Surprising Few, Ohio Immigration Judges Can Be Bribed
In exclusive footage obtained by Townhall, evidence has emerged suggesting that migrants from the West African nation of Mauritania are exploiting the U.S. immigration and asylum system in Lockland, Ohio, raising serious questions about the integrity and oversight of the process.Video of these admissions at the link. "And then the question is, do they have papers or not?" the reporter asks. "Some of them have papers, some don't," Golder says. For those that don't have paperwork, Golder adds, "we pay them cash." "And then, we can make an authorization where you say they volunteer, and you pay them," Golder says.< Golder says that to get migrants work at big companies, she has to sign for them. But Golder declines to name the companies. "I have to say I can't do that...that's because of the threat of ICE, so they don't want me to leak, because ICE would go there and take them away. ICE don't play," Golder says. Golder and Reis know they're working with illegals. "You gotta work under the radar," Reis tells the reporter.

So she just works the system using lies, coaching, and fake stories to tell the courts. But she claims she is bribing them because that now makes her operation exclusive. In truth it is just incompetent and lax and she is exploiting the weaknesses.
If she told them that, she would be replaced by a brown skinned coach telling a different set of lies.

I know a guy. Senior citizen. Green card holder. Not a citizen. Been here for over 50 years. Military tour in Vietnam. No birth certificate (came from a war torn country).
Also has light to moderate alzheimers disease.
Went to the DMV in person to get his drivers license renewed. (Standard license) Walked out with a REAL ID. (the federal one good for flying).
That guy went in there with none of the requirements for proving his address and identity. None. Just had his expiring regular drivers license. Remember, he has alzheimer disease.
Best guess? DMV employee just said to herself, "Give the migrant the REAL ID. Screw the regs."
Now, this guy had no intent of fraud. Loves America. Also doesn't need a REAL ID. Has no idea what a REAL ID is. Alzheimers, remember. And he walked out with a federal REAL ID.
Blue sanctuary state, of course. But you knew that.

I'm not sure what kind of judicial corruption the founding fathers were saddled with in their day, but I'm grateful they set up a system of trial by jury. It's not perfect, but the alternate is one judge deciding your fate...and you have to hope they aren't biased or being paid off to rule a certain way. With our modern judiciary, that would be terrifying.
Though there was that judge that overturned a trial by jury conviction of a Somali fraudster and let him go...sigh!

After the 80s amnesty, they all made millions on those cases, charging what they could from the illegals trying to get legit.
Then when that dried up they became a massive lobby for another amnesty or some legislation that they could milk. We are talking hundreds of firms, thousands of lawyers, all trying to get the politicians to pass a law where they could make millions each again.
I think that was the momentum behind the shift where Dems kept calling for different forms of amnesty and exceptions.

There's another form of Amazon money laundering I have seen, which is a real product with an odd description and a wildly-inflated price.
For example, I was once looking at optical components for a network switch. The product name was a full technical description of the product, with a price of $35,000. It was an $800 part. I suspect that this is just straight-up money laundering. If there's an audit, the auditor's eyes will glaze over and he will say, "yup, super expensive high-tech shit." If a demand for the part is made, it can be furnished easily enough. They probably even ship the part when purchased at 40x its value.

He's handsome and whatever, but he's also deeply corrupt, fairly incompetent, has a long track record of bad behavior and, crucially, is a Californian. He has a very tough row to hoe, even in a pretty corrupt nomination system.
