Caught on Tape: Pro-Jihad, Pro-Antifa Muslim Minnesota AG Keith Ellison Gave Pep Speech to Somali Fraudsters: "Let's Just Go Fight These People"

Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison told participants in the Feeding Our Future fraud scandal, "I'm here to help." He also said of state officials, "Let's just go fight these people," according to a 2021 audio recording now receiving renewed scrutiny after more than 50 guilty pleas in the scandal.
The audio, which Ellison has not denied, reveals fraudsters complaining that Minnesota agencies refused to reimburse them for money they claimed to have spent feeding children--claims found false in court. The fraudsters accused agencies of racism, and Ellison seemed to take these claims seriously, saying he would forward them to his staff.

After the meeting, during which fraudsters suggested they would support Ellison's reelection campaign, donors connected to the fraud ponied up cash.

Bill Glahn, a policy fellow with the conservative-leaning Center of the American Experiment, first published the audio recording.
"Yeah, I have an ax to grind, sure, but the facts are the facts," Glahn told The Daily Signal in a phone call Thursday. He noted that meeting attendees mentioned a Feeding Our Future lawsuit.
"Attorneys working for Keith Ellison were representing the Department of Education in this lawsuit filed by the people in the room, and he's pledging his support to the plaintiffs while he's representing the defendants," Glahn said. Glahn called this "highly unethical."

Rather than just saying, "I'll look into this," Ellison gave "pledges of support" and added "his own anecdotes about how state government is racist," Glahn explained. He also noted that Ellison didn't have time to act on his pledge "because the FBI raided [Feeding Our Future] offices five weeks later."

The recording reveals Ellison echoing racism complaints.
"Every time East African business owners enter a market segment, these various departments and counties come in arbitrary fashions, create unnecessary roadblocks and hurdles, and at times conduct business in a very racist, xenophobic, Islamophobic manner," complains Abshir Omar, a consultant for Feeding Our Future who has not been charged with any wrongdoing.

Ikram Mohammed, another Feeding Our Future consultant who faces fraud and bribery charges, describes the denial of funds as "a form of violence against our community under the color of law."
Ellison says of Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz, a Democrat, "he knows that there's a lot of unfair discriminatory stuff going on with East African businesses, I know it." He notes he does not trust Jodi Harpstead, then commissioner of the Department of Human Services, to stop discrimination.

For faith organizations, often country borders matter less than whether or not the immigrants are saved.

But recently the conceit is that we should bring them here to be saved rather than saving them in their own home countries where they remain to propagate the faith. Easier for the home offices of such faiths (and plus government grants, etc.) to sponsor bringing them here. Other faiths have had this issue as well including Catholic, Lutheran, etc. because money has poured in from all sources to do that.

I'm in Utah a lot and think it's a great state with great people. If I was ever to move from NYC, SLC would be very high on my list.

I don't think the fact that Utah keeps electing RINO creeps has anything to do with Mormons. There are sadly quite a few deep red states that nonetheless elect RINOs or even Democraps. I think the reasons for this have more to do with state-level machine politics than any voter demographics.

Now I only use them when there are cars around that NEED to know what I'm doing.

If I'm sitting in the left turn lane, waiting for the light to give me an arrow, you don't need my signal. You already know I'm turning left.

And if I AM going to pass you, if there's any risk you might not see me, or might get over yourself, I'll use my signal.

But when you're a road nanny, who thinks it's your job to keep everyone at or below the speed limit, you're getting "the treatment" from me.

Those stupid white lights in the back of the car don't do anyone any good except those who are directly behind them. Basically Muslims periodically mistreated religious minorities in some eras including Shia in Sunni areas, Sunni in Shia areas, and offshoots like the Druze to the extent they were forced into the mountains of Lebanon. Leaving, in many cases was not an option. Nevertheless, before Israel existed, maltreatment of minorities was an off and on thing much like pogroms and religious hostility to Jews in Eastern Europe rose and fell according in part to the leaders and in part to events that caused the populations to start something often with leaders following the people rather than the obverse.

269 I grew up in CA in the time before Silicon Valley was a thing. I was there when "immigrants" meant Cesar Chavez and the underground economy of illegal Mexican crop-pickers. I remember post-Vietnam, when the "Boat people" kept showing up -- stowaways in cargo ships or clinging to the planes of retreating military aircraft.

The Vietnamese, in particular, had a terrible time of it. They were a reminder of a recent past that wouldn't fade away. They had a different culture and way about them. Their language was weird. They owned nothing. Nobody helped them. They'd live four families to a home, start businesses and branch out when their hard work began to pay off. They were a 20th century version of the Chinese railroad workers. But they worked their asses off. And they were grateful to be away from the hellhole they escaped.

My State Rep ran in the primary about 10-12 years ago and unseated a fairly reliable conservative. Dude started out as a member of a school board and the establishment saw him as a way to keep the money flowing to the schools.

My State Rep hates conservatives except when he needs their votes and suddenly he’s the world ‘s biggest conservative, I am already getting campaign propaganda from him touting his conservatism. Ha.

If I'm a SR. that doesn't have pro potential, I'd be slightly pissed off about it.

And because the NCAA can't do much of anything right, instead of using the 34 bowl games as a part of their playoff system, they're granting first round home games and making the other bowl games more irrelevant that before and it's costing those significant $$$ cuz no one cares about them anymore.
