We were also in a house with a new nylon carpet, the kind where if you scuff your tennis shoes on it you can build up a charge and shock people with your finger. (We did that constantly to each other, and to a poor dog who wasn’t happy about it at all)
So when the Christmas Tree was up and covered with tinsel you could scuff your tennis shoes and stand about 2 feet away all that tinsel would go horizontal and wave in the air at you. It was Cool.
(Unless you actually touched the tinsel and then you’d get a bright blue spark with a big CRACK! for your troubles)

When we had our snow "storm" last January, Miss Linda scooped up little Dagny La Siberienne and toted her outside. "Let's see what she thinks of her ancestral homeland!" The kitten set up a yowl you could have heard across the street. No cold or snow for this Siberian, you betcha.

Linda carted her out yesterday just to see, and there was no yowling. So it wasn't the big wide world scaring her, it was the cold and/or snow.

I have a tree with the 2 Savannahs. They are okay with it- I find random ornaments in weird places, they de-ribbon it, but they aren’t nearly as destructive with it as I thought they would be. They were more up in my fake tree than the real ones for some reason.

Well, there's some sort of a system. The first character indicates Province. Alberta is all "T*** ***". B.C. is "V". And if the last digit is zero, I think that denotes a P.O. box. I do know they are a PITA to type, alternating between cap letters and numerals. And consequently harder to memorize. "ABC 123" is a lot easier to remember than "A1B 2C3".

I recall one visit to a place called Suds 'n' Fun* in Soldotna AK. It was...interesting. Several drunken fights, lots of topless ladies. We have this healthy food chain 'round here in Northern AZ called Natural Grocers. They never used plastic, but for years if you were checking out with a lot of items and didn't have your own bags -- they'd at least grab an empty box to help carry them out.

Deficiencies in b vitamins, 12 and folate, along with low vit D can be contributors. Iron deficiencies can affect healing. I mean just the environment can make healing problematic, but maybe a little boost in these vitamins can help.

I have tooth enamel problem also. Dentist recommended using Ortho trays that can be purchased as Walgreens or Walmart etc.
Once a day after three minute brushing, put a small line of ESPE in each tray (upper and lower) and soak teeth for 10 minutes. Then no rinsing or drink or food for 30 minutes. Daily.
