Thought I would send you guys an update on all of the "Health Stuff" that has transpired over the last week:
I have a "pump fill'" scheduled first thing Friday morning, then we will be on our way out of town. Thankfully, this fill is just Heparin and saline to keep the pump flowing for the next 2 weeks; when we get back, I have another fill scheduled to start the new chemo medication which will hopefully do the trick and get the rest of these tumors knocked off. The best Christmas present of all for me (well, us) is that if this pump thing works, there is a better than average chance that I could go 2-3 YEARS before we have to start worrying about this beast coming back! And who knows what advancements may be made in that time period? It truly is a Christmas miracle, and we are so incredibly blessed to have access to such stellar medical care right in our own back yard. We are also blessed to have SO MANY people saying prayers on our behalf. We are truly grateful for each and every one of you. We hope that everyone has the Merriest of Christmases/Happiest of Hanukahs/Festive of Festivuses/etc. with those they love. The Tennessee Titans are 2-12. They have played 14 games, and lost 12 of those.
And their rookie QB wants to somehow believe the future is all about him. He today came out and said he wants to talk to all of the head coaching candidates the team interviews. He's played in all 14 of their games, and has only 11 passing touchdowns and his completion percentage is under 60%. He's been sacked 49 teams. I think you’re being too harsh on Carol Burnett; her show, just like Jackie Gleason was a throwback to old Vaudeville. (So was Jim Henson’s Muppet Show). Those efforts are always hit and miss; the idea is to toss out so many fast skits that the audience forgets the bad ones. And you’ll have a famous guest star each week.

President Donald Trump has installed plaques underneath the portraits of presidents in the Rose Garden colonnade that detail aspects of their presidencies, in Washington, Dec. 17, 2025.
-ABC Some of them are not complementary. Obama's plaque ends with he "spied on the 2016 Presidential Campaign of Donald J. Trump, and presided over the creation of the Russia, Russia, Russia Hoax, the worst political scandal in American History." ABC is butt hurt. 236 What, exactly, is the strategy with Venezuela?
We shut down their economy and....then what? Posted by: Soothsayer” The group running Venezuela is *not* anything like a popular government - it is a vast criminal organization that hangs onto control through brutality and fear. (Last election, squashed by Maduro, proved that.). BUT to keep this going requires a huge amount of cash; Madura has to pay off all the cartels whose shipments he’s supposed to protect; he has to pay off his own army and militias so they don’t revolt; he has kick some money back to the Chinese, the Russians, and the Iranians; and he has to pay the gangs of thugs inside Venezuela that he uses for street level control. It all demands a huge amount of cash, each month - cut off the regimes cash, you cut off all of the support it needs to stay alive. Posted by: Tom Servo at December 17, 2025 09:05 PM (idwIE) 251

Venezuela today only has two major sources of income - the oil trade and the illegal drug trade. They can’t print money because their currency is already mostly worthless. So no need for invasion, they can be broken much more easily.
