I mentioned this discovery not long ago, and here's a physical demonstration. Probably. It's called a Nopert because it's the first discovered shape that does not have the "Rupert property" of being able to pass through a hollowed out version of itself at a suitable angle, with the exception of the sphere which is a degenerate case because it presents the same cross-section at every orientation by definition. Musical Interlude The music is the opening theme for Hololive Indonesia's zombie girl Kureiji Ollie. Fan Kabedondere added the lyrics. Ollie herself provided the screeching. She's calmed down since. Just a little. Disclaimer: DON'T TELL ME I'VE CALMED DOWN! Comments(Jump to bottom of comments)1

Agentic AI (Wikipedia) In the context of generative artificial intelligence, AI agents (also referred to as compound AI systems or agentic AI) are a class of intelligent agents distinguished by their ability to operate autonomously in complex environments. Agentic AI tools prioritize decision-making over content creation and do not require human prompts or continuous oversight. ______ A lot to unpack there. Anyway! Here I is, awake after a fashion, sipping coffee. The Killer Kittenz will get fed in about forty-five minutes. Cool this morning, with a brisk north wind, but not too bad. As part of her endless series of coupons, Miss Linda scored some creamy oat "milk" at Whole Foods. It goes pretty well in coffee. There's also a bottle of cashew "milk," "Malk" as the brand name goes. I don't mind them and they taste fine. But I wouldn't pay $6 for a bottle.

The local Fox outlet has "experts" on whining about "winer blues" and how shorter days change behavior. I have that Seasonal Affective Disorder thing in reverse: Endless long days of hot yellow sunlight and gaspingly high humidity depress me. I'm glad to see this short winter.
When I move north, yes, I may change my view. Certainly I welcomed the first warm days of spring in Colorado after a long winter -- and those winters tended to be dry and sunny a lot of the time. 19 Pixy,
Are you a person who acquires their game in the field? Meaning not at the supermarket. Posted by: Pete Bog No, it's not much of a thing in eastern Australia. Most of the native species are protected and there isn't a big enough population of deer to support it much. Now, the Northern Territory, that's different. Wild pigs, feral cattle, camels - no idea how they taste, banteng, water buffalo, and more. But nobody lives there. Posted by: Pixy Misa at December 08, 2025 05:51 AM (BLOW1) 51

I have a toy I bought a few years ago for Miss Linda, a stuffed black leopard. Unfortunately she gave me the exact same item that year, so I ended up keeping this one in the closet. Where do I look to find a place to donate it? Brave Search keeps giving me locations in Foley, AL, for some reason. The mention of Ollie's above make me wonder; we have one on my side of the river, but it's not really close.

What is required as a condition to allow wild game to be kosher?
Posted by: Pete Bog at December 08, 2025 05:04 AM (ufT2c) - Sorry for the late reply. Was out. Same as for any other kosher animal. Basics: A land animal is kosher if it both a) has split hooves and b) chews its cud. Examples of kosher animals include cows, sheep, goats and deer. Examples of non-kosher animals include pigs, rabbits, squirrels, bears, dogs, cats, camels and horses. The animal must be slaughtered according to Torah laws (Halachah) and thereafter undergo additional salting and rinsing measures to remove blood from the flesh. Posted by: FenelonSpoke Thank you. I've been having some problems as of late with my donation. They have a new system to measure the iron levels in your blood and I've had to cancel my donation because it was consistently showing low.
