Sefton: sefton at cutjibnewsletter.com | Operation Sorry, Charlie: Reports Claim Israel Packs Explosives Into Canned Tuna Intended for Revolutionary Guards Forces, Kills At Least Five, Injures Dozens, Puts Many Off Fish ForeverIran's winning so much they're getting tired of all the winning! Before the Food-Borne Illness Attack: Iran's Naval chief, in charge of shutting down the Strait of America and harassing ships and killing people for the past decade has himself been"opened" by Israeli missiles. The elite Iranian naval commander who authorized the closure of the Strait of Hormuz to ship traffic was killed in an Israeli airstrike along with the service's top intelligence official, the Jewish state's military announced Thursday. Alireza Tangsiri, leader of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps Navy (IRGC-N), was eliminated in an overnight strike on the fleet's home port of Bandar Abbas, Defense Minister Israel Katz said during a morning assessment alongside military officials. Tangsiri, 64, became the latest high-profile Iranian official to have been rubbed out after the assassinations earlier this month of IRGC spokesperson Ali Mohammad Naini, the regime's de facto leader Ali Larijani, and Gen. Gholamreza Soleimani, commander of the paramilitary Basij forces. Katz said the strike was meant to send a "message" to the IRGC: "The IDF will hunt you down and eliminate you one by one." In a separate statement, Adm. Brad Cooper, the leader of US Central Command (CENTCOM), said Tangsiri's death "makes the region safer" and called on members of the IRGC-N to "immediately abandon their post and return home to avoid further risk of unncecessary injury or death." "Since the commencement of Operation Epic Fury, 92% of the large ships in the Iranian Navy have been eliminated," Cooper noted. "As a result, IRGC-N has completely lost their ability to project power in the Middle East or around the world. Now, with the loss of their long-time leader, the IRGC-N is on an irreversible decline."The media will be quick to celebrate this, as it only proves that Drumpf! and his Puppet-Master Netanyahu are "getting desperate" and are isolated because they "have no Iranians left to lie to." ![]() Iran International English

Now, for the food can attack. Only five are known to be dead, but that number may rise. "Dozens" were injured by the exploding cans. I can't confirm this, and no "reputable" media (LOL) has confirmed it. But Mahyar Tousi ran it, and that's good enough for me. This account, which seems to be an Iranian propaganda site, accidentally confirms the attack, even though they make up stories about US and Israeli warplanes "dropping" the cans of explosive tuna on to poor civilians. Sure. We're dropping cans of fucking tuna out of bombers. Sure. American and Israeli warplanes carried out a new attack in parts of southern Iran by dropping explosive devices disguised as food cans over civilian areas in Shiraz, killing several residents and injuring others. According to field reports, the devices were released over the southern outskirts of Shiraz, particularly around Kafri village, where several civilians were killed. The attack came after the enemy's failure to achieve its objectives through earlier military strikes, in what local sources described as a blind and criminal act targeting populated areas. The suspicious objects were described as resembling ready-made food cans and being slightly larger than standard tuna tins. The devices contain explosive material and are designed to detonate when opened or handled, making them especially dangerous to unsuspecting civilians. Videos circulating on social media show urgent warnings instructing residents not to approach, touch, or attempt to open the objects. Citizens have been strongly advised to keep a safe distance, avoid gathering near any suspicious device, and immediately report its exact location to security and intelligence authorities. The explosive cans of tuna are designed to blow up if "opened or handled," but they... did not blow up after being dropped from bombers to the ground? A video which some claim ran on Iran state TV and others claim is unverified from unknown sources shows them safely exploding one of the cans.

I know it's very routine for me to walk around my neighborhood and see cans of tuna laying around and of course my first instinct when I see them is to pick them up and attempt to eat the contents! So yeah... it makes perfect sense that the IDF would drop cans of tuna from the sky and just know that civilians would pick them up. They also solved the non-trivial problem of getting these cans to not explode when dropped from 30,000 feet when they hit the ground but then explode when a human hand applies 1 pound of force... no problem!

I really have to reach back in my memory... but IIRC I believe this is true - During the Iran/Iraq war in the 1980s the Iranians sent unarmed kids through minefields to clear the mines.... the Mullahs have a long tradition of throwing kids into the meatgrinder of war
They absolutely did. However, they also gave the kids a blanket to wear into the minefield so that when they were blown to bits, it would be easier and less traumatic for the others to retrieve the bits of their friends. The mullahs were considerate that way. Posted by: Archimedes at March 26, 2026 03:51 PM (Riz8t) 114
Using kids for cannon fodder is an Iranian tradition. The mullahs had children march across mine fields to clear them during the Iran-Iraq War. And had unarmed boys attack Iraqi machine guns in trenches. Nice people.

I remember 1985, 86, 87 when Russia was accused of dropping toys and other objects that could explode in the hands of Afghans, especially children. Ukraine has been accused of such in its war with Russia. There have been child soldiers in all the Great Wars; unfortunately in so very many wars. Vietnam with its trip bombs & other weapons with women & children engaged in fighting. Even now, Africa accounts for approximately 40% of the world’s child soldiers, with tens of thousands of boys and girls recruited by armed groups and government forces in nations like South Sudan, the Central African Republic, and the Democratic Republic of Congo. Often abducted or driven by poverty, these children serve as combatants, messengers, and lookouts. (AI Overview) Warriors are one thing, children and other innocents: no, never. 😭 Just me. As I recall the circs, while still in CCR Foggerty sold rights to all his hits to manager/producer Zantz and after sobering up (somewhat) regretted it. After he went solo, for years he would not play any of the aforementioned hits. In his first solo album, Foggerty included a piece, "Vanz kant danz." Zantz sued for ldefamation and won. Zantz also sued for copyright violation for another song on that album, claiming it was a steal from "Run Through the Jungle," that Zantz owned by that time. Foggerty won that case. On the subject of breakfast cereal marketing, the vast majority was not intended to convince kids that it tasted good. Most of the cereals of the day were so high in sugar and flavor additives they were basically sweet desserts. Kids ate it like candy. No need to convince them of anything.
The advertising was aimed at moms and tried to convince them the piles of sugar they set in front of their kids every day was actually good for them. Hence all the bullshit and hype about vitamins and minerals added to these cereals. Posted by: Elric The Blade at March 26, 2026 04:18 PM (iFTx/) 266

As I recall the Don Henley rape thingy, he feed a bunch of ludes to a 15 year old ("I swear officer, I thought she was 18!") and did her. Afterwards, she was lounging by the pool when Henley just let the cops in. Not the brightest bulb. Henley did write a good song about it, slamming the media," Dirty Laundry," so there's that. I suppose Whoopee would say it was not rape-rape, but dang she was underage.

I believe Henley didn't rape the 15 year old in that event. Because she ODed before any hanky panky could happen.
What it does suggest is that Henley had delivered drugs and "consensually" done whatever-deeds before that mishap, to other girls. Who the hell gives drugs to 15 year olds?
