He *really* doesn't want to. Sending troops to invade American cities is a rubicon moment. We may have to cross that rubicon - and I think it would be fully justified if we do - but I am sure he would prefer not to. If he can bully them into compliance, that would be preferable to forcibly occupying an American city, imposing martial law, instituting curfews and searches, ramping up detainment, etc. I think he will do it if bullying fails, but it will be very hard to manage it in terms of "how it plays in Peoria" and may trigger massive actions in other Antifa stronghold cities.

It's a dangerous game all around. Better not to play it, but it's also a game where *all* players have to agree not to play. The hard left wants to play, and therefore everyone *has* to play.

Sec 331 is the "voluntary" section. That's when the governor of a state requests federal help. Sec. 332 and 333 are the involuntary provisions, where the president acts on his own. 332 is about enforcing federal law. 333 is about even enforcing state laws if the local authorities are unwilling or unable to do so -- it's sort of a total breakdown of law and order thing.

This is off topic, and I hope we get a thread on this. Trump has been running the table setting up trade agreements worldwide and expanding previous agreements to include items that overlap what we trade with Canada (our second biggest trading partner next to Mexico). As a result, Trump's taking away Canada's negotiating leverage little by little until it's time to re-negotiate the USMCA (NAFTA)...which will be dissolved.

Canada doesn't have a leg to stand on, so they are cozying up to China, basically telling Trump, if you don't rub out backs, we'll go to China, and compromise security in the Western Hemisphere. China will need to fill the void (Venezuela and soon, Iran).

This summer's negotiations are going to be entertaining to say the least.

By the by, the "medics" are almost always obese women.

What I would do when these fake "medics" show is say in a loud voice "You're a medic? Then come with us to a secure location where you can treat this patient!" Take her with you, voluntarily. Then in private arrest her for interference. If she won't go, tell her to fuck off, or arrest her on the spot.

If they won't move the car, damage it so badly it can't be moved. Have a tow truck haul it off. Send it to an impound yard where the charge is $2,000/hour for storage. Within a day the value of the car is negative. Can't pay, oh well, the car is then crushed. $25,000 down the drain. Plus, fine the owner $5k for services to move the car.
