Mercedes Benz goes airborne, soaring over other cars, in terrifying caught-on-video crash
A luxury Mercedes Benz sedan went airborne and sailed over other traffic in a terrifying crash -- with the entire incident caught on heart-stopping video.

Just to put your minds at ease: Despite flying through the air twenty feet above the ground, the driver only suffered some broken bones.

The dramatic wreck unfolded Wednesday night in the Romanian city of Oradea, where the car jumped a curb, nearly smashed into a bus and flew into the air and over other cars, The Sun reported.
Miraculously, the 49-year-old driver walked away with just a few broken bones, the outlet said.
Police said the driver suffered a diabetic episode and fainted behind the wheel, with his vehicle then barreling out of control and soaring into the air and eventually into a utility pole near a local gas station.
...
Cops fined the unidentified injured driver the equivalent of $365, and he faces a 90-day license suspension, the outlet reported.

But it is - it's in danger of falling into niche hood b/c the land many theaters sit on is more valuable as something else. An industry that is not growing (it's still way down from 2019) with land in most major nice suburbs is prime for those places to get bought out and repurposed. One of my local theaters and another in MD were just bought by a developer. FOR NOW, they will stay theaters, but the developer has already announced he's looking at all options.

Movie theaters may become the Broadway of this century. For the well off to have their cultural moments.

There are two separate issues here:
1) Is the movie any good? Hollywood's product lately has been abysmal.
2) Assuming the answer to 1) is "yes", what is the best way to see it?

CD's post discusses at length all the reasons a theater is inferior. Would the two movies mentioned at the top of my comment have been better in a theater? I question that. There's a reason why most movies now are long on spectacle and sound, and short on plot and character development.

That is the truth of most of these types historically from Lenin, Che, Marx, etc.

They pretty much start as misfits of society in their beginnings. Successful people in society rarely seek to overturn it nor to do sordid shit just to infiltrate organizations to change them. They don't have to--they make their own.

Far fewer agents in society than assets. But assets once they are bought rarely wiggle out of it. That is the true story buried in all the old RFK and JFK records. You see assets never really quit being controlled and 'retired' agents are always up for another paid job.

In them, for example, you see Howard Hunt slither from his 1950's active period in ops all the way until post Watergate when he has a chummy conversation with the CIA over his new book coming out.
