPLC indictment isn't linked in New York Times, AP, BBC, The Guardian, or any of first 10 sources I checked. Just have to take their word for it.

Matt Taibbi
@mtaibbi

Making readers jump through hoops to find the full quote or original source document is a gross new propaganda technique.

Only "very fine people" do it, you know.

The Rabbit Hole
@TheRabbitHole

"Racism is not dead, but it is on life support - kept alive by politicians, race hustlers and people who get a sense of superiority by denouncing others as racists."

-- Thomas Sowell

The "virtual winery" owned by Ilhan Omar and her "husband," claimed to be worth millions, has been legally dissolved days after she amended her financial disclosures to say she's not a millionaire and it was just a big whoopsie to inflate her personal fortune.

Didn't they prosecute Trump for that?

Here, America's Sweetheart (TM) snaps at a reporter asking about the "revision" to her financials: "I don't have to tell you jack shit."

BTW, what is a "virtual winery"? I don't know, but it's not a real winery, or else they would just say "winery." What I imagine is that it's a "winery" with no actual vinyard -- that is, it's just a label. They buy wine from others -- cheap wine, I'd bet -- slap a label on it, and sell it.

You know what's interesting about wine? No one can say with legal precision how much a bottle of wine is worth. Much like Hunter Biden's watercolors, doncha know. Political sympathizers could maybe possibly "buy" cases and cases of greatly over-priced cheapo-beapo "virtual wine" to funnel bribes and illegal campaign contributions to a politician with a level of plausible deniability.

Is that what happened here? I'm not saying. And neither is Ilhan Omar. She doesn't have to tell you jack shit.

MSNOW's full-spectrum failure Alex Wagner -- they have repeatedly pushed her as a "star" influencer with millions of dollars of push, and she's failed every time -- forgives Tuq'r Qarlson and welcomes him as an ally in the Democrat War on America.

'This Is Hard For Me To Say': MS NOW's Alex Wagner Says Tucker Carlson's Trump Apology 'Feels' Genuine

MS NOW's Alex Wagner admitted Tucker Carlson's apology for helping to elect President Donald Trump "feels" genuine, though she remains skeptical of how much help he could actually be to Democrats.

...

"I do think it's like a moment to wrestle with our own consciences. You know, we'll be tormented by it for a long time. I will be, and I want to say I'm sorry for misleading people, and it was not intentional. That's all I'll say," Carlson said.

Wagner first said she was "cynical" about Carlson's declaration, though she eventually conceded that she feels the "tortured" Carlson was "genuine" in expressing remorse for throwing support behind Trump.

She said:

I guess it's welcome if overdue. Pardon me for being a little cynical about the mea culpa. Ari, this is someone who witnessed Trump stage and foment an insurrection at the Capitol and still went and campaigned for the man. Like, did you not think his narcissism was malignant in early January of 2021? Because I sure did. Like, here was a man that clearly was going to stop at nothing, including tearing down our own democracy, to regain power. So the idea that it's just dawned on him that this man's moral compass may not be pointing in the right direction, and he may not be operating with the most strategic manual is like maybe a little bit late and maybe a little bit not as genuine as I wish it was.

She ultimately concluded the public break from Trump for Carlson was a purposeful move that he can't easily go back on.

"This is hard for me to say, but it feels like the apology is genuine. And I also don't know that you can find your way back to supporting Trump once you've had that sort of emotional, sort of almost therapy-like session," Wagner said, adding, "I don't think it should be making Democrats think that Tucker Carlson is going to go out on the campaign trail for them just yet."

But it will. He will follow his leader Nick Fuentes in actively campaigning for the Nazi Right to vote for Kamala Harris.

Democrat abruptly cuts RFK Jr. off the moment he starts exposing how he was bought off by Big Pharma.

FRANK PALLONE: "Do you know what Trump's reckless, illegal war with Iran is costing us right now?"

KENNEDY: "I remember when you were the champion--"

PALLONE: "I'm not going to get into it because you're not going to answer the question."

KENNEDY: "You said something to my family I'd like to reply to."

PALLONE: "I'm cutting you off because you won't answer the question."

[Minutes later, Kennedy brings up Frank Pallone again in a separate exchange]

KENNEDY: "I was with Congressman Pallone in the early 2000s, when he was the champion in this body for people who had vaccine injuries. And suddenly he did a 180 when the pharmaceutical industry of New Jersey turned him around. And that was a template."

[Pallone starts grumbling as Kennedy speaks]

KENNEDY: "You know you were. And he has never said a word about it since. And the mothers have not been able to get into his door."

Before the 2020 election, Biden gave a speech at Gettysburg saying he decided to run for office again after the Charlottesville far-right rally in 2017. The rally was a galvanizing moment for leftists and Democrats, who campaigned and fundraised off it for years, claiming they needed power and money to stop white supremacy.

Biden's White House met with SPLC officials at least 11 times after he won, according to visitor logs.

In the DOJ indictment against the SPLC, it was revealed that in addition to allegedly funding neo-Nazis and KKK members, the SPLC bankrolled one of the leaders of the Charlottesville rally and supervised his "racist" messaging.

A CPA was on Fox's David Asman's show and they had the following exchange (from Alpha News):

“A lot of people are wondering if it’s possible that her husband’s company’s initial valuation didn’t include liabilities, so he was scored on unrealized gains, which is exactly what Democrats like her are going after for billionaires, right?” Asman asked Geltrude, who responded, “Yeah, it’s kind of funny that that would happen.”

“But if you are asking is it possible that they excluded liabilities and unrealized gains, yes, it’s possible,” Geltrude continued. “But that would result by them not giving their information to the accountant to put on the form. So, either way, David, she is responsible.”

31 I live right near where her "virtual winery" was listed, in a commercial building that houses a "winery" amongst several other commercial ventures (including a brewery). These small wineries (or wine storage, or finished wine storage) are very common. I have also been in wine production for 40 yrs...
A "virtual winery" is a bullshit term for nothing more than a brand that may (or in this case, may not) be produced by a custom producer...You own the brand, buy grapes (or already finished wine to make your custom blend), and someone else actually "makes", ages, packages, stores, ships the wine...does all of the compliance, etc. You may (or may not) be involved in ANY of the business, except owning the label.
I have been in and out of the custom game since the 90's.
It is, in her case, money laundering or a tax dodge.

39 USA Today: FBI: SPLC paid informants without donors knowing. Feds pay them too. The Southern Poverty Law Center was indicted for allegedly paying sources in hate groups without donors knowing. The FBI also pays informants

The case rests on the idea that paying people for information used to take down an organization is identical to funding that organization. The basis of the case is nonsensical

The indictment is a squalid piece of theater, masking the assassination of a monitoring network under the pious pretense of protecting donors. By including enough detail to effectively burn undercover informants, the DOJ has achieved its actual aim: the liquidation of years of deep-cover work. It is a tactical decapitation, ensuring that even a legal failure in court delivers a triumph to the thugs the SPLC once monitored.

This creates a chilling effect intended to blind independent eyes to the reality of extremism. Future sources will now rightly fear that their anonymity is a cheap currency, easily spent by the state to settle a political score. By gutting the SPLC’s reach, the administration has cleared the field for hate groups to organize

87 I live right near where her "virtual winery" was listed, in a commercial building that houses a "winery" amongst several other commercial ventures (including a brewery).

104 Here is how it went - Grand Cru is a burgundy wine grown in France. the demand outstrips the supply, so it is expensive. The virtual winery promised to take mediocre California wine and blend it into something resembling a Grand Cru. It's why their winery was called eStCru. They got investors and convinced them to invest real money. Obviously, mixing shitty wine into super expensive wine would be wildly profitable. By the by, they didn't do the mixing even - they paid people to follow their formula. hence the "virtual".

They lined up some investors, and based on the amount investment, they valuated the winery at $30 million. Obviously, a lot of that valuation was virtual as well. But it was designed to lure in more investors - people might balk at investing $50 k into a winery worth $300k but jump at the chance for a winery worth $30 million.

So, the whole scheme collapsed and investors lost their shorts. It also created a huge problem - the valuation of the winery had to be reported by Omar, but that raised questions, now they have to revise it down, which opens them to endless lawsuits from investors.

107 The "virtual winery" model is attractive due to no overhead on your part- you pay someone else to do all of the work, you own nothing but the brand (including the wine). But believe me, no one makes tens of
$$millions with a virtual winery, unless they are in it for years, building brands, selling selling selling. I have been associated with several of the winners, but have watched the failure of hundreds.
I guarantee that she did not make millions of dollars...I doubt if they ever even made a product at all.

The problem was that racism died of its own accord but left so much anti-racism money on the table that the devoted leftists had no choice but to bring it back and kill it profitably.

C'mon, we are talking about Executive Branch activity not what the clowns in Congress are doing.

As pretty much always Trump is acting on his own against the deep state.

It would be great if Trump built a huge penis there with a big sign, SUCK IT ASSHOLES!!!

Nope. If you hated them at AM's level of hatred for the human race it still wouldn't be enough.

Yes, with that carnival thing inside. A bunch of clown heads with the balloons attached that blow up when you shoot the mouth, only they'll be fonda heads, and we won't be using water guns.

Well you don't. Inertia is our friend, and our only hope. But the forces of idiotic entropy seem to own the unthinking minds of most people around us.

Exactly. I can't believe how many people lap this crap up. I was reading (CA Post) about a former Israeli hostage who was coming to speak at UCLA and the student council put out a statement condemning him. A Jewish student who is on that committee said it's blatantly disrespectful that he's not allowed to share his lived experience. Lived experience?????? Holy shit, even a Jewish student can't say torture/kidnapping instead of that insipid phrase???

175 Have posted before about how almost nobody seems familiar with even the basic facts of "Charlottesville". The permitted protesters - who opposed the Bolshevik/Khmer Rouge/Taliban style jihad against historical statues of Civil War figures - were not the problem. And of course they had nothing whatsoever to do with the partly astroturfed, entirely ridiculous "Unite the Right" idiots.

The police chief and mayor, with the corrupt idiotic Clinton crony governor's connivance, violated the rights of the permitted protesters after refusing to protect the venue - even forcing them to exit the fenced-off protest area in the park *into* the mob of idiotic s**t-stirrers, where antifa-type thugs were battling it out with "right wing" thugs. (an empty and quiet and safe exit option existed, police didn't use it)

AG Sessions immediately announced a civil rights investigation - into the govt. figures who let the mess happen - but that simply disappeared and was never heard of again.

And the dumbed down NPCs that make up most of America swallowed the absurd cartoonish propaganda of the vile "press".

176 We are watching a Beach Front Bargain Hunt based in Washington. My little Alabama child just asked why they sound so weird. I told her we should be careful since pin and pen are the same to us. She said that was because they are.

I prefer to think of her as dog sh*t. One of my favorite Dirty Harry quotes:

Listen, punk. To me you're nothin' but dogshit, you understand? And a lot of things can happen to dogshit. It can be scraped up with a shovel off the ground. It can dry up and blow away in the wind. Or it can be stepped on and squashed. So take my advice and be careful where the dog shits ya!

180 >> You know what's interesting about wine? No one can say with legal precision how much a bottle of wine is worth. Much like Hunter Biden's watercolors, doncha know. Political sympathizers could maybe possibly "buy" cases and cases of greatly over-priced cheapo-beapo "virtual wine" to funnel bribes and illegal campaign contributions to a politician with a level of plausible deniability.

1. I think it's adorable that you don't think like a crook. That's penny-ante and messy, with shuffling actual physical objects around. What they can do instead is accept "investments" that will never pay off, with any arbitrary amount of money received in exchange for no product at all. And when the company folds and they lose their investment, as just happened...

2. If the company had any liabilities or could be sued, I bet you could get Ilhan. I've never had a company of my own, but I've looked into it, and they emphasize keeping your money separate. No commingling assets and no paying your personal bills directly, lest you "pierce the corporate veil." But if they cared about the law, they wouldn't be so shady.

I think that's Morris Dees, co-founder and former chief trial counsel of the SPLC. He was its public face for a long time. The reason I have to qualify that statement is because he's old now (89) and looks very different, but I think that's an old photo of him.
