Antifa's credo -- and thus now the Antifa Media's credo -- is "DARVO." Every time they beat the shit out of someone in the street, they engage in DARVO: Deny, Attack, Reverse Victim and Offender.

And since the weekend, we have seen Antifa Media story after Antifa Media story have strongly, strongly implied that it was the "anti-Islam protesters" who threw the IEDs at the Muslim mayor.

CNN's DEI Dumb Not-Blonde Abby Phillip straight up offered the "news" that the terrorists were trying to harm the Muslim mayor.

And she was still peddling this Islamicization Lie even on Tuesday night.

It took less than 12 hours for CNN to dive back into the propaganda toolbox to invert the truth in the most brazen way possible, confident that it could do so because its viewers trust it to be the truth-teller. And given how many Pravda outlets have been intentionally vague about what happened and who was responsible, they have every right to be confident.

To add my personal testimony: All through the weekend, when I saw headlines about this story but did not read articles -- I try to disconnect on the weekend -- I in fact believed that this was an "anti-Muslim" attack on the mayor.

Because that's what literally every Antifa Media outlet told me it was.

When I first found out the attack was committed by Muslims, I wondered: Why were the Muslims attacking the Muslim mayor? Was it an attempt at a false flag attack?

It didn't even occur to me that for 72 hours the Antifa Media was straight-up gaslighting the world about who the terrorists were and who the intended victims. For a day and a half I thought, "Oh, I guess I must have read the headlines wrong."

I didn't read them wrong. I took from them precisely what the writers at Antifa Media outlets intended me to take. I only "read them wrong" in the sense that I read them at all.

Now DEI Dum-Dum said it was just an "error."

It is common practice, at least in the Navy. You save your budget to the end of the fiscal year, in case you have an emergency you HAVE to spend it on... you literally put off buying new chairs, or new desks you need, because you might need to spend it on something more important...

So at the end of the fiscal year, you have X amount of money, so you BUY those desks and chairs...

That spending does not mean you didn't need it... it was because you saved it in case of emergency.

When I commented earlier, I was at home. We get a heads-up warning on our phones if there's the slightest chance that our area is affected.

In most cases, there is a 2-5 minute gap between warning and actual siren.

The siren went off a few minutes after I commented. We were sheltered until the all-clear messages came in, so for about 10 minutes, which is the usual.

Unlike my commenting from the shelter through the war after Oct. 2023, this new computer of mine has lousier Wifi and does not pic up our neighbor's networks outside of the shelter.

Anyway, back home since then, finishing dinner.

Buddy of mine shot a Badger one day, during an Archery Elk Hunt. Dude loathed Badgers. Apparently, one killed his puppy when he was a kid...

It was like 8 am. We put it in the crotch of a roadside tree and went on up the mountain. By the time we made it back past that Badger it had been shot 3-4 times by other hunters.

They all put it back in the tree for the next guy to drive by.

Well... the first few weeks of a patrol we ate fucking great. Literally anything you wanted, it was available.

Then, of course, around 2 months underwater, things got a little, ummm, less gourmet, I guess...

By the time we got back to the Tender, food was not even something we thought about, it was just about stopping the hunger pangs... Corned beef hash was available the whole patrol, and I was so thankful for that!

In math there are multiple levels of "great"... I was always really good at math, even through graduate school taking high level courses in the math department while working on my PhD. However... at that level, the professors teaching the courses could easily make us students look like total idiots (e.g. prove that pi is irrational... so easy to say, so hard to do). And then there are the Kurt Godel's and Andrew Wiles' of the world who do theorem proofs that maybe only 5 people on the entire planet are capable of reading and understanding... I'm on the very bottom tier even though I know more math than probably 99% of the general population....

I think you worry too much about that. I'm white AF and have serious math phobia. Arithmetic and such came easy - I can still do decently quick arithmetic in my head - but I went all to shit around pre-algebra because I hadn't learned how to learn. Then it got worse because I was increasingly not allowed to learn. Rather, I had to perform immediately or face firestorms of derision, ranting, rage, and sometimes even physical violence. Sometimes shit just sucks. Doesn't mean you're less of a human being.

I was watching a couple of squirrels doing the old grab and tickle this morning. One of them (presumably the female) ran up a tall tree, was chased by the other (presumably the male) and was then knocked out of the tree to fall about 40' to the ground. She picked herself up, and just walked away as if nothing happened.

Why do I bring this up? Beats me, but I hope I never have that experience.
