Taqiyya Qatarlson: The CIA Is Preparing a Criminal Referral Against Me Just Because I Was Acting as a Foreign Agent for Iran

Was that wrong? Should I not have done that? Because I gotta plead ignorance on this thing. Because if anyone had said something to me that that kind of thing was frowned upon...

Last week I saw Taqiyya Qatarlson stating that if Trump negotiated with Iran just to lull them into a false sense of calm while he prepared to strike them, this would constitute a "sneak attack" every bit as terrible as the Pearl Harbor attack and furthermore, any official taking part in this -- including Trump -- should be and "punished right away." In other words, prosecuted.

This was a bizarre and unhinged claim from Taqiyya Qatarlson, even by his standards. I wondered what had happened to provoke him into claiming that Trump is now a Pearl Harbor sneak-attack war criminal and needs to be prosecuted and imprisoned.

And... so now we know why. Qatarlson found out that Trump was using him as a "useful idiot," leaking assurances to him that we would never attack Iran so that Taqiyya would duly report this to his spymasters in Iran.

And he got pissed about being used as an unwitting double-agent against the country he is loyal to, Iran.

tuckercarlsonframeforacrime.jpg

Can he actually be prosecuted? I don't know. I doubt he would be prosecuted under the Espionage Act, which is about obtaining and transmitting officially-classified information to a third party. I don't doubt that Taqiyya would pass sensitive information to Iran or Hamas, I just don't think it was classified, because what Qataralson was being told was meant to be reported to Iran. They wouldn't want to restrain him from passing the disinformation to its intended targets in Iran.

He mentions being prosecuted as a "foreign agent," which I assume refers to acting as a agent of a foreign power without registering under the FARA Act.

However, I doubt he's guilty of a FARA violation, either.

The Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA), enacted in 1938, requires individuals or entities acting as agents of foreign principals (governments, parties, or individuals) to register with the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ)
. It mandates public disclosure of their activities, finances, and relationship to promote transparency regarding foreign influence in U.S. public policy and opinion.
Key Aspects of FARA:

Who Must Register: Agents engaging in political activity, public relations, lobbying, or soliciting funds for a foreign principal within the U.S..
Registration Process: Must register with the DOJ within 10 days of agreeing to act as an agent, providing details on their relationship and activities.
Reporting Requirements: Registered agents must file periodic supplemental reports, including detailed reports on income and expenditures in support of their activities.
Exemptions: Key exemptions exist, including those registered under the Lobbying Disclosure Act, journalists, and individuals engaging in private, non-political commercial activities.
Enforcement & Penalties: Enforced by the DOJ's FARA Unit, violations can lead to criminal charges if willful, or civil actions, including potential fines and public disclosure requirements.

Being an "agent" would require him to have actually agreed to be an agent, or to have taken money to act on behalf of Iran. You can't just be prosecuted under FARA because you sympathize with dirty foreign communists and Islamists, as Taqiyya Qatarlson so clearly does. So I don't think he can be prosecuted here, either.

Is Taqiyya lying about being a criminal target, just for clicks and sympathy? Very possibly! He is an inveterate liar.

And his ally Cavernous Nostrils is literally threatening violence against Trump's government if they "come for Tucker:"

tuckercarlsoninsurrection.jpg

There may indeed be an inquiry, and I think rightly so. If you are talking to the intelligence/terrorist services of a hostile foreign power and transmitting to them sensitive (though not actually classified) information, yeah, you're damn right someone should take a little look-see to find out if you're guilty of espionage or just guilty of being a terrorist-humping scumbag.

Now, I do think he's a dirty spy. But some spying isn't illegal. Yes, a spy who passes classified information can be prosecuted. But a spy who owns a house in the flight path of a US military base cannot, I don't think, be prosecuted for noting what types of planes are taking off and when, and then sending off that information to his case officer. That's open information, which anyone with eyes can see, and I think that a spy doing that would be non-prosecutable. (Though, if a foreigner permitted to be in the US, his visa would be revoked and he would be declared persona non grata.)

I think Tucker Carlson is a spy in this second sense -- he is acting as the eyes and ears of a hostile foreign power, he is reporting to that hostile foreign power what the president of the United States said to him, but that information was not classified and therefore there is no actual crime in reporting it to Iranian intelligence officials. (Especially because Trump intended it to be reported.)

But it does make him treasonous. Not a traitor by the legal definition, but treasonous in the dictionary sense, acting on behalf of an enemy foreign power against the interests of the US.

And now this fat piece of shit is butthurt because he was a key asset in convincing the Iranians that it was safe to hold a meeting with 90% of the top military and mullah leadership present in the same room a couple of weeks ago.

Tucker Carlson: Hero of Israel! I hope Mossad makes it official and decorates him with an award for his crucial work in this operation!

One thing: For a long time, I hoped that J.D. Vance was really not on Team Qatarlson but had been assigned the role of "Tucker Whisperer," and was just loyally executing the orders of his President.

But then Vance got more and more forward leaning with his "these are important discussions we need to have" defenses of Qatarlson and I abandoned that hope, and wrote him off as someone I would consider ever voting for.

This new information certainly revives the possibility that JD Vance was acting as the spymaster for an unwitting, stupid, bumbling, narcissistic double agent. I hope that turns out to have been the case all along.

And I do hope that Cavernous Nostrils "rides at dawn" and leads a violent insurrection.

Bring it on, Cavernous.

Come to think of it... Qatarlson and his various foreign agent allies are constantly talking about Jonathan Pollard, a Jewish American who spied for Israel, talking about how perfidious Israel (and American Jews) are.

Is he really now going to claim that no one should even look into his communications with Iranian intelligence?

Why, exactly? Because he's not a Jew?

____

Hmmm. I'm not sure if misinformation could still be classified. Maybe. Or if it's still illegal to pass classified info to foreign enemies, even if the government expects you will pass the info alone.

So ... if the information given to Fucker was classified and he passed it to enemies in Iran, he could still be guilty even if it was false info and he was expected to pass it. Maybe.

"I cannot reconcile that platform with Scripture. I have compromised my relationship with Jesus for too long, and I’m grateful God did not give up on me — He gave me time to repent, turn, and be fully devoted to Him.”

"That conviction includes the issues I cannot reconcile with Scripture: abortion, the normalization of the gay lifestyle, and the push to redefine gender."

130 Awww is someone now being targeted by the administration they helped create? ☹️😢 "The Face-Eating Leopards weren't supposed to eat ME!"

Tucker has been adamantly calling out the foreign influence of Mossad / Israel on American politicians (AIPAC) over the past month. Jokes on him, the foreign agents in charge of our administration and Congress don't like being called out.

Tucker doesn’t care about Gaza, he calls out Israel because he is a rabid anti-Semite, Christian nationalist and white supremacist. Broken clocks occasionally right and all, but he is absolutely not a good person.

Meanwhile, the real foreign agents are anyone aligned with aipac. JFK wanted to list the precursor to aipac as a foreign agent (he was killed before he could). Also, as much as I loathe Tucker, if T imprisons him for essentially free speech, it'll be like Navalny.

Tucker really is a Russian asset and a serious threat to our national security. He's someone I would encourage tue CIA to watch like a hawk.

So is the president and most members of congress, heck people like Obama's chief of staff even went to serve in the IDF after 9/11 instead of here.

Same thing with giving him info knowing it will be passed. Kinda like a sting operation. If an undercover offers stolen goods or drugs to a buyer, and the buyer buys, it's still a crime even those the undercover expected the buyer to buy.

The popes giving up political power and armies made it more about the individual soul than political influence.

Maybe one day that will change again, but not even Benedict would have raised an army.

I don't think so, because Vance was saying and doing questionable things outside of Cucker's involvement. His constant excuses for the woke reich "influencers" for example. "These are just kids making funnies, let's not ruin their future", when we are talking about 20-30 year old men. At Kirk's memorial, he went all "big tent" when there are clearly people who need to be tossed out pronto.

The fact she is being torn to shreds by kooks in every corner, both known and unknown and learning in real time no one is really trustworthy, it’s all a viper pit? My guess is Charlie protected her from that fact. Help me to understand what exactly the right protocol is under such circumstances, because my Emily Post does not have a section on this. Charlie Kirk’s are not a dime a dozen, no one will fill his shoes. And do not ever underestimate how catty some women are when the one in front of them is prettier. Do not underestimate how some men view pretty women as stupid and silly. Not all, in either one of these cases. But some.

The Constitution says clearly that when an individual wages war on America, he is guilty of treason. That kind of implies the Founders believed that a single person could, indeed, "wage war".

My lifetime has spanned (barely) “Paul is dead!” through the Priory of Sion and into “Fire doesn’t melt steel.” Many, many people don’t need to be paid to dig deeply into conspiracy theories, and will in fact spend much of their own time and money taking part in the frenzy around the theory.

380 The Constitution says clearly that when an individual wages war on America, he is guilty of treason. That kind of implies the Founders believed that a single person could, indeed, "wage war".

No, you are inferring that. It doesn't imply anything other than someone who goes to war against the USA is guilty of treason.

Seriously, what would "war against the USA" by a single person look like? How would that be distinct from just protest, or crime? Does he drive a tank into a base and start shooting it? What does this one-man war consist of? Its irrational.

Posted by: Christopher R Taylor at March 16, 2026 01:27 PM (PYyV9)

381 The treason statute is oddly worded but generally prohibits two separate things:

1. "levies war against [the United States]" (ie., goes to war against the USA, whatever that means)

OR

2. "adheres to [United States] enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere"

The statue doesn't require a formal declaration of war, although it would be easier to determine who the "enemies" are if there was such a declaration.

Richard Condon's novel "A Trembling Upon Rome" made me kind of appreciate the anti-pope John XXIII. General, Pirate, Lawyer... I'll leave it to you to decide which role made him more amoral.

When he was tried at the Council of Konstance, he's answer every charge with a dismissive "I've done worse than that". After about 20 times the prosecutor finally blurted out "well, what's the worst thing you HAVE done?"

"I allowed myself to be brought here"

393 The statue doesn't require a formal declaration of war, although it would be easier to determine who the "enemies" are if there was such a declaration.

I think it comes down to what "enemy" means. It cannot just be people who don't like the USA, for instance. I would argue that it has a very specific meaning as suggested in the first clause: enemies we are at war with.

More than 80% of the oil that flows out of the Strait goes to China and India.

Every barrel can move in different ways. UAE has a pipeline that normally does 800,000 barrels a day and is now doing 7,000,000 per day. Traffic has been redirected around Saudi Arabia to avoid the Persian Gulf altogether.

And the current prices are making operations extremely profitable for American shale oil, which will ramp up production and drive prices down.

Also, Qatar's promised $150 a barrel is dead. I can't seem to get past $100 now except on weekend trading.

American shale oil is immensely profitable at $90 per barrel.

The peak was more than a week ago (during weekend trading) when it got to about $125 a barrel.

Hell, ships have gone through the strait without turning off their transponders while Iran promises not to hit the 80% of traffic that goes to India or China.

The strait is effectively a non-story at this point.
