Family of J5 Bomber Denies Leftwing Media Claims That Bomber Was MAGA

"Sources" put out the word to leftwing CNN and the Washington Post stating that the J5 Bomber "expressed doubts" about the 2020 election.

They pushed this claim to prop up their narrative that the bomber was inspired by Trump to plant the bombs.

In fact, he started buying bomb components in 2019 and then bought more of them during the George Floyd riots. All before the election.

So what, is he a MAGA Psychic?

Here's what I think happened. I would bet any number of dollars on this.

I think lefty FBI determined to tie this to Trump kept asking him if he accepted the fake results of the rigged 2020 election and eventually he made a half-hearted, noncommittal statement like "I don't know, maybe it was fixed, I dunno."

And then they ran to CNN and Washington Post: "HE DENIED THE 2020 ELECTION!"

Here are true facts: people are 1, naturally suspicious generally, and 2, even more suspicious of political power, and 3, often, unless they're twitter blowhards like Candace Owens, admit doubt about things they don't know much about.

The only people in America who are 100% certain of things that no sentient being should be certain of are ideologically deranged lefties, who believe in All the Things, passionately and zealously.

The same people who mock people for believing in God are 100% convinced they are on the right side of history and are going to Political Heaven.

At any rate, the bomber's leftwing BLM-supporting family is pushing back against what they probably see as defamation by the media.

The grandmother of the January 6 pipe bomb suspect denied in a news report Friday that her grandson was a fan of President Donald Trump, arguing that he had no party affiliation and never votes in elections.
The 30-year-old suspect has been identified as Brian Cole Jr., who allegedly confessed to planting the two bombs and told FBI interrogators that he is a Trump supporter and holds anarchist views, sources told MS NOW.

"He's borderline autistic," she claimed. "He's slow. He may be 30, but he's got the mind of a 16-year-old. That's why we're thinking - What the hell? What's going on?"
The grandmother said her grandson works a data entry job for his family's bail bonds business and does not like either political party, so she does not believe the charges against Cole.
"He's not politically affiliated with anything," the grandmother said. "He has no social media contacts. He's never online going back and forth with politics or anything like that. He says he don't like either party.

She also claims he's not an anarchist. On that, I think she's probably wrong.

Again, conflicting reports. I have heard that the bomb itself (go to the FBI official page for a picture of what they allegedly found) had blackpowder in it. Which can be set off merely by a spark in the right conditions. The kitchen timer mechanism had a crude paper clip on the knob that would contact a gator clipped wire leading to the bomb and to whatever the power source was alleged to be. The picture shows no obvious power source for the wires but there is a dark mass that could be a battery pack or simply a shadow.

It was more than one.

Sirhan's gun wasn't fake. It was a real gun, that really was discharged at least twice before he was tackled, and then since it was an 8 round revolver, the other six were discharged as well.

However, the people hit by live rounds that night were NOT in the direct line of fire, either before or after he was tackled.

It's possible Sirhan did have live rounds in his gun, but it's pretty much impossible to match his aim with any of the people hit (including RFK), OR any of the bullet holes in the paneling and ceiling tiles.

All of which were destroyed long ago.

I'm pretty sure that Jabba was never supposed to be human. Yes, they shot a scene with a human (that scene in the airport) but that was just a stand-in to be replaced later with FX. They ended up just cutting the scene.

According to the various "making of" features, Jabba did go through many iterations of what he looked like -- as did Vader -- but he was never going to be just a human. IIRC.

Not surprised. Simply put, consider a) we know a crime exists which leads to b) was it an conspiracy.

Proving or disproving a negative is simply not possible without omniscience. Same as the unfairness of the accused having to prove their innocence. Once mentioned by police, then some will become convinced of guilt regardless of the relative lack of proof.

We know in some cases, evidence much later revealed a conspiracy existed, at other times, it appears not or at least no credible evidence exists to support such a hypothesis.

I recall that the actual line in that scene was more sarcastic, said very sarcastically by Solo. I think I've seen interviews with the cast and crew for that scene, that they always planned to replace the human actor with FX. But it's probably they didn't know at that time what Jabba would look like.

Yeah the "triangle" hints in the early movies tell me that Leia being Luke's sister were cooked up later. The one place to hide a baby on the run from the Empire is in the Royal Family of Alderan. Almost as good as Luke living with his real name and wanting to join the Imperial Navy.

Eh, I think in the case of Lucas, he knew he was not a good film maker without a good collaborator and editor.

That being said, I remember an interview with Alec Guiness that was also repeated by interviews with cast of American Graffitti> George was generous about giving percentages (can't remember whether gross or net) to cast members and that made Guiness extremely rich and provided a living wage for those in American Graffitti even if they stopped acting.

The big tell for me is in the first film's light sabre fight scene with Obi Wan. Kenobi calls him "Darth" as his first name, it's only much later in the prequels where Darth retconned as a title for the Sith Lords. Plus, in some of the earliest novelizations/comics, The Sith is implied to be a region of the galaxy rather than an offshoot religious sect of the Jedi Order.

He may have been the one who filmed a guy getting knifed by a Hell’s Angel, after pulling a gun. The Stones were a bit off their nut. If you watch Gimme Shelter you can see Vito Paulekas gyrating on an elevated platform, he was a very common fixture at 60s “happenings” and similar.

The Marvel comics adaptation published around that time (hey, wait a minute...) similarly depicts that scene with Jabba as a fairly run-of-the-mill humanoid (well, by Star Wars standards).

378 The big tell for me is in the first film's light sabre fight scene with Obi Wan. Kenobi calls him "Darth" as his first name, it's only much later in the prequels where Darth retconned as a title for the Sith Lords. Plus, in some of the earliest novelizations/comics, The Sith is implied to be a region of the galaxy rather than an offshoot religious sect of the Jedi Order.

Not sure about that - if Darth were a title, then Kenobi calling him that could be politeness/sarcasm as a Sith title is nothing to respect. Although it sure hurts the 'secret Sith order' trope if Vader is walking around sporting that title in public.

The murder plot evolved from a previous plot to kidnap Lincoln and carry him South to get terms. They dithered with that for a while, made an abortive start and then the war got out of hand. Booth pulled it back up after the South broke up in 65.
