Another Biden Bug-Out Terrrorist Arrested, This One Threatening to Blow Up an Army Base

An Afghan national brought into the country under former President Biden's Operation Allies Welcome program was arrested Monday after authorities say he posted a TikTok video that appeared to show him assembling an explosive device and naming Fort Worth as the intended target. The Department of Homeland Security confirmed the case this week, with Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin announcing the arrest of Mohammad Dawood Alokozay on terroristic-threat charges. The Texas Department of Public Safety and the FBI Joint Terrorism Task Force carried out the operation, booking Alokozay into Tarrant County Jail on November 25, according to WFAA in Dallas.
Alokozay's arrival in the United States was part of the Biden administration's mass-parole effort for Afghan nationals following the chaotic 2021 withdrawal -- a program increasingly under scrutiny after a string of violent incidents involving its recipients. His arrest came just one day before another Afghan national allegedly gunned down two West Virginia National Guard soldiers in Washington, D.C., killing 20-year-old Sarah Beckstrom and critically wounding 24-year-old Andrew Wolfe. Both attacks, separated by barely 24 hours, have reignited warnings from conservatives about national-security lapses under Biden's refugee policies.
By Thursday, President Trump responded with a sweeping announcement of his own. In a Thanksgiving night video, Trump condemned the Beckstrom-Wolfe attack as "an act of evil, and an act of hatred, and an act of terror," adding that it was "a crime against humanity" and "an act against our entire nation." He said the pair of incidents underscored "the single-greatest national security threat facing our nation" and vowed a full review of every Afghan brought in under Biden's program.

That is likely true. Both parts of it.

The reason for the shithole country ban is that "vetting" people from those countries is *impossible*. So these people were "vetted" on entry? I have no trouble believing that. Except that it is impossible to actually accomplish that goal. There are no records and no honesty. It can't be done. We can *pretend*, but it cannot be accomplished.

The US withdrawal from Afghanistan was an unalloyed disaster in every possible dimension. It was one of the few Party missteps. I think they thought that Biden's handlers were going to back down on Trump's deadline. Nobody did anything to prepare to withdraw, because they all figured the withdrawal was going to be canceled.

When Biden's handlers - likely for reasons of popular politics - did *not* back down from Trump's order, they were all caught flat-footed and had to throw together a withdrawal at the last minute and fucked it all up.

That's my working guess, anyway. It's the only thing that makes sense to me.

He is a good actor but he has very little range in his speech. Its very distinct and measured, which makes him seem similar in everything. That's why I liked his Red Skull because the German accent changed him enough to make the portrayal distinct. Apparently he hated the role, and doesn't ever want to come back. I think I upset my FiL at Thanksgiving. He's a smart guy, but he's always been weird. He's gone all in on some stupid conspiracy theories in the past, for example. He believes strongly that contrails are chemtrails. He recently started spouting holocaust denial crap.

This time, he tried to tell me that Bill Gate's real money was made in sex trafficking. I sarcastically told him yeah, Gates started a trillion dollar company from scratch so he could hide his true income.

Somehow we got on Hillary Clinton and he told me she's dead. She died on that day they threw her in the van like a sack of potatoes. I told him I strongly believe the person who came out of her hotel shortly afterwards and waved at the crowd with huge sunglasses on was a body double, but she's done some interviews afterwards and it's clearly her. He got frustrated and didn't talk to me for the rest of the evening.

Honestly, the Holocaust denialism would be enough for me to cut off a non-relative, but he's my FiL. I'm going to do my best to keep a good relationship, even if it means I need to shut my mouth more.

My vision of the sequels would have been:

Like the originals, this is the 9th version of the Matrix. However, resetting it after each One is such a destructive endeavor that the AI has been delaying as much as possible, for years past the average length of the previous Matrices. Decades even, aggressively hunting down every One that pops up and killing them before they can become the One.

This has made Neo FAR more powerful than the previous Ones, and the rush on Zion is a panicked move, trying to get to him before he tears apart the Matrix itself.

Over the Thanksgiving weeks I had the opportunity to visit the Naval Aviation museum at NAS Pensacola while visiting my son there. Truly inspirational place, we did the two hour guided tour with a retired naval pilot and covered 40 of the planes, discussing there history and the people involved. Not one word of woke, DEI reference about some obscure women or minority that had to be given special credit, just their true stories. There was one particularity interesting plane, a small Cessna that a Vietnamese pilot used to save his family of 7 and land on US aircraft carrier to escape the commies but no mention his race. Not having the woke garbage shoved down my throat was a welcome change from so many other tours I have been on in recent years. So yes, Hegseth is doing a great job.

Fantastic place, visit if you get the chance. Plus no woke, DEI propaganda.

The first were those who worked for us. They were vetted for the job, and stupid diplomats thought, "Well, that should be good enough for getting them into the US, right?" Because we bought their temporary good behavior, that made them good candidates for bringing here.

The second were a bunch who had already been cuddling up to us. I'm sure they were on-paper vetted. There might have been some baksheesh involved in those. But they were known before the bug-out.

Then there were those that were not really vetted much at all, except whether they had a piece of paper. And even that was tossed for a short bit during a few days (at least).

Then they were vetted when they reached whichever intermediate country. And that was a purely paperwork vetting. And I'm betting a lot of that was 'compassionate.' After all, what were you going to do with them if they didn't pass? Send them back?

Most visa issuances are down heavily. The only ones that aren't are the ones the executive has little or no say on (shall issue vs. may issue areas, like marriage visas vs. asylum visas).

Illegal immigration is essentially stopped.

Things like student and work visas continue at normal levels, but even some of the work visa levels are down heavily.

We're not getting a full stop. But we're getting shockingly close to one.

I had to have a complete physical, chest x-rays and because i could not confirm my childhood vaccines, i had to have them all repeated at the physical. Also, a complete RCMP abstract for my record of accidents, background checks, etc. That was after many bundles of fees/forms/months that turned in 2 years and before my in person immigration interview at an American consuate.

FWIW, that is 2.3 percent of M18 with problems on key components.

Would take a pass on these unless you enjoy the time and effort to inspect or have a gunsmith inspect key safety and sear components for wear on a regular basis.

I had one precious gentleman, a professor at the American University in Beirut, who had to wait there, a target of Hezbollah because he was Maronite and intelligentsia, for 14 years. He was so excited when I approved his immigrant visa that he burst out singing the Star Spangled Banner in the consulate waiting room.

418 The issue with the Sig 320 is partially because the original design was double action hammer fired and earlier 250 model.

From my understanding, unlike Glock or Smith and Wesson, Sig decided not to half cock the striker spring which gives a better trigger pull. Instead, they full cock it which means the sear (and safety if deployed) are holding back the striker. Worn sear and/or safety means that the striker could be released as there is no separate blocking safety.

Glock and S&W use the trigger safety (S&W is hinged, Glock has the trigger lever (so called Safe Action) in the middle of the trigger) being required to fully be depressed before the striker can be fully cocked and hit the primer.

Hammer fired, Sig 250 is fine, its adaptation to striker fire apparently requires close inspection on a regular basis. Notably, no such problems have been mentioned of the Sig 365 which was a blank sheet design.

After my interview, that I told my husband he was required to attend with me lol, I cried. We took the stairs all the way down from the 5th? floor so I could get it over with. There is a lot of stress built up prior and then when you follow the immigration law and know you did it correctly it's like when the rollercoaster ride ends!
