Doha, March 3 (QNA) -- As part of ongoing efforts to protect the security and stability of the state, the competent authorities were able to arrest two cells working in favor of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard in the State of Qatar.
Monitoring and follow-up operations resulted in the arrest of ten suspects: seven of them were assigned espionage tasks to gather information about vital and military facilities in the country, and three others were assigned to carry out sabotage operations and received training in the use of drones. They were also found to possess locations and coordinates of sensitive facilities, as well as communication tools and technical devices.
The suspects admitted during investigations to their connection with the Iranian Revolutionary Guard and to being tasked with espionage and sabotage activities.
The State Security apparatus calls on citizens and residents to remain vigilant and cautious and to report any suspicious activities to the competent authorities.
May God protect Qatar, its Emir, and its people from all harm, and may He grant us the blessing of security and safety.

If things can't be explained to Starmer and the UK in a way that gets through to them, very quickly, the US should simply take Diego Garcia and the rest of the Chagos Islands. The bizarre proposed giveaway and accompanying massive payment are inexplicable as anything other than deliberate sabotage. Even internally within Britain, there is anger and resistance. A central Indiana school district has reportedly agreed to pay over half a million dollars to a former music teacher who resigned after refusing to call transgender students by their preferred names and pronouns.

Court records show the Brownsburg Community School Corporation has agreed to settle a lawsuit with John Kluge. The Alliance Defending Freedom, the group representing Kluge in court, said the district agreed to pay $650,000 and retrain senior staff on religious discrimination.

A former orchestra teacher at Brownsburg High School, Kluge resigned in 2018 after a policy change required staff to use students’ preferred names and pronouns. Despite multiple rulings in the district’s favor, officials said they agreed to a settlement rather than continue with litigation.

I've been on a grand jury. A case being presented means a prosecutor is trying to charge somebody with a crime, potentially putting them on trial (short of a plea deal). It's well beyond simply investigating a police shooting to determine if it was justified. It means that some lunatic DA has decided that it was NOT justified, and wants to punish the cops involved.

On top of that, it doesn't seem like there's been enough time to even properly analyze any evidence that there might be. Witch hunt.

I don't know what the local laws are but every police force I am aware of benches a cop who has been in a shooting and there's an inquiry if the shooting was justified or not, possibly more if it was lethal. Its kind of like how British Navy captains were always court martialed if they lost their ship, no matter how it happened. It was a formality in most cases, they just wanted to make sure it was not done out of cowardice, incompetence, or malice.
