The Morning Report — 2/18/26

JesJack.jpg

Good morning kids. Well, to paraphrase poet Ernest Lawrence Thayer, There is some joy in Hymietown for Jesse Jackson has checked out.

I'm somewhat surprised that I did not come across more notices/obits of the fish-eyed blackguard in my gathering up of the links for this morning. I assume that the usual house organs of the Leftist propanda machine will have hagiographies galore especially this weekend come the Sunday op-ed sections and TV news shows. He truly deserves a prominent position in the pantheon of this nation's worst citizens. His horrendous record is linked here at the invaluable Discover the Networks.

If ever there was a poster child for Divide & Conquer, it would be Jackson. It was, is and always will be the stock in trade of the Democrat Party and anti-American Left, and he was arguably one of, if not its most effective practitioners, as much of the societal dissolution and destruction that had its roots 60 or so years ago, that we are enduring unto this very day has his fingerprints all over it.

And that said, did President Trump really have to heap praise on him? Yeah, I get it, Jackson was a prominent figure among blacks, but surely he could've just come up with some boilerplate sentence of condolences to his family (including his bastard child) and a white lie (pun intended) about his achievements as a civil rights activist and left it at that.

Meanwhile, in the completely shocking news department, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, affectionately referred to by yours truly as Titty-Caca lives up to that moniker every time she opens her mouth to rattle those Donkey Chompers of hers and spout the most inane, inchoate idiotic stupidity. As she did con gusto in Munich.

Democrat New York Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez invested months preparing for her highest-profile overseas trip, but when she arrived at the Munich Security Conference, the progressive lawmaker fumbled through basic foreign policy questions and is now faulting conservatives for the backlash. . . Democratic strategist Hank Sheinkopf told The Hill that Ocasio-Cortez is “not ready for prime time on the international stage.”

“It was a beauty pageant to show that she had some chops about international issues, and she showed a complete lack of chops about international issues,” Sheinkopf said.

Independent journalist Glenn Greenwald offered perhaps the sharpest critique. “Whoever convinced AOC that she had successfully completed her tutoring and was now ready to give book reports about foreign policy in public really should look for another line of work,” Greenwald said in a post on X.

Supposedly she is contemplating a run at the Democrat presidential nomination in 2028? While yes she's a blithering idiot, if she does indeed land at the top of the ticket or even in the Veep slot, her idiocy and insane worldview are in complete alignment with millions of voters that constitute the base and overwhelming majority of the Democrat Party. And having udders and being latina will only help to seal the deal. Now if only her redheaded pasty husband would turn tranny and/or come out of the closet and convert to Islam, she'd be a shoe-in, nein?

In other unsurprising news we have the completely corrupt judiciary shoving excrememnt down our throats and demanding we ask for seconds.

An Obama-appointed federal judge has once again ruled in favor of suspected gang member and human trafficker Kilmar Abrego Garcia, giving him a lifeline he doesn't deserve.

Psaki-Psircling back to Jackson for a second, I remember when an open mic caught him in a fit of pique at the ourple-lipped dog-eater promising Al Sharpton that he'd cut Obama's nuts off!"

And speaking of dog-eaters and dog shit, if only the world could eradicate Islam.

Outrage against Rep. Randy Fine (R-Fla.) is the left’s outrage du jour. The rage mob swung into action after Fine wrote: “If they force us to choose, the choice between dogs and Muslims is not a difficult one.”

Yeah, that was it. He didn’t say “Kill them all” or even “Deport them all.” He didn’t recommend any action at all. He was actually responding to an X post from far-left, pro-Hamas activist Nerdeen Kiswani. In response to a news item about two grocery stores removing people with dogs, Kiswani wrote: “Finally, NYC is coming to Islam. Dogs definitely have a place in society, just not as indoor pets. Like we’ve said all along, they are unclean.”

Animal rights groups have expressed outrage over Morocco’s alleged killing of millions of stray dogs ahead of the 2030 FIFA World Cup, according to a recent report.

Organizations such as the International Animal Welfare and Protection Coalition (IAWPC) and PETA have criticized Moroccan officials for culling the population of roughly three million stray dogs, according to the Daily Mail.

The animal rights organizations have reportedly “released images and testimony” claiming that Moroccan officials are resorting to “using harsh methods” such as “clamping dogs by the neck, loading them into trucks and poisoning or shooting them before disposing of their bodies,” according to the outlet.

But Jews and Nigerians and other Christians being slaughtered and crickets

Be nice to see PETA come to the defense of Randy Fine. Be nice if I won Powerball every week for the next 10 years or could go back in time and have a threesome with Raquel Welch and Ann Margret. Well at least those latter two are realistic unlike my first sentence.

Have a great day.

59 One of the most stubborn facts in modern criminal justice is that repeat offending is not just an occasional occurrence. It is the norm. The Bureau of Justice Statistics tracked state prisoners released in 2005 and found that 68% were arrested again within three years, 79% within six years, and 83% within nine years. Over that nine-year period, those 401,288 released prisoners racked up nearly two million arrests -- about five arrests per released prisoner.

I shall rewrite the last sentence:
400,000 people destroyed 2,000,000 peoples' lives.

So Pajeet gets his diploma from the mill and heads to the US dragging along his wife. He gets a job, she gets a job. They then embark on making lots of anchor babies. Each kid is going to cost the tax payers at a bare minimum a quarter million dollars. She can't raise them herself and work so she brings in her parents and his parents. They get a loan to buy a large enough place to live, they write off everything on their taxes, their parents get on various public assistance programs or we pay them to watch the kids. Pajeet eventually gets promoted to hiring manager status and brings in his whole village. Wash, Rinse, Repeat.

It takes a lot of concierge services by the government to coördinate all of the visas, the entitlements, the legal training to exploit the system, and to then trade the new residency into illegal votes for the Party Machine.

83 Spanish National who was ARRESTED by the Feds while dropping off her son at pre-school in Little Ferry NJ, has now been CHARGED with multiple HEROIN/COCAINE charges in Bergen County NJ.

Naomi Homs Cabezas, a Spanish national living in Bogota, NJ, was charged with manufacturing, distributing, or possessing with intent to distribute heroin/cocaine on January 16, 2026, out of Hackensack NJ and is now facing DEPORTATION!

She was also charged with additional traffic offenses cited in Paterson, NJ, shortly after the Jan. 16 incident.

Imagine if the Leftists had their way, who were calling for Ms. Cabezas to be FREED back onto our STREETS as recently as YESTERDAY!

Thank Goodness JUSTICE will prevail and Ms. Cabezas will be DEPORTED and hopefully in PRISON. May God bless her son, who she clearly does not care very much about and the State may very well have to care for because of her alleged CRIMES.

Keep Fighting 🇺🇸

A couple months ago there was a long video about foreign election interference. I can't locate it now, but purported to link outfits like Dominion with foreign owned companies who supply software to run (tabulate) elections. Maduro's Venezuela figured prominently and the cartels had a hand in it too.

I'm betting that Maduro's capture had as much to do with all that as it did with his cartel connections.

"parole violations". Its a major reason why we keep the war on drugs. Possession is drop dead simple to prove in court.

If a LEO pulls over a known thief with a back seat filled with stolen car radios and a bag of drugs, everyone forgets about the car radios because a defense attorney could make an argument that Tyrone is a well respected repairman on his way to teach a class on car radio repair.

The drugs, like a "parole violation" doesn't require any work.

One change I've noticed over the last 20 years - it used to be an expectation that a politician could speak to the issues of the day off the cuff.

Yes they might give some socialist drivel or just repeating NYT talking points BUT this was the minimum expectation.

Now though? Pols like Harris can't express her own supposed views on politics on their own. And people on the left accept this.

I suspect this might be a Kremlin affect. Namely, the later Soviets didn't want one guy that could individually control the whole movement like Stalin did, and the modern left prefers to be led by a large group of oligarchs where no one individual is in complete control.

233 Mamdani says tax the wealthy or property taxes skyrocket. Never a thought about cutting costs . Maybe he could cut the cities new "city immigration chief"

The point of government is to loot the taxpayers not whatever nominal services the government is supposed to be providing.

And I'll give you an example. A town near mine was facing a budget crises. The state had been giving them "emergency COVID funds" and eventually stopped. The town had used those funds to hire permanent bureaucrats. The town then offered the voters a choice, a massive tax increase or firiing a significant portion of the town's teachers.

People looked at the budget and found the new bureaucrats, for example a "sustainability engineer". Couldn't we cut those positions first? And the answer of course was...no. And people pointed out that this level of tax increase would be beyond the ability of people to pay...the response from the compassionate left? Then sell and move.

The voters did vote the tax increase down...amazingly since I live in a blue area BUT they voted all the same elected officials back in. Genius!

"Federal, OBAMA Hack-in-Black, rules Kilmar Abrego Garcia can’t be re-detained by immigration authorities"

Such a family man, such a family woman. He terrorized his now "wife" so she'd marry him when he was being held in custody. She places her two other special needs children, at least one reported to have autism, with that man and has another kid with him. And that child also has also been reported to have autism & hearing problems.

Case after case, an undocumented 'parent' on hold for deportation, and often one or more special needs children within the alleged 'family' circle.

Marrying for refuge is not unusual at all in the USA, and it's among all 'classes.' Marrying a U.S. citizen while an asylum case is pending can allow an applicant to apply for a green card.

Further, the (alleged) children of the undocumented who were (allegedly) born in the USA years ago are, or will be, petitioning for lawful permanent residence for their parents.

This is our country now. Probably only a matter of time until the Left & Chamber of Commerce introduces digital nomad visas for the USA.

Good day. 🤗
