Sefton: sefton at cutjibnewsletter.com | Breaking: Multiple Reports That Trump Has Told Pam Bondi That Her Time as AG Is Coming to an EndUpdate: She's been fired now? Trump posted that Todd Blanche will be acting AG. Posted by: Duke LowellThe claim is that he is pre-firing her, I guess. Telling her to prepare her resume and make up a reason why she is voluntarily leaving the job. Is this true? No idea, of course. Poltiico: Bondi on the brink? By JACK BLANCHARD with DASHA BURNSThe New York Post: President Trump told Attorney General Pam Bondi on Wednesday that she would be out as head of the Department of Justice, a source with knowledge of the conversation told The Post on Thursday. Bondi was at the White House to attend Trump's address to the nation on the Iran war, and earlier had accompanied the president to the Supreme Court to watch oral arguments in a major birthright citizenship case. Fox News said Trump will replace Bondi with Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche as the interim attorney general. Trump is expected to soon make a formal announcement. The White House did not directly address the report, but pointed The Post to a quote from the president praising Bondi. So Fox is confirming it. Unexpected, at least to me. Update: Sorry to push unvetted info, but a commenter posted this and I'm going to repeat it even while declaring "I don't know if this is anywhere close to true." Trump's reasoning for the sudden dismissal comes in part because the President believes Bondi tipped off Eric Swalwell about the FBI's efforts to release investigative documents related to his relationship with an alleged Chinese spy.I'm still trying to figure out where this comes from.

The good thing about reposting a wall of text is you can add paragraph spacers:
Bondi was friends with Ben Crump and helped sink the country into racial despair for Little Trayvon. Bad on guns too. Reality is not a team sport. This is probably hitting close to home for Trump - remember he was arguing for libel reform a while back. He is generally right, but how you would actually encode this in law to be more restrictive of outright lying about public figures without giving a Dem administration another tool to arrest dissidents would be hard to do. In truth I don’t give a damn about Bondi, but IF she is indeed fired I would have waited until mid November. It just supplies fodder for the Left and also limits any other personnel moves Trump might need to make in the near future. Our side is treading very close to the “ complete disarray” attack that the Dems would love to make. Hell, they might use that anyway

re: bondi, i'm rather surprised it took so long to replace her. she's been an extremely weak link since day 1, and her incomprehensibly clumsy handling of the epstein documentary rollout caused permanent damage to trump's electoral coalition that never has been nor can be ameliorated. while i don't really care that much about trump's coalition, her oversight, such as it was, of the attempted lawfare-vengeance prosecutions of e.g. letitia james succeeded at nothing more than making a martyr of some of the most reprehensible legal officers in the country. the woman is a empty-bleached-headed amateur and should never have been elevated to her position, much less tolerated for so long. to tie her foibles in to the spice, the epstein debacle unquestionably provided prefidious fifth-column types with ample ammunition for their divisive conspiracy mongering. -------- What if she's a disloyal c-word? More to the point the media and general population can only focus on one thing at a time. Trump knows how to move a needle and make the media play a tune. At worst it dilutes Iran as the Only Story In The Room as it now moves to a phase of wrapping up in our favor anyway. This will let "Iran" reset in a new narrative frame of Trump's choosing. I saw Cleopatra Jones last night. They remastered it onto blu-ray. While it's considered a "blaxploitation" flick, it's quite tame by standards of the genre. Mostly comic violence, very little blood or gore, and no sex or nudity -- in fact, the heroine barely shows any skin at all, not even arms or legs.
It's not bad, but if you're gonna go exploitation, don't ya go exploitation? Cleo herself is stunning to behold, a statuesque Amazon dressed in the finest wardrobe this side of fashion week in Milan. Piper could do a whole post on her fashion. She changes outfits and hairstyles more than she does any actual police work. Bonus: Shelley Winters (!) as a violent, lecherous lesbian drug lord who spends more time beating up on her henchmen than she does the good guys. What does Ace call it -- a "Limited Hangout?"
Leaks to the NYT primarily come from the CIA and other Deep State Traitors: "According to Victor Marchetti, a former special assistant to the deputy director of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), a limited hangout is 'spy jargon for a favorite and frequently used gimmick of the clandestine professionals. When their veil of secrecy is shredded and they can no longer rely on a phony cover story to misinform the public, they resort to admitting—sometimes even volunteering—some of the truth while still managing to withhold the key and damaging facts in the case. The public, however, is usually so intrigued by the new information that it never thinks to pursue the matter further'." Posted by: ShainS at April 02, 2026 01:30 PM (nCGhB) 116

So, a couple of things need to happen: 1) We arm Iranians who want the gov't members ended and dead. If if if we can find enough Iranians who will fight for themselves and their own country. 2) We need a figurehead that the Iranians people can get behind, right now all they have is an amorphous blob of "someone better". That figurehead is probably the Shah of Iran, assuming he's up to the job. 3) Not sure this would work but pit the Iranians nationalism, culture, and history against the invader colonialist moslems with Zoroastrianism if that's even still a thing. Probably not. Posted by: naturalfake at April 02, 2026 01:50 PM (iJfKG) 261

Hitler’s Edifice Complex - Timothy W. Ryback He wanted it big. He wanted lots of gold, lots of marble. He wanted visitors awestruck by his architectural expansion of the country’s symbolic seat of power. “They should sense the strength and grandeur of the German Reich as they walk from the entrance to the reception hall,” Adolf Hitler told his chief architect, Albert Speer, outlining his plans for an extension to the old Reich chancellery... The new annex, connected...by a marble corridor hung with crystal chandeliers, was part of Hitler’s ambitious plans to align the Berlin cityscape with his vision for the future of the country. Hitler wanted a Triumphbogen, a triumphal arch, twice the size of the Arc de Triomphe...He wanted an “Avenue of Splendor” for military parades. “The Champs-Élysées is a hundred meters wide,” Hitler told Speer. “We will make our avenue twenty meters wider.” A planned “Hall of the People” was to be topped by the largest swastika on Earth. Funny, this doesn't surprise me at all. Trump is running out of time, he NEEDS results before the midterms. He needs a wartime Pam Bondi who will go to the mattresses. She wasn't loyal enough to actually fire anyone huge or jail anyone big enough to scare the dems into doing the people's work and not theirs. I don't care how loyal she is. Mary Katherine Ham has had some great responses to anyone mocking Mrs. Kirk. When Candace said, for example, she's faking because she smiled as a new widow. Unreal.
Ham should know, since her husband died in a bike accident when her children were 2yrs old and one two months before birth. My own SIL had to deal with the sudden cardiac death of her husband (my dude's brother) when her boys were 4 and 3yrs old. It is hell on earth, and like MK Ham says, no one should have to go through this depth of grief. And certainly no one should judge Kirk as Owens has. Made worse by her "platform" to trumpet her delusions. Regarding Bondi: I don't know why she did or didn't do as people wanted her to. If she did, in fact, tip off SwallowingWell, I will not defend her at all. I did not think she was "in over her head" in the beginning, but I guess she was. Buckley's proudest moment was tossing the Birchers from the conservative movement. If he were still alive, seeing him tackle the Nick Fuentes' of the Dudebro "conservative" space would have been interesting.
Except for Victor David Hanson, all the other "conservatives" at National Review fell like dominos to go NeverTrump when Trump ran. I like to think that Buckley was too smart to do that, and would have kept them in line. But I also think his ego would tell him he's better than Trump, so a man like that becoming president might have galled him enough to go NeverTrumper too. Who knows. Do you really believe that a holdover attorney, who hasn't been replaced because the Senate won't confirm their replacement, can get a blue city grand jury to indict a Democrat? Or that, when they fail to do that, it's the AG's fault? And somehow the DOJ can't argue effectively that Sanctuary City policies and statements, breaks the aiding and abetting law.... so Judges keep throwing the DOJ lawsuits against cities and states out. The Three Specific Emails (JPMorgan/Epstein Context)
The "Birthday Book" Outreach (2011): The email outlines how the bank could use Epstein's personal relationships with these men to secure them as "Ultra High Net Worth" (UHNW) clients. The Problem for Dimon: This contradicts his 2023 testimony that he was unaware of Epstein's activities. Investigators argue that "the top floor" of the bank was actively profiting from Epstein’s "black book" long after his 2008 conviction. The "Wall of Cash" Email (2013): An internal JPMorgan email discussing Epstein as a "top-tier referral source" for the bank's "Wall of Cash" program. The email allegedly notes that Epstein was a primary bridge to international dignitaries and intelligence-linked figures, specifically mentioning that "compliance concerns" regarding his past conviction should be managed to keep the pipeline open. The Intelligence Link: This is where John Brennan’s name frequently surfaces in the 2026 inquiry. and #3 The "Moscow/Russian" Date Email (2010): An email from Epstein to a high-ranking contact (recently linked to the broader "Clinton network" in the files) regarding a meeting with a "clever, beautiful, trustworthy" Russian woman. The Significance: This email is being used by the Trump DOJ to prove that Epstein was acting as a "broker" for foreign assets. If Brennan or Dimon knew Epstein was facilitating meetings between US elites and foreign nationals, their "doing nothing" moves from negligence to a national security failure. I have no problem with the right women in power. If you have some dour, stonehearted bitch in charge, she can be more ruthless than any man in the world.
Trump doesn't select for those mean bitches. He wants them photogenic, and a lady who's like "yeah, I ate the last man who fucked me" doesn't make for good press conferences. Posted by: Yudhishthira's Dice at April 02, 2026 02:51 PM (BI5O2) 501
Which Islamic Countries are aligned with Iran as opposed to those aligned against them? "
SA, UAE, Qatar, Bahrain are probably a bit peeved with Iran right now, but the situation is fluid. Posted by: gp at April 02, 2026 01:57 PM (N8ZBc) Nobody in the area liked Iran, they just feared them. If we abandoned the anti IGRC war they might revert to that, or bomb them themselves. Posted by: Oldcat ---- Defining "countries" hides a bit of nuance - the Sunni/Shia split. Iran is majority Shia, and is the only Islamic country which is. Iraq has a large number of Shia, but is still majority Sunni. The first civil.war within Islam traces back to that split. Trying to see which countries would ally with the US papers over that difference, and doesn't indicate much in the longer term. With the exception of the Saudis, who view Iran as an existential threat to their claim of the leadership of the Muslim world, the remainder of those countries will ally with the US only on a temporary basis, and therefore cannot be counted on for much beyond press releases. But... when the kinetic part is over and we pull most of our forces out of the way, they will turn on Iran visciously.
