TSA Agents Tracked $136 Million Being Taken Out of the Country Through Ohio Airports
Plus: Iran Directly Threatens to Assassinate Trump

From Minnesota to Ohio to Amsterdam to Dubai.

Somali Suitcase Stash: Feds say $130 million moved from Ohio airport to Minnesota on way overseas

Officials told Just the News that Transportation Security Administration agents tracked and flagged about $136 million in bulk cash in outbound luggage at the passenger checkpoints at John Glenn Columbus International Airport since November 2023. This follows reports that millions of dollars were discovered leaving Minnesota airports.

By John Solomon

Published: January 13, 2026 11:00pm

Federal agents investigating a Somali immigrant operation that moved massive amounts of cash in suitcases from the Minneapolis airport to overseas have uncovered a new leg of the courier journey: the Columbus, Ohio airport.

Homeland Security Department officials told Just the News that Transportation Security Administration officers tracked and flagged about $136 million in bulk cash in outbound luggage at the passenger checkpoints at John Glenn Columbus International Airport since November 2023.

The cash movements were made by U.S. citizens of Somali origin who flew out of the Columbus airport en route to either the airports in Minneapolis or Atlanta, and the couriers always declared the cash as legally required on documents, officials said.

"Typically, when they go to Minneapolis, they drop off the cash and then a subsequent courier travels abroad from Minneapolis to Dubai through Amsterdam," one official familiar with the investigation told Just the News on Tuesday, speaking only on condition of anonymity.

The officials said they appear to have uncovered a massive cash movement operation that gathered money from multiple Somali immigrant communities in the West, Midwest and South that eventually brought luggage filled with currency to Minneapolis for flights overseas.

Just the News reported exclusively last week that TSA detected nearly $700 million in cash in luggage leaving the Minneapolis airport in 2024 and 2025, frequently headed on a route to Amsterdam and then Dubai where U.S. officials lost the tracking. The TSA agents routinely alerted investigators during the Biden years, but there was little interest in probing the money movements further until President Donald Trump took office last year.

Unrelated: Iran state TV to Trump: "This time, the bullet won't miss."

Iran issued a sickening threat against President Trump Wednesday, broadcasting a picture of the commander in chief during the 2024 Butler rally assassination attempt -- with the words "This time it will not miss the target."

The ominous warning was aired on Iranian state-run TV, Agence France Presse (AFP) reported.

It marks Tehran's most direct threat yet against Trump, following his repeated threats that the US will strike the country if it continues its brutal crackdown on anti-government protesters.

Iran appeared to step up threats against Trump by broadcasting a photo of him during the Butler assassination attempt.

The image of a bloodied-Trump appeared to be taken from a pro-government rally in Iran, which has been allowed to air despite nationwide blackouts over the protests against the regime.

Trump was infamously the target of an assassination attempt during a campaign rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, when he was shot in the ear by gunman Thomas Crooks.

37 That article is confusingly written. I'm still not sure what Ohio had to do with any of it.

I assume the money went from MN to OH (although I'm not sure why) en route to an international flight. But the article says the flights went from Ohio to Minneapolis and then to Amsterdam/Dubai.

None of this makes any sense to me. I would think if you're laundering money, you take as few flights as possible. If you have the money in Ohio, and you want to take it out of the country, you don't fly into the interior of the country (MN) and then get an international flight back out.

45 Not meaning to hijack the thread or anything, but wanted to provide an update:

First Lady lost her father on Sunday. We found out Monday when he wasn't answering his cell phone and did not call back. He lives 3 hrs. away from us, so we reached out to some friends and they did a wellness check.

We drove out Monday night and spent the last two days finalizing arrangements, writing the obit and eulogy and getting people notified. The services will be on Saturday and that's likely where she'll get hit the hardest.

He wasn't a good father, was incredibly selfish and lived mostly for one person and one person only. But she is strong in her faith and took 'honor thy mother, honor thy father' seriously and did what she felt was best. There are no regrets.

We're at home now, heading back Friday as there's some things here she wants to find before everything is finalized.

You all have been so wonderful to us over the last year plus, so I just wanted to pop in, give an update and thank you all for the thoughts and prayers you've been providing us for a long time.

God Bless you and we are eternally grateful for everything.

There is a hard $10,000 limit to the amount of cash you can take out of the US without filling out a lot of financial reporting forms with the feds and yet the TSA found hundred of millions being taken out and did nothing?

This is more than just fraud. The senior levels of our government wanted that cash to go to Somalia.

This is why I think the republic has to take drastic action to destroy government corruption on a large scale. The GOP and Dems are literally selling themselves to foreign interests and no government can survive that long term.

Proscription is about the remaining remedy and that probably means the end of the republic. Trump is not probably the guy to do that in all honesty. He is a counterpuncher.

It's close; there's a problem that few on our side are thinking about, but we do need an actual Casus Belli to launch an offensive strike against Iran. Meaning they have to *do* something to us, to justify it. Before, sayin that they were just about to enrich enough Uranium to create a bomb was enough to justify an attack. But killing their own people is not quite enough; we've got to provoke them into *doing* something really stupid.

Two points reported.

ICE guy was not charged or investigated as it appears to a reasonable observer that there were legitimate self-defense actions.

Lesbo-wife-jihadi was being investigated and would presumably be charged if the facts support it, which, to a reasonable observer, it appears that she was an active conspirator.

You might not be aware of this, but the Antwerp to Dubai route is the predominate process to transport stolen vehicles (mostly from Canada). When the stolen vehicles get to Antwerp they either go the Middle East route, or the African route.

This has been documented a number of times by people who have multiple vehicles stolen in Canada. They used hidden Apple Air Tags...and were even able to locate their vehicles on used car lots in the UAE.

That's not how this works.

If YOU get on a plane with a briefcase full of cash, past a certain value (10k, if I recall) YOU will get grilled and paperwork gets filled out. Doesn't matter if you pre-declare it, YOU will have a long talk with them. If it's over - based on what I've seen - 35k or so, YOU will almost certainly have it seized, and YOU will not get it back.

I am capitalizing YOU because someone instructed the TSA to look the other way entirely as these shitheads moved stolen money around.

A smattering of agencies won't participate, but generally speaking you get over ~35K and there is nowhere in the US you can safely transport cash as a regular individual. LE is virtually guaranteed to seize it if they catch you with it, and that's not even trying to fly with it or leave the country.

So when the cops found out she had a man at her house they figured they finally had their perp.

I flew once with two metal cigar tubes in a leather sleeve. When they ran it through the luggage detector, it looked exactly like two pipe bombs strapped together. (Of course, I didn't realize that when I brought them.) The TSA guy showed me the image and said "hey, what's this?" I explained what it was. The guy was like "good enough for me." Never opened the luggage or made any effort to determine if I was telling the truth.
Posted by: Judge Elric The Blade at January 14,

I try not to check a bag and my carry on bag has a little pocket and I have gotten water through more times than I can count and the first time I told them and then they used those little wipes and tested me for what I assumed was a bomb so I won't tell them if I get something through after that.

Not really. BND and DGSE and MI-6 all are there to facilitate Euro business with the regime. Not to end it. CIA plays both sides of the streets as a toppled Islamic regime in the Middle East with a more secular government gives places like Saudi Arabia and the Gulf States, the jitters. Only Mossad has shown repeated ability to penetrate even the most secure Iranian assets like their nuke plans or HamAss top leaders. That requires ground human intel assets.

Same reason all of Europe with kings ganged up on Revolutionary France, it threatened their own internal stability.

245 Flew out of Philly after visiting mom. She insisted on sending me home with a couple boxes of store-bought chocolate chip cookies to bring to my son. (Mom was a fine home baker in her day. That day might have passed, but by God, her grandson was getting cookies from her).

Anyway, said cookies were sealed in a clear plastic clamshell tray. You've probably seen the kind. I put them at the bottom of my checked bag, as they wouldn't fit in my computer bag carry on.

Upon opening my bags at home, I was greeted with a small note advising me that my checked bag was selected for a "random" search, so items may appear disorganized.

The seal of the cookie container was broken. It appeared that the cookies were dumped out over my clothes, then placed back in the container. They made no effort to snap the container shut. Crumbs everywhere. Happened a second time (no cookies, but same friendly note). Avoided Philly airport for many a year after that...

For example, it has only recently been discovered that men can get pregnant, according to the latest research by doctors and scientists. Fincen is no joke as almost all activity, especially illegal, relies on money transfers. And most TSA line officers and managers are not going to avoid the regular procedures in place for cartels, etc. So they documented the bucks being sent but let them go as per higher ups in the agency. Those TSA higher ups got their marching orders from someone too. And those people had to have enough clout to make them ignore it. My bet is Mayorkas or his group of killer clowns.

1) The obvious assassination message by Iran today
2) Documented Iranian assassnation plots (per the DOJ) around the 2024 Presidential Election
3) All the secrecy and missing/deleted info around the murderer and attempted assassin Crooks

What's the chance Iran was involved in the PA assassination attempt of Trump?

Yeah, yeah, "Conspiracy Theory". But at this point, we're seeing a lot of theories underblown. Not over, *under*. Worse than we thought.

328 We used to fly a lot. I was on one of the first planes out of Orlando after 9/11. Unfazed and for months one of the few females on planes with business guys. We all had a look at each other if something happened, like one guy's phone going off (after a cell phone bomb scare) at 10k feet. Empty plane but I was part of the team if needed.

I honestly think they check people after a certain number to keep machines going or something tarded.

We flew through a small airport and, by golly, my panties appeared radioactive as I was shown the screen. A young black woman asked if I wanted to "go behind a screen." I said, no, have at it. She checked with the back of her wrists, no goosing.

I look for my husband and apparently he was radioactive as well! at the same time! Whee!

We have NO IDEA what that was about, as we certainly were wearing laundered clothing. My watch and silver bracelets I could sort of understand. But this was a new frontier for us. We both thought it was funny vs being offended.
