Fulton County, GA, Election Office Sues to Get Its Dodgy "Votes" Back (So That Tulsi Gabbard Can't See Them)

The cleanest election in the history of the Earth.

Fulton County officials filed a motion in a Georgia court to reclaim election records seized by federal agents in January at a Georgia election office.

The motion filed by county officials under seal in a federal court in Georgia on Wednesday seeks the return of the election records taken by agents at a warehouse in Fulton County, according to The Washington Post.

The officials also requested the judge unseal the investigative affidavit that federal agents submitted to secure a search warrant, Rob Pitts -- Fulton County board of commissioners chairman -- said, according to the outlet.

It is amazing that they think that many people went from dying to vote for Joe to not caring. At all.

Yes and no. It's not unusual for a judge to do X, and then the party affected by X then challenges it as illegal or wrongful. That party usually loses before that same judge, but not always. I assume this motion is narrative-building bukkake porn, but I haven't read the motion.

Innocent people ALWAYS have the same reaction ... more sunlight.

My brother recently had an audit where all of the broker email data from February 2025 was missing. The principle of the brokerage firm immediately apologized for that error and told my brother to follow him down to the IT department where he could observe them directly pulling the records. That is what innocent people do, prove their innocence by providing any and all available information.

Can anyone recall a single Democrat precinct, after reports of election "irregularities", saying, "Come on in and perform a full audit. We did everything exactly right."

I can't think of a single example. Their actions exactly match the same actions that guilty people would take.

I believe that's up to Congress. The Electoral College sends delegates to Congress who then perform that official count of electors. It's up to Congress to accept or decline electors from states.

This is why states sometimes send alternate slates of electors to DC, in the blind hope that Congress will tell the official slate that they're not recognized.

Fraud that doesn't just span the state.

189 There was some Georgia hack on the Election Commission down there trying to claim that the FBI didn't comply with a chain of custody on the ballots they took, and thus they should return them because Georgia would not have the ability to determine if they were all accounted for.

Now, ignoring the absolute irony of that statement based on their own actions, there was definitely a Chain of Custody on the 700 + boxes of ballots the FBI took.

Make no mistake, the Georgia Election Commission is flailing, and didn't see this coming regardless of the Agent In Charge's heads up. They've been protected by their compatriots in the state, and by the Courts so completely, that now that someone pulled the floor out from under them, they're rightfully very concerned.

Senator Warner is likely to have a coronary in his escapades to determine what the FBI really has. He is worried about FISA warrants that might have preceded this whole effort. And Gabbard is telling him to pound sand.

If the Feds find significant evidence of voter fraud in sufficient numbers to swing the election to the actual losing candidate,

Or, is that an impossibility?

Nah, I'm sure they are all dead now as I was a very young charge RN and now olde. I was a good nurse, so people told me.

The only one who remembered me for life was a 400lb+ guy who came in for something. We had to put two hospital beds together and rig up a trapeze for him to pull up on to turn.

Every night he wanted my medication nurse to use a back scratcher thing to find his nethers and apply some cream (probably anti-fungal as I don't remember). He got off on this. After two nights I called my orderly bf/now husband from another floor to "help" him. I still have no idea what he did to him, but this guy never asked for the "treatment" from my nurses again.

My bf/husband remembers me, however, as he's downstairs. I've always looked a decade or more younger than my age, so back then I probably looked 15yrs old and my nursing cap was what showed the world I was in charge.
