Sefton: sefton at cutjibnewsletter.com | The Morning Report — 2/11/26![]() President Trump’s Environmental Protection Agency this week will repeal an Obama-era rule called the “Endangerment Finding,” which categorized carbon dioxide (CO2) and other greenhouse gases as a threat to public health. This move would remove the legal framework for the EPA’s climate rules, which allowed the federal government to impose ever-increasing regulations on automobiles, appliances, and power plant emissions. EPA Administrator Lee Zeldin said the new rule would amount “to the largest act of deregulation in the history of the United States.” . . . ‘Carbon dioxide, which is required for life on earth and also happens to result from every single bit of human and animal activity on the planet, is not a pollutant and never was.’ Turning to the immigration front and the attempt to nullify federal law and foment insurrection, there's this infuriating link: He snuck across the border illegally and went undetected. Then, he went on to allegedly rape three young children in Asheville, North Carolina, authorities said. Now, federal immigration authorities are begging sanctuary officials to hand Mexican illegal immigrant Juan Ramon Juarez-Talamantes, 29, over to ICE before he has the opportunity to continue on with his violent rampage, BEGGING?! How about rolling up in a few Bradley fighting vehicles and deploying a platoon of soldiers, shove a few M-16s in the Asheville flunkies' faces, demand the animal be handed over forthwith and shoot anyone who even raises an eyebrow in opposition. And then there's vermin like Markwayne Mullin . . . Sen. Markwayne Mullin (R-OK) said there is a possible conversation about legalization for people brought to the U.S. under the age of 18 by their parents or people who have been in the country for ten years or more, but not for anyone who came under the Biden junta and “it’s not an absolute nonstarter, but it is, if we talk anything about amnesty, at all.”. . . and Alaskan Snow Blower Lisa Murkowski, well it is the Grifting Oleaginous Party after all. Senator Lisa Murkowski (R-AK) announced her opposition to two GOP-backed voter ID and election integrity bills, signaling significant challenges for the legislation in the Senate. . . Murkowski’s opposition, combined with the Senate’s 60-vote filibuster threshold, likely dooms the voter ID bills without significant bipartisan support—unless Senate Majority Leader John Thune (R-SD) moves to end the legislative filibuster. This cocaine addicted criminal shit-whore needs to be set off on an ice floe up in Valdez where a polar bear or two can chow down on her rancid carcass. And really, Downeasters up in Maine. Is there no one up there that can save us from this desiccated coprolite? Collins was first elected to the Senate in 1996, and again in 2002, 2008, 2014, and 2020, according to her website: Senator Collins has earned a national reputation as an effective legislator who works across party lines to solve problems and deliver results for the people of Maine and America. She has repeatedly been ranked as the most bipartisan member of the U.S. Senate by the Lugar Center and Georgetown University. Throughout her Senate service, Senator Collins has worked with members of both parties to advance landmark legislation to improve the lives of all Americans. Her record demonstrates significant legislative accomplishments in such critical areas as health care, small business development and job creation, education, transportation, national defense, and issues of particular interest to our nation’s seniors.Translation: She spent her time stabbing Americans in the back by aiding and abetting the Satanic Democrats in the destruction of the republic. She too needs to go for a swim in the Kilauea lava field or Blofeld's piranha tank. Have a great day. Lastly, a quick shout-out and a huge thank you for your continued support in hitting our tip jar. Detectives first learned of Juarez-Talamantes’ alleged crimes in July 2024 after receiving a report of a rape involving a child lured by a man named “Juan” on Snapchat, according to the Asheville Citizen Times.
The child and their friend met up with the man in his car before going to his house, according to the local report. I have to wonder where the parents are. Who lets their teenager go on Snapchat then meet up with a total stranger? I'm amazed how often this happens because parents have no clue what their kids are doing for most of the day, apparently. So for at least the past 20 years, the GOP has been the GOPe. I saw a post from Karoline Leavitt the other day where she was saying that President Trump is the leader of the Republican Party and as such the Republican Party is the party of something or another. I wanted to reply that this is simply not true. On paper, yes, a Republican President is the leader of the Republican Party. But President Trump is not a Republican, he is MAGA. MAGA is a small to medium portion of the Republican Party. But the GOP as a whole is, and has been for decades, GOPe... which is wholeheartedly against President Trump and the MAGA agenda. Again, the problem. We shouldn't constantly be in the position of "firing back." That is, from Day One the mission should have been to go after CBS (and all of them) -- for anything, for everything. Proactively destroy them, destroy the MSM. That should have been the starting position. Now we're just playing the same defensive, catch-up game with one false narrative after another -- same as always. Who could not have seen this false narrative coming from a mile away? In any case, we shouldn't be firing back only at the institution, but at the individual reporters and producers. Make it personal. ---------- It'll be interesting to see what sort of "anti-drone" tech the US military has developed. Airborne, ground based, both? Also... if the drones are landing or dropping off their "cargo" in the US... I'd hope those locations are now closely being monitored. And lastly, if the military can locate the originating point(s) for these drones I'd hope those locations would cease to exist after this 10 day period too. I have read the comments about the El Paso NOTAM. A few thoughts.
First, White Sands Missile Range / Holloman AFB are about 70 miles due north of El Paso and from there extend another 50 miles north. Unlike the El Paso Airport this is highly secured. Fort Bliss, home of the 1st Armored Division, starts within the El Paso city limits and extends north towards Whites Sands / Holloman Air Base. It also shares common property lines with the El Paso airport. El Paso and Juarez are historically the same urban area. Today the only thing separating the two is the border wall the runs the length of El Paso from north to south with one exception where there is about a mile gap in Sunland Park, NM (it might as well be part of El Paso). The cartels in Juarez maintain a constant surveillance presence along the border from the houses that run right along El Paso-Juarez border. Cartel tunnels also penetrate the border in the region. Santa Teresa sits 10 miles west of DT El Paso. Given the growth in the region it is more or less a suburb these days. Santa Teresa is a major cross border economic zone and will soon be home to a major data center. Posted by: Alteria Pilgram - My President has convictions at February 11, 2026 09:01 AM (8ZVmQ) 292

In a brief 23-page decision, Jarbou found that three federal laws — the Help America Vote Act, the National Voter Registration Act and the Civil Rights Act — do not allow the U.S. to obtain the voting records. She also warned that interpreting the National Voter Registration Act to require the disclosure of private information submitted for voter registration "would potentially cause the statute to impose an unconstitutional burden on the right to vote guaranteed by the First Amendment." Jarbou, the chief judge of the U.S. district court for the Western District of Michigan, was appointed to the federal bench by President Trump in his first term.

A more few thoughts about the El Paso NOTAM.
El Paso airport is about five miles north of DT El Paso and is surrounded by the city. Given its location next to Juarez, the amount of Mexican cartel activity in the area, and the amount open desert in the area, the air traffic in and out of El Paso would make a prime target. I fly in and out of El Paso - popping a plane out the air from Juarez by the Mexican Cartels is within the range of what is possible. Especially since the US is more or less in the opening phase of using its military to go after the cartels. And just like that the 10 day closure was ended. WTF? It’s amazing how people can live in their own reality. On Reddit, it’s a given that we’re in a reaction or even a depression. Tariffs have destroyed the economy and there are no jobs for anyone. And inflation is also the worst it’s ever been. The fact that a depression and inflation by definition cannot coexist is irrelevant to them.
Meanwhile back on earth the economy is at full employment with nice steady low inflation growth. Not to mention daily records set in the stock markets. It’s fascinating how leftist propaganda can be so effective. Posted by: Really?? at February 11, 2026 09:25 AM (Eh6IB) 354
