The Morning Report — 12/31/25

2025-26.jpg

Good morning kids. The big story, on this New Year's Eve, at least in the real world and not the Potemkin Village holographic illusion projected by the Democrat/Leftist Propaganda complex is the massive multi-billion dollar swindle perpetrated on the American people by Somali immigrants (invaders) and their Democrat Party protectors in Minnesota and elsewhere. No doubt that a not insignificant amount of the loot wound up in the pockets of credibly suspected pederast Tim Walz, incest practitioner and immigration fraudster Bro-Fo Omar, Jacob Frey and other local state and national Democrats from Minnesota as well as the coffers of the despicable anti-American Commie front group known as the Democrat Farm Labor Party, and the equally evil Islamic terror groups in Somallia that are now spilling rivers of blood in the horn of Africa and likely helping their compatriots slaughter Nigerian Christians and others in Central Africa.

It's the Brinks Job of Great Train Robberies of Teapot Domes. It's bigger than that and considering the transnational nature of the graft, it would not surprise me in the least and I fully expect that the Clintons have more than few drops of moisture on their beaks via the Clinton Global Initiative and massage parlor. As my mother of blessed memory observed way back when in '92 when these bastards came to prominence, that they had goniffed the entire state of Arkansas, and then from their lair in the West Wing somehow swindled millions in aid money that was supposed to go to Haiti in the wake of a hurricane. Epstein is small potatoes, The Minnesota strip is where the action is.

Deputy Secretary of Health and Human Services Jim O’Neill announced the agency has paused child care payments in Minnesota due to alleged child daycare fraud. . . 1. I have activated our defend the spend system for all ACF payments. Starting today, all ACF payments across America will require a justification and a receipt or photo evidence before we send money to a state.

2. Alex Adams and I have identified the individuals in @nickshirleyy’s excellent work. I have demanded from @GovTimWalz a comprehensive audit of these centers. This includes attendance records, licenses, complaints, investigations, and inspections.

3. We have launched a dedicated fraud-reporting hotline and email address at https://childcare.gov Whether you are a parent, provider, or member of the general public, we want to hear from you.

It's probably safe to assume that judges Buch M. Danno and Moe Loki from the Banzai Pipeline court of appeals will have a restraining order issued by the time this posts.

And speaking of which . . .

The White House cannot lapse in its funding of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, a federal district court judge ruled on Tuesday, only days before funds at the bureau would have likely run out and the consumer finance agency would have no money to pay its employees. Judge Amy Berman ruled that the CFPB should continue to get its funds from the Federal Reserve, despite the Fed operating at a loss, and that the White House’s new legal argument about how the CFPB gets its funds is not valid. At the heart of this case is whether Russell Vought, President Donald Trump’s budget director and the acting director of the CFPB, can effectively shut down the agency and lay off all of the bureau’s employees. The CFPB has largely been inoperable since President Trump has sworn into office nearly a year ago. Its employees are mostly forbidden from doing any work, and most of the bureau’s operations this year has been to unwind the work it did under [so-called quote-unquote] President Biden and even under Trump’s first term.

First of all, Amy Vermin Berman Jackson is a tyrannical commie thug in a judge's robe as you can see from her long and revolting rap sheet courtesy of the invaluable DiscovertheNetworks.

As you can see she has been singularly focused on destroying President Trump and anyone and everyone who supports him, including anyone who was even thinking that 2020 was stolen, let alone who showed up to DC to actually protest on 1/6/21.

The CFPB is an utterly illegal anti-constitutional politburo that as it was established has no congressional oversight, can directly fund itself without approval or any check on it by Congress and as such wields unprecedented power over the economy and therefore over the individual rights of the citizenry. In the words of President Trump almost from day one of his second term:

CFPB Isn’t a Wall Street Regulator, It’s a Main Street Regulator — The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) — the brainchild of Sen. Elizabeth Warren — has long functioned as another woke, weaponized arm of the bureaucracy that leverages its power against certain industries and individuals disfavored by so-called “elites.”
For example:
CFPB used its slush fund — collected from targeting financial institutions — to support radical advocacy groups. One such group is the Soros-backed Mississippi Center for Justice, which advocates for “racial and economic justice,” targets religious liberty, and assists illegal immigrants seeking to skirt our nation’s laws. Another is The Legal Aid Society of the District of Columbia, whose board features senior left-wing officials and has lobbied hundreds of times for more welfare spending. -- CFBP threatened banks for refusing to lend to illegal immigrants. --CFPB targeted a Chicago small business after it complained about the city’s rampant crime. -- CFPB was accused of mining American citizens’ personal financial information — with a 2017 inspector general’s report raising significant concerns about its data security. -- CFPB granted itself broad new powers in the waning hours of the lame duck Biden administration. Described as classic “government overreach,” the agency gave itself the authority to regulate Americans’ checking accounts by dictating government price controls and unilaterally buried $50 billion in medical debt.

And Mr. President, please forget about this new fleet of battleships and instead expand ICE by a factor of at least 10, with a grand fleet of paddy wagons and Pinochet airliners to Deport the illegal aliens.

PS, Eric Swalwell cannot Fang-Fang himself off this planet fast enough to suit me.

So if the president is going to send ICE agents to chase immigrants through the fields where they work, what I’m going to do is make sure that they take off their masks and show their faces, that they show their identification. And if they commit crimes that they’re going to be charged with crimes, if it’s falsely imprisoning people, if it’s kidnapping, if it’s assault battery, they’re going to be held accountable. I also think if the governor has the ability to issue driver’s licenses to people in California, if you’re going to wear a mask and not identify yourself, you’re not going to be eligible to drive a vehicle in California. There’s a lot you can do, but most importantly, you have to go on offense. Otherwise, the most vulnerable in our community will always be on defense.”

Americans Still Jittery Over Fate Of Social Security, But Can’t Agree On How To Fix It: I&I/TIPP Poll

I would say...

- Cut spending in other areas.
- Slowly begin the process of raising the retirement age, cutting benefits for future retirees, and LOWERING the payroll tax.
- Unify the rules surrounding retirement accounts so that everyone gets the same deal, everyone has their own, and it actually belongs to them.

The goal should be to end social security rather than periodically screwing over younger generations.

Bushs plan in 2005 would have millions of people now with 20 years of their OWN money.

If you invested $100 in the S&P 500 at the beginning of 2005, you would have about $797.82 at the end of 2025, assuming you reinvested all dividends. This is a return on investment of 697.82%, or 10.62% per year.

As you may know, I head the Black Pilled Chapter of AoSHQ, holding out exactly zero hope that Western Civilization survives into 2028, but the timing of all of this interests me.

The arrests, prosecutions and dismissals in one case, and convictions in others happened BEFORE Nick's 100M+ view iPhone Documentary.

The locals knew this years before DOGE picked it up, and Otto Pen Era DOJ was already on it. Nick sensationalized it and got prominent placement on the talk show and White House platforms.

Now the social media world is in Rage Mode (at least until the next squirrel) I'm sort of wondering if there is coördination now, due to the 80/20 Rule where Trump wants to put his opponents in the 20 box before he makes sweeping administrative moves like stopping all payments to States which he couldn't do politically before until the 80% demanded it.

We will not split. If we did, then our power to thwart bad actor countries will be gone, and a new dark period will result. "So, yes the Biden DOJ did file charges against 73 Somalis, but it didn't publicize anything about the fraud via press release after March 2023 that included 57 defendants to that date.

The Trump DOJ has been indicting Somalis since Aug. 2025 in connection with Feeding Our Future and other fraud schemes, including 8 in December involving the Housing assistance fraud scheme.

The US Attorney who announced those charges called them the first in a "wave" of coming indictments."

66 So far it's worked out, judges wise, in Trump's favor.
Seems everytime a judge is shut down for a stupid rule they use that ruling again.

Trump's working through all of the nullifications nullifying them. When he's finished the judges will have no rulings to make.
Or they'll be on a pike.

70 We owe almost everything good to our English heritage. It all flows from the rule of law and property rights, and England was at the forefront in both. Our revolution was about restoring the rights of Englishmen.

What a seriously warped and twisted revisionist history.

Did you ever read the Declaration of Independence? The entire documents is a point by point rejection of the British System - so horrible and corrupt that God Himself rebuked it and to make the universe right again, it required the colonies to separate by any means necessary.

Did you know that British are subjects not citizens?
That instead of the monarchy, they decided to start off with a completely different pattern that they believed was pleasing to the Creator and elevated man's inalienable Rights bestowed on to him by the Creator rather than privileges granted by the king?

75 Bushs plan in 2005 would have millions of people now with 20 years of their OWN money.

If you invested $100 in the S&P 500 at the beginning of 2005, you would have about $797.82 at the end of 2025, assuming you reinvested all dividends. This is a return on investment of 697.82%, or 10.62% per year.
Posted by: r hennigantx at December 31, 2025 07:20 AM (gbOdA)

And I supported that plan wholeheartedly. Despite the fact that I will be, technically, eligible to receive social security in a few months, I am doubtful that it will survive my lifetime. I've always known that it was a trainwreck in the making and a way to fuck over millions in the process.

Sadly, too many people can't see beyond the fearmongering.

The CFPB should have disappeared long ago but for the courts, including Roberts. As I understand it the CFPB rules and refs were made inseparable when sponsored and passed by Chief Warren. This meant that if one thing was found unconstitutional the rest of the agency was dead. The courts have already found the funding was unconstitutional and also the appointment of the head of the agency. The courts have not followed through on finding the whole things being unconstitutional. Oh and the Congress sits there with their thumbs up their asses

Start by cutting off the lavish guaranteed defined benefit pensions given to every gold brick that puts in 25 years.

Government employees' lavish and care free pensions are so holy and sacred that some states actually make it Constitutional to plunder the working class to keep the damned parasites regular stream secure despite crashing economies and deep public debt. The streets go unpaved and the fire stations close before one dime of pension is cut - and it is unlawful still to not pay that dime - float another bond or loan.

SS is, officially, separately funded. As long as the taxes are collected it won't "run out of money" but it will be unable to pay the entire promised benefit without getting additional money from the regular tax base.

The other things cannot run out of money because Congress said that people are 'entitled' to those benefits. Dems will cut spending on absolutely everything else (except, of course, pay and bennies for feds) before they stop paying those things.

Not at all. Tax policy is purely social policy and has no element of fiscal policy.

The difference is funded by borrowing and by inflating the money supply.

In another exchange, the employee voiced concern about “isolated astragalus scattered about on some rock outcrops along that south portion of the trail.”

In a just world these people would be named and shamed for picking plants over people.

And isn't astragalus non-native species?

Same here. I often wonder why I bother coming on AoS during the week at all, when I always end up even more depressed and angry than usual. Which is not the fault of Ace, the cob-loggers or the Horde; it's my sure and certain knowledge that there is no bottom and no point at which the American public will finally revolt.

From my admittedly limited POV, Trump seems to think that a roaring economy will cure all ills. But all it will do is give the left a bigger pot of gold to plunder. I would gladly pay $10/gallon gas if I could see Comey, Scankles, Swallwell, MConnell, &c. given the Ceaucescu treatment.

Trump clearly is not a linear thinker.

While stimulating as much productivity into the system, he is very aware and actively working to defund the Left leaving the monsters who plunder the system without the means to rule pretending to be a majority when they are not.

Other miracles are occurring too:

For one, much to RFK's chagrin, the massive increase in Autism isn't from vaccines and Tylenol, but Somalian-styled fraud.

Yeeting Somalians from the welfare rolls and physically from this country also reduces foreign wars and terrorism while saving us tens of billions!

201 With a few exceptions, the AG spot at DoJ is a political one. Bondi's a politician, not a law enforcement officer. She doesn't even really try to be one.

There are some people who'll say they support her efforts to reform the DoJ. I'd like to know, specifically, what those efforts are and whether they are being successful. An on the cuff analysis seems to be mixed.

If, as some suggest, the DoJ is as corrupt as they say, then perhaps someone with a more forceful personality would be a better fit at Justice. I think Bondi's timid. A politician in a cut-throat position who's having some difficulty reigning in her charge.

There are other women in the administration that don't seem to be having the same issues in their respective positions.

216 Paine was defending the French Revolution, not ours. And he was obviously wrong in that.

Paine's pamphlets contributed mightily to the creation of this nation's charter. Starting with "Common Sense" that was pivotal in the rallying support for independence and that the government should derive its authority from the people not monarchy or hereditary privilege.

Though he did whine a bit about the 1787 Constitution for being too conservative and elitist.

I also would not want him on the SCOTUS because he rejected "originalism". We have enough "living document" types on the bench now.

Social Security started to become illiquid when Congress allowed illegal aliens, and aliens with temporary status access to the funds. They also allowed immigrants the ability to put people like their sick parents on SSDI. Take a look at the legislation Congress passed, the look at the chart of solvency.

SSDI is also a huge fraud vector. When someone finally digs down on that scam it’s going to be trillions. There are doctors and fake medical establishments who funnel people into that system.

So you want to know how to make SS solvent? There you go. Pretty easy, even an internet guy can do it.

It is kid of a jarring juxtaposition, isn't it?

America, and the West in general more or less, has this weird, nearly mystical obsession with this strange, abstract thing we call "The Economy", as if it were a self contained object with its own intensive and extensive properties, and lives and breathes on its own to be poked and prodded and studied and manipulated like it were an elephant or a bridge. The legacy of Adam Smith I assume.

A Somali has pretty much no conception of such a creature. You have stuff. You suck at protecting your stuff. He takes your stuff. Now he has stuff. You go out and make more stuff. You suck at protecting that stuff, too. He takes your stuff again. Now he has more stuff.

There's no "Economy" to talk about in any of that, it's just a bunch of making and taking with no coherence or internal structure of any kind.

And Owen has some of the physical traits Hammett described. Nice that they don't pretend the actor is still thirty-something. I'll have to look for this at the library. They have a slew of TV series on DVD as well as movies.

There was only one Spade novel, and a very few short stories. The latter were written as Hammett slid into his "not writing any more" period. His last novel was The Thin Man -- which is nowhere near the funny charming romp of the Powell-Loy movie or its sequels. As with Falcon, I got bored with TTM the novel early on and took two or three tries to finish it. Maybe I'd appreciate it more now.

So far I've seen that the fraud recipients were giving money to the state Dem party. I assume shortly the feds will have evidence of willful negligence on MN's part. That should be enough to start charging some of Walz's minions...but Walz himself should be the ultimate target here.

And not only because he is guilty as sin, but because if a big name Dem goes to prison for fraud and graft we will finally see the Dems (and GOPe) start to see limits to how much they can steal.

I'd aim higher. There has been obvious coordination with this scam on a national level. Somalians in states like Washington, Maine, Ohio, etc., are all running the same scam and in some cases sending money to each other. Mass immigration into the US was an enormous money laundering and wealth transfer operation, it was just a bunch of Somalis with the combined brainpower of a bag of donuts. That's right! He looked sort of like Pete Fountain, didn't he?

And there was some husband-and-wife celebrity pair, an older man named "Jack" something and his Japanese wife ("Reiko"?). Even at my generally-accepting age of twelve or thirteen, I found them boring.

BREAKING: It's been exposed that a network of "assisted living facilities" are STILL getting MILLIONS of taxpayer dollars from Minnesota despite the owner being an indicted FRAUDSTER

The media went up to the door, and they PANICKED!

"How is he still collecting checks, running these assisted living centers?!"

They're getting tens of MILLIONS.

REP. ROBBINS: "In this case, and in others, they didn't [stop the funds]!"

"This person owns assisted living facilities, and his wife runs the service provider part of it. He owns the property, one was purchased with the same shell company he used to money launder in Feeding Our Future. Now, that same shell company has been used to buy a new assisted living facility property!"

This is unbelievable. CUT IT OFF, NOW.

Posted by: Count de Monet at December 31, 2025

He had Jim Fowler as a guest who thought it was a real show (but got suspicious when he couldn’t see any cameras)… brought a peregrine falcon which promptly attacked George’s bionic squirrel (which George had paid to create to appease his animal loving girlfriend who was mad at George because the pigeons reneged on their deal and didn’t get out of the way of his car)…. How’d the writers write these plots then read what they’d written and say “yeah, that’ll work” 😂

Seinfeld, like Get Smart before it, set up its own little loony world and then explored it. And we loved it.

It was also a show about rules of social behavior and what happens when you violate them. Remember George scooping up food atop a kitchen trash bin? "Adjacent to refuse IS refuse!" Or recall the bit about Jerry being icked-out that the restaurant owner hadn't washed his hands after using the bathroom and before handling food? I'll venture to say a lot of viewers started washing their hands "after," once they'd seen that.

415 California officials quietly crossed a line that almost never gets crossed in civilian energy markets.
Behind closed doors, emergency discussions surfaced around using extraordinary authority to force refineries to stay online if fuel supply conditions deteriorate further. This video breaks down what triggered those talks, why normal policy tools were no longer considered enough, and what it means when governments start preparing for asset control instead of market cooperation.
The concern wasn’t pump prices. It was refinery behavior, outage risk, and the realization that private operators cannot be compelled to produce fuel once confidence breaks. Internal projections showed that even partial withdrawal by multiple refiners could trigger supply failures the state would be unable to control in time.
This is not speculation or political rhetoric. It’s a look at how severe conditions have become behind the scenes — and why contingency planning moved into territory usually reserved for national emergencies.

417 Good morning, all, and thank you, J.J.

Obama/Holder, always.

Obama President Barack Obama referred to Elizabeth Warren as the "architect" of the new bureau & appointed her to the role of special adviser to help set up and launch the new Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB).
Reportedly, in 2007, Warren, than a Harvard Law School professor, came up with the idea for the independent agency. 🙄
In July 2010, Congress passed and President Obama signed the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act. The law – often referred to as the Dodd-Frank Act – created the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (the CFPB).
President Obama urged Congress to give the consumer agency the same "accountability and independence" that the other banking agencies have and sufficient funding so it could ensure that financial companies would comply with consumer laws.
In September 2010, President Obama officially named Warren as an Assistant to the President and Special Adviser to the Secretary of the Treasury, tasking her with
overseeing all aspects of the bureau's initial creation; working to staff the new agency, and get it up and running.

But that's not all.

418 Warren's daughter, Amelia Warren Tyagi, was on the Demos Board of Trustees starting at least as early as 2009. By 2011, she was the Chairman of the Board for Demos.

Demos, a highly progressive think tank, was a major supporter of Amelia's mother, Elizabeth Warren, during that period, presenting her with awards and promoting her work. Amelia Tyagi is now a trustee emeritus of the organization. (See demos org, board of trustees.)

Amelia Warren Tyagi currently serves on the Board of Directors for FUSE Corps, a non-profit that places professionals in local government. ("FUSE is a national nonprofit dedicated to increasing the capacity of local governments to engage communities and work more effectively for everyone.") FUSE is involved in a number of cities across the country including Brooklyn Center & Minneapolis, MN and, of course, Allegheny County & Philadelphia, PA.

(BTW, Warren Tyagi also co-founded HealthAllies with other McKinsey alumni. HealthAllies was a venture capital-backed health benefits firm that was acquired by UnitedHealth Group in the early 2000s.)
