Somali Pirate "Day Care Centers" Are Suddenly Filled (Well, not "Filled") With Rent-a-Kids
Sixteen? I thought 99 Phantom Children were enrolled here.
The Quality "Learing" Center Minneapolis, a purported day care flagged in a viral video designed to expose fraud, may have been bustling with kids Monday, but it is typically such a ghost town that it appeared closed, a local told The Post. The resident called the kiddie scene at the site Monday -- a few days after explosive footage called it out and suggested it was part of widespread state fraud -- "highly unusual. "We've never seen kids go in there until today. That parking lot is empty all the time, and I was under the impression that place is permanently closed," the person said. Monday's busy parking lot and the roughly 20 kids streaming in and out as The Post staked out the site were in stark contrast to the neighbor's description and YouTuber Nick Shirley's video showing what appeared to be a facility that wasn't in use. "You do realize there's supposed to be 99 children here in this building, and there's no one here?" Shirley asked the person answering the door to the site in his clip, which was posted online Friday. No children appeared to be at the center at the time. The facility says its hours are Monday to Thursday, 2 to 10 p.m. Ibrahim Ali, the son of the owner who said he was the manager, claimed to The Post on Monday that Shirley's visit came before they opened for the day. "Do you go to a coffee shop at 11 p.m. and say, 'Hey, they're not working'?" Ali argued to The Post. He also blamed a graphic designer for the now-infamous typo on the site's sign. "What I understand is [the owners] dealt with a graphic designer. He did it incorrectly. I guess they didn't think it was a big issue," said Ali, 26, who claimed he helps out with homework and paperwork at the facility. ... Ali said there were about 16 kids inside the center Monday afternoon.
... A woman opening the center at 2 p.m. Monday said Shirley's reporting was inaccurate. "We don't have fraud. That's a lie," she said, adding, "I don't want to talk to you. I want to talk to my lawyer." Outside the center, another worker took out his smartphone to record a Post reporter who was asking him questions about the situation.Sounds like some of the Pirates are considering the Josh Gerstein Second Amendment Solutions.

I have seen so much fraud. Forget about the citizens on SSDI, or unemployment, or workers comp, or enhanced early retirement from state jobs -- that is rampant too and it seems everyone is doing it. (or the expense account and state credit card fraud.)

This strikes me as reasonable. They will try through careful coordination (photo ops on different days, etc.), but it is very likely that there are a lot "enrolled kids" who don't actually exist. *That* needs to be audited heavily, along with these outfits. How many kids aren't real, and how many programs are these unreal kids in?

325 It's even worse for the fraudulent day care center to suddenly fill up with live bodies. It's one thing for investigators to evaluate missing books and data files, invoices. Chasing down missing receipts - typical audit stuff.
But once you have actual live bodies, you can ask them for names, addresses, bank accounts, credit cards, documentation on the spot. Then you can reconcile those names to any prior activity at the location. Inspection history. If ONE thing doesn't add up - like different names of parents and children, then the real fun begins.

They say a registered voter can "vouch" for up to 8 people, or unlimited if you work in care home, and same day register them to vote. This is bad, but people don't understand the magnitude.
When I was a lad, I remember the inner city churches all ran buses around the city delivering people to voting stations. That may seem odd considering voting stations were all over and always walking distance in the inner cities. A guy would get out with a clip board and tell each passenger something (I presume their "name" and how to vote) and they would vote. Then they would go to next voting station.
This is the GOTV machine the Dems run in the cities. Mail-in makes it easier, but they use all methods to get their numbers up. 20 people driving around on election day can deliver 200 votes. 20 buses in a small city and you got 4k votes. They sell those votes to candidates (which is why the winners never want to legislate the practice away) and control all local offices.
So in response to above - yes, the pols get something. Look at the Jim Jones Church for a case history of how that works.

I dated a girl with a kid in daycare, and I was friendly with the owner (a family business, just a handful of kids and and old couple running it.)
They got surprise inspections from the state and always had to have the right ratio of adults to kids. They had to meet sanitary and food safety standards. They house was inspected for any hazards, etc.
There is NO FUCKING WAY the whole state bureaucracy was not in on this scam.

I assume all of them are a problem. I know the Bishops and the Pope have a problem with immigration reluctance on the part of their US parishioners. Of course, I have a problem with clergy lecturing me on ignoring theft, and false witness, and lying too. Final result: They just ocntinue living together as before, nothing changes, except that the government now gives them $2,400/month for one to be the "live-in caretaker" of the other. Even though they just live together as a couple, like any other couple -- nobody "caretakes" anybody.
The money gets spent on drugs, liquor and (in their case) illegal gambling.
It's a total scam, and yet mlliions do it.

I know people who work in daycare centers. It's not a high-margin business. They mostly concern themselves with paying for staffing, supplies, physical plant and permitting. Not a ton left over for extras.
Aside from the government schools who have their own stable of sharks, these people can't afford attorneys, besides the one they hired on an hourly basis to set things up. There's no "go talk to my attorney about this" when shit goes wrong.
And these people aren't Somalis. They can add single-digit numbers together and name three consecutive letters from the English alphabet and stuff like that... they just can't afford to retain counsel.
Seems odd, that's all.

Well, not that 880 yards makes a difference, but other reports on this story reported he had bought himself a Glock 45, not a .45 caliber pistol. He claimed he was shooting at a Red Bull can in his back yard.
There is NO TELLING what this dumb shit was doing, actually. But, the woman and several others heard the shots, then the woman wound up dead from a gunshot wound.
