In other words: When Rapewell was threatening to become an easily-defeated Presidential candidate, they were willing to investigate the well-known rumors of harassment even rape, but when he dropped out and was no longer a threat to The Party, they let him off scot-free to go back to being a useful Democrat tool in Congress where he could continue to rape women.

This is mostly bullshit spin about the Democrat Party building an escape-proof trap for Rapewell and just waiting to strike when the time was right. That's a lie. You never wanted to take him out until he again threatened to become an easily-defeated candidate.

But the admission about Politico is interesting.

One note on the Swalwell stuff - (this isn't confirmed) but a reporter with Politico was working on verifying the rumors on Swalwell when he was running for President. (he's no longer with the publication) Two days before he was scheduled to sit down with this reporter Swalwell dropped out of the race. The energy disappeared to potentially take him out, the victims if they were even willing to go on the record never did. He slithered back to his safe house seat. December 2025 was too early to take down Swalwell we had to wait til his paperwork was ALL IN running for governor March 2026, so the head of the snake could be chopped off and he had no safe house seat to slither back to this time. Hate the strategy fine, but for folks unsure if this would work, we had to make sure he couldn't get away like he did in 2020.

Yeah that was your strategy - not covering it up forever so long as he stayed in his lane and did not attempt to rise above his appointed station.

I don't know what you are talking about - witnesses need to come forward and make the accusation so reporters and the police in this case can do their job. I am not a victim and I'm not a witness of him committing these acts, so how do I prevent him from slithering back exactly ?

This still sticks with me and there's not enough follow-up. Why NOW with all the public charges by the women? Where have THEY been? The "crimes" happened over a long period and in multiple instances. Why the same kind of silence by all of them? This is NOT normal. This many victims and NONE chose to go to authorities and make a stink about it until now.

These women need to go on record somewhere responding to the "WHY NOW" question and a follow-up of "were you pressured to keep things private or make things public after your assaults"?

It's hard to believe they all behaved the same way WRT defending themselves post assault/intrusiveness. Remember, too, that this happened during the MeToo movement when women were at peak victimhood. This was their time. They said nothing consequential if anything at all. But NOW it happens.

I just came across this article in Politico about the rumblings that were the beginning of the end for Swalwell. I feel like I need to go in for a recalibration of my bullshit detector as the allegations took me completely by surprise. It appears that some people knew about Swalwell all along.
