Frey does not share the values of his Republican constituents. Do they, then, have a justification for using violence against him?

The left never answers this question. Or rather, they avoid it by simply saying "that's different."

But it's not different. When they say "it's different" what they really mean is that they consider themselves to be the ruling class with rights the plebeians -- you and me -- simply do not have. They don't have to answer "do the plebeians have the same right as the patricians" because of course they don't.

But we do not agree that we are plebeians and they are patricians. We, in fact, are starting to doubt that they should even have rights at all. They're simply too stupid, too immoral, and too mentally ill to be full citizens.

Their whole claim relies on us accepting the idea that we are inferior untermenschen who may be attacked by our "superiors" when our "superiors" decide that we've become unruly.

And they're convincing me that we too should adopt the same position about our clear inferiors.

Below, a Minnesota state senator also justifies attacking federal agents.

Not going to be a trial. Pretty much for an on duty ICE officer, in the line of duty, state courts have no say in charging them. Supremacy clause (see the Len Horiuchi case (Randy Weaver's wife and kid shooting in Idaho). The only people that could charge the ICE officer are teh DoJ itself and they are not.

You might get a civil rights case but again, only in federal court, not state and qualified immunity is a really hard thing to breach in civil suits for plaintiffs even if you win at district court level with a deranged judge and jury.

Not going to be a trial. Pretty much for an on duty ICE officer, in the line of duty, state courts have no say in charging them. Supremacy clause (see the Len Horiuchi case (Randy Weaver's wife and kid shooting in Idaho). The only people that could charge the ICE officer are teh DoJ itself and they are not.

You might get a civil rights case but again, only in federal court, not state and qualified immunity is a really hard thing to breach in civil suits for plaintiffs even if you win at district court level with a deranged judge and jury.

I do have to say I never considered that Minnesota would become Bleeding Minnesota.

People adopt media personalities like they are friendz and shit. Those media personalities, in turn, would laugh and not even piss on such a viewer if they were on fire. The personality would be busy filming and practicing a 'sad' and 'concerned' face.

Media panels are just like pro wrestling and fake fight with each other for the same reason. Just like they play around with each other and laugh about the fools watching them and go to the bar together and get a drink.

Same with many of the slugs and staffers on Capitol Hill. The show is for the audience, not reality.

325 Watching that Peters argument was amazing. I've done some appellate work and there is no way the courts action will be affirmed. The judge who screwed up and then went political on Peters should be removed from the bench.
The only the the States's attorney was correct on was "I don't think I'm going to convince you"

The Rehnquist court created qualified immunity for just that sort of situation--split second decisions of law enforcement.

Then the rest of the judiciary decided it covered some fatass bureaucrat with plenty of warning they were acting unlawfully in doing unconstitutional shit to citizens whether DEI or some other noxious quest.
