Sefton: sefton at cutjibnewsletter.com | Report: Fulton County, GA -- Home of Fanny Willis and Darrius "Sweetdick" Honeycum, Esq. -- Had 25,000 MoreAbsentee Votes in 2020 Than Absentee VotersWhoops! Whoopsie!Cleta MitchellThe full report is here. Roger Kimball at the Spectator: We're approaching the real endgame of the 2020 election. As you know, 99% of the lawsuits filed to contest the rigged 2020 election were tossed out due to the judges deciding that the candidates in the races did not have "standing" -- a recognizable legal interest -- to challenge the rules which determine the outcome of the races. This was absurd then and it's absurd now. (And it was also very dishonest for the partisan Democrat media to bleat that judges had examined all of these allegations and found them meritless. No -- it dismissed the lawsuits without ever examining the allegations.) Three weeks ago, the Supreme Court injected some sanity back into election contests, determining that, yes, the actual candidates in elections do have legal standing to challenge election rules. Like whether or not you verify signatures or not. n a surprisingly sweeping opinion issued Wednesday, a five-justice majority in Bost v. Illinois State Board of Elections held that a federal congressional candidate had a legal right to sue, known as standing, in federal court to challenge an Illinois law that allows mail-in ballots postmarked by Election Day to be counted as many as 14 days later. Reversing lower federal court rulings that denied Rep. Michael Bost (R-Ill.) standing to sue, the majority opinion by Chief Justice John Roberts adopted a categorical rule upholding candidate standing based on a candidate's inherent interest in "the integrity of the election" and the "democratic process." The vote was 7-2 in favor of Bost, with Justice Amy Coney Barrett, joined by Justice Elena Kagan, agreeing with the result that the majority reached but not its reasoning. Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson, joined in dissent by Justice Sonia Sotomayor, would have affirmed the lower courts' denial of standing. Under the "case or controversy" clause of Article III of the Constitution, plaintiffs in federal court only have standing to sue if they properly allege that the challenged action or law causes them "concrete and particularized injury in fact." The Supreme Court has generally interpreted that rule to deny standing based merely on some category that the plaintiff falls into, such as "citizen standing" or "taxpayer standing." Instead, the court has usually required plaintiffs to allege that that they have suffered some kind of judicially cognizable real-world harm that sets them apart from the broad run of society. Adopting the principal argument advanced by Bost, the majority stated, "Candidates have a concrete and particularized interest in the rules that govern the counting of votes in their elections, regardless whether those rules harm their electoral prospects or increase the cost of their campaigns." That candidate interest in protecting the integrity and fairness of the electoral process "is in no sense 'common to all members of the public,'" Roberts asserted. Although the public also has an interest in the integrity of elections, the candidate's interest "differs in kind." An unfair election "plainly affects those who compete for the support of the people in a different way than it affects the people who lend their support," Roberts stated. And their partisans just brush it off and say WELL, THERE'S NO PROOF THEY CHEATED! Right. By that I mean actual accountability, the kind that comes with convictions in court and jail time for those who facilitated this, even if it just the janitor who saw something and said nothing. This cannot be allowed to stand as the historical record so seeing the light of day is a good thing but it is not enough. And this is coming from a guy who now thinks in retrospect having the election stolen was good for Trump in particular and the nation in general (Much of this thought process is trusting that God has a plan). Having said that, heads must metaphorically roll for this so it won't happen again. Posted by: OneEyedJack at February 05, 2026 04:09 PM (Hx0tZ) 42

This all seems coordinated, like the admin understands what they have to do (SAVE act) and knows it is a difficult job because the commies (D and R) own the institutions. So forget hearings or all that shit. Let's be happy if we can ever get an honest vote in the country again. This is honestly what amazed me about 2020.
The left committed MASSIVE, obvious voter fraud leading up to election day. AND IT WASN'T ENOUGH They had to make it EVEN MORE OBVIOUS by kicking out election observers and double and triple counting votes... And their partisans just brush it off and say WELL, THERE'S NO PROOF THEY CHEATED! Right. When you get rid of the umpires, there's no proof that the 7 touchdowns you scored in the last 30 seconds were from cheating, but it's also pretty obvious it wasn't legitimate. Which is why they put the J6 protestors through hell. YOU WILL ACCEPT THIS ELECTION, no matter what. It was a display of power. The Bost opinion specifically brought up the PA tactic of pinky swear of segregating challenged ballots.
Also, keep in mind, the election law challenged by Bost, which the trial court said he didn't have standing for, was the counting of ballots after Election Day. Which suggests SCOTUS agrees, not just that he has standing, but that the law can be challenged. Posted by: People's Hippo Voice at February 05, 2026 04:33 PM (aUIT1) 188

I thought Ballot Tracking was employed by the 2020 election and voters using mail in ballots could follow if their completed ballot was successfully delivered, and if their ballot had been successfully counted. (That would take coordination with the USPS, too.)
Those voting in person couldn't necessarily see if their ballot had been successfully counted. (For in person voting in my county of PA, only an "I voted sticker" was made available.) >Wikipedia, 'Ballot tracking in the United States.' See 'Tracking websites by state (2020).' Subgroups: State, link, can notify users? Georgia is listed, link provided and yes, it had the capability to notify users. You have to be some kind of special moron (not the good kind) to even think that a candidate does not have standing to sue re election rules, etc. It's the whole fucking point of the election--of course the candidate would be materially affected by the rules (or non-compliance thereof) because it affects whether he can fairly win the election or not. The argument by the court majority should have been a one-line statement: "Well, duh."

I'm an iconoclast on ths one, but I think I'm right. The actual Presidential election takes place in 51 places on December 17, when the electors cast their ballots. Everything after that is just a ministerial counting of the ballots that have already been cast. The electors can cast their ballots for anyone they damn well please. What we call the "Presidential" election is actually an election of electors who have pledged to vote for a particular candidate. The states can choose their electors in any manner they damn well please. 48 of them plus DC have chosen election of a slate, but a couple (Maine and Nebraska) elect electors by Congressional district. The Constitutional key is that the process of choosing electors has to be prescribed by the state legislatures. So the election of a President is ultimately under the control of the state legislatures. The state legislatures of Georgia, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, and Arizona did nothing in 2020 to correct it. Biden was therefore duly elected. Posted by: Caesar North of the Rubicon at February 05, 2026 04:46 PM (eStot) 276

If that had been allowed to go forward, it is a 100% guarantee that California would have sued Texas 4 years later, and once that happened, there would be no bar to every blue state suing every red state and vice versa, and the Supreme Court forever being required to decide the winner of every Presidential election between the 1st Tuesday in November and January 20.

This article above seems like a planned roll out to solicit the usual suspects defending their "the election was secure" narrative.....and then they're going to drop the bomb. I think the FBI letter from Atlanta FBI Agent in Charge was to light a fire under certain individuals who would certainly want to discuss the ramifications of a search warrant, and any FISA warrant is going to catch those conversations. I was in the Marine Corps once, I don't know if I ever mentioned.
There was a guy who LITERALLY could not run his PFT on time because he wore the wrong shorts at formation. That means, he was out of uniform, and so he missed formation. Not a big deal in general, but he didn't run his PFT with the unit. Instead he had to run it later with the PCP (I can't remember the proper definition, but we called it the Pork Chop Platoon. . .the Fat kids who had to run twice a day (like the rest of us, but we chose) rather than the requisite one) Normally not a big deal, but if he were to attend a board, or a medal review or an MOS review he would have been fucked, because automatically he didn't meet the standards necessary. "Lucky" for him, he was a piece of shit Marine so nobody cared about him getting fucked over because he deserved it, and the odds of him standing a board is the same as mine being able to bang Jessica Rabbit. If it works for 19 year old kids who are trusted with MILLIONS of dollars in their hands, the ability to chose between life and death at any given moment, I think it applies to elected officials. Election officials in Pennsylvania, Michigan, Virginia, Ohio and Georgia have signed on to partner with CISA on Arlo, with more officials expected to join. “Heading into 2020, we’re exploring all possible ways that we can support state and local election officials while also ensuring that Americans across the country can confidently cast their votes,” CISA Director Christopher Krebs said in a statement. -- During 2019 and 2020, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) underwent significant leadership transitions, with no single Senate-confirmed secretary serving the entire period. Chris Krebs was the first director of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), serving from November 2018 until he was fired by President Donald Trump via Twitter on November 17, 2020. Sadly though, under America's current education system, no students have any earthly idea who Arnold was. Most would think he starred is some Conan the Barbarian movies or was married to some actress named Roseanne Barr. Unfortunately, Benedict WAS an American Hero, but he was operating under the idea that the US wanted to achieve equal status with the English, rather than true independence, and then he broke his oath. Benedict wasn't the worst of those who betrayed the US, he is just the most prominent of the revolutionary hero's. It's really a funny thing. . . people think that America is arrogant because we talk about kicking the brit's ass. The founding fathers WANTED to STAY BRITTISH! We WANTED IT! But George the third, made a common democrat mistake thinking that position offered power, and in America that cow don't fly. After George tried to stifle us as vassals we said NO, we are FREE.
