Tesla Stockholders Okay a Big Pay Package for Elon Musk -- One Trillion (Yes that's a "Tr") Dollars

The deal was announced by Dr. Evil.

One trilly.

As a Bonus.

Must be nice.

Must. Be. Nice.

It's not a giveaway, though. To collect that big of a bonus, Musk would have to take the value of his company from its current valuation of around $1.4 trilly to $8.5 trilly.

But I wouldn't bet against him.

Mario Nawfal
@MarioNawfal

🇺🇸 TESLA'S $1 TRILLION GAMBLE: ELON'S FINAL FORM

Tesla shareholders vote today on a $1 trillion pay package - a number so big it makes Bezos look middle-class.

The deal would crown Elon the world's first trillionaire if he can grow Tesla to $8.5 trillion by 2035. That's Meta + Microsoft + Google money - combined.

But it's not just about stock price to cash in, Elon has to deliver:

20 million cars,
10 million self-driving subs,
1 million humanoid robots, and a fleet of robo-taxis that actually work.

It's the most ambitious (and least humble) to-do list in corporate history - part science fiction, part cult of personality.

Big investors like Norway's sovereign wealth fund are voting no, warning about "key person risk" - which is code for if Elon implodes, so does everything.

But the board's playing chicken with destiny, hinting Elon might walk if he doesn't get the bag.

Source: The Guardian

What would you do with one trilly dollars?

Me, I know what I'd do: I'd get myself a PS5 Pro.

With four (4) controllers. So I could play a friend and have a couple of controllers charging in case we play for a long time.

Unrelated: Megyn Kelly has defended Candace Owens, and claimed that she is "brilliant."

Now Ben Shapiro asks Megyn Kelly why she says nothing about Candace Owens alleging that members of TPUSA and Babylon Bee publisher Seth Tillman were in a conspiracy to kill Charlie Kirk, and that the transgender-loving gay furry who confessed to the murder, Tyler Robinson, is innocent, or just a patsy.

Shapiro also says that Owens is implicating Erika Kirk.

Megyn Kelly says it's "none of my business."

Here is Candace saying that TPUSA -- which is now headed by Erika Kirk -- won't release footage of the assassination they have, which Owens claims would prove that Jewish Snipers killed Charlie Kirk, not the patsy furry Tyler Robinson. She accuses the TPUSA staff -- again, including Erika Kirk, who heads the outfit -- of a "coverup."

Candace says that if this footage "exonerated" TPUSA, again, including Erika Kirk, she would release it, but she's not releasing it, so...

I can't find any tape of Candace Owens accusing Erika Kirk of taking part in the assassination, but she repeatedly accuses her of covering it up.

Why would an innocent woman cover up the Real Snipers who killed her husband?

I dunno, but Candace says she has "sources" on "both sides" who tell her that Tyler Robinson is innocent and that the feds invented evidence to frame him.

She won't say who those sources are or even describe them generally like "a source at the FBI's forensics lab." Just "sources."

You'll just have to take her word for it. Maybe the same sources who claim that Brigitte Macron was born a man but stole the identity of the real Brigitte Macron, who died as a child, and then somehow faked multiple pregnancies and childbirths.

(Oh, and the Macrons are suing over that slander, Candace Owens says, to distract her from her crackerjack investigation into Jeffrey Epstein. It's allllllll connected.)

Here's Candace Owens telling a CNN reporter that she has "sources" who claim that the text messages written between the furry-lover and his Furry Lover were just feds typing messages back and forth to frame them. She bases this claim on the idea that there is no record of them on the discord servers they used.

The reporter informs her that they were not on a discord server, but just text messages between their phone.

This demolishes Candace Owens' claim, of course, but she just continues insisting they weren't on the discord server, so the Feds made it all up to frame Tyler Robinson.

Candace Owens' "investigations" consist of watching public video the Charlie Kirk assassination and accusing random soccer players of possibly being Israeli Snipers who killed Charlie Kirk:

As Shapiro asked Megyn Kelly:

If this low-IQ madwoman were on the left (and I'm not sure Owens isn't) and accusing Erika Kirk of covering up for The Real Assassins of her own husband based on nothing but her own psychotic delusions -- would Megyn Kelly say "it's none of my business" then?

Megyn Kelly can talk lots of bitch-talk gossip about Meghan Markle and Oprah and Sarah Jessica Parker and a dozen other low-rent female celebrities but she can't do a single segment on the madwoman Candace Owens' lunatic conspiracy theories?

These greedy cocksuckers are just running a mutual defense society.

"Candace Owens is brilliant." -- Megyn Kelly

If I were as conspiracy-addled as Candace Owens, I'd say they're all taking checks from the same benefactors.

30 My theory on Candace Owens and her "spiral"....

As we discussed about Nick's "glow", the Uniparty and its Deep State minions always need to have a way to keep minority voters on the plantation.

The 1st way is obvious - the continuation of white supremacy/racism where there isn't any by creating them and filling their ranks when needed (the joke was the KKK used to be over 75% Fed).

But the 2nd way is JUST as important - show those that HAVE left the plantation as the craziest, stupidest people ever who NO ONE in their right mind would ever follow. Like, "I'm thinking about checking out the R platform, but then I see who from our tribe has joined them and like, I'm not that stupid or crazy." So, always make sure to have assets playing the minority jester role as well - ala Candace.

Prove me wrong.

I think it's a little more nuanced than that - and this is what is very important about this package.

Traditionally, CEOs were compensated by having the stock hitting particular price targets. It was thought of as a good thing in the 80s and 90s, but it turns out that CEOs could game the system to get stock price increases to trigger huge payouts. That was a big contributor to crazy financial engineering and outsourcing.

This package is different. The board wants Musk to hit specific delivery or production targets. This focuses the CEO on making operational improvements that help the company, rather than using bean counters to put up a smoke screen. More companies should do what TSLA's board is doing.

78 I don't find Owens brilliant. I find her articulate in her telling of lies and click bait. I also don't care if Macron is a man with a wig. Not my problem.

Kelly just lost me again. While I am sure she does not give a hoot, it's a pity.

There were, what? 3k kids there the day Kirk was killed. Yes, there was a Bernie patsy in the beginning. But they quickly connected all the dots to the furries. An entire website of Armed Queer "women" was shut down...after the "leader" had gotten grant money and was seen onstage with Chief Grey Beaver Warren.

To blame college soccer kids, who tell the crazy loon who they are, is absurd. I guess the Jews got to them as well. Blame the Jews when all fails!

The furrie confessed to his parents, the grown LE friend, and to his furries online. Odd he would take the fall for the Jews. Or take the time to engrave his bullets, Candace.

I don't want to see graphic video of this man murdered. Still photos that I saw were enough. It is like Candace Owens, brilliant in her and Megyn's minds, have never heard of AI, eh? I am sure there are plenty of videos of fake stuff floating around.

But you, go, girl. Right down the toilet of history.

80 If I had a trillion $, I declare myself a huge political doner, then invite all the leading progressives to a super fancy retreat, and at lunch, say I am going to fund all their campaigns for the next 10 years. Then I would serve them all shit sandwiches, and see who takes a big bite.

Then I'd skip out and not pay for a fucking thing. They'd (for once) have to pay for their own hotels. And I'd post on the internet who ate the shit sandwich and who didn't.

Then I'd spend a small fraction of my $ trillions fighting lawsuits But ha ha suckers, I'd most of my trillion building my luxury condo on the fucking moon, served by a legion of Tesla bots, And I would lay claim to the entire moon, as the sole resident. And this is a highly unusual "eat what you kill" deal. Musk gets no salary at all, and only gets the stock after he completes milestones.

There has never been a company worth 8 trillion dollars. A lot of people are laughing that Musk thinks he can do it. But you can literally buy T-shirts saying "Never bet against Elon Musk."

I would argue that some people in the past were *worth* way more than that in real terms.

Chinese and Roman Emperors literally owned everything in their respective empires and in terms of real value that exceed multiple trillions of dollars at their peaks. I mean the Roman empire coined hundreds of millions of gold coins each year and had tribute rolling in from an Empire the size of which the world had never know up until that point.

Ghengis Khan was no piker either, he had a huge Empire that consisted of quite a big slice of the known world at his peak. Egyptian pharos were not slackers either, they had to be worth a couple of trillion each.

While it is pretty hard to compare wealth in ancient days to dollars today the value of those people in the past most certainly exceed anyone living today.

See this is the thing... why now? Why are people only figuring out Kelly now? And why Carlson?

These people were always as transparent as a glass of pilsner.

Tucker was a bowtie wearing, war-crazy neocon, then a Trumper, then lost his job in old media, and became an anti-war, and especially anti-Jew social media demagogue.

Megyn Kelly was a big-titted, war-crazy neocon, than an anti-Trumper, then an old media liberal, then lost that job, and now is looking to latch on to Tucker's thing.

These aren't people who are particularly cunning or guileful.

With either of these scam artists, any normal-IQ onlooker could and should have sorted them out ten years ago, but then... Fox News was always the short bus for American media audiences, so it makes sense their viewers would keep drooling over these two for this long.

Definitely. Tesla can make a few thousand dollars of profit per car, selling cars to customers; but if Tesla can operate a car as a robotaxi, that car can earn back Tesla's cost in the first year and then for multiple years produce tens of thousands of dollars of profit.

The numbers start to go crazy really fast.

A lot of people believe that robotaxis "will never work" but Tesla is already operating a very small test fleet in Austin with excellent success.

Tesla paid back its original $465 million government loan in 2013, well ahead of schedule. Possibly the only time that's ever happened.

Their customers stopped receiving tax credits in 2019, though Dopey Joe brought those back in 2022 (for all electric vehicles, not just Tesla).

My guess is that they'd do just fine if the tax credit was removed again.

Posted by: Darrell Harris - Je Suis Charlie at November 07, 2025 05:45 PM (0CU3H)

He's not seeking power but he does insist on controlling his projects. Sometimes people confuse that as being the same.

And he has no problem risking his money . I think most people think Musk had Tesla before Space X. He basically risked all of his money he made with prior companies to start Space X.

Posted by: the way I see it at November 07, 2025 05:48 PM (EYmYM)

Absolutely. He was down to his last $20 million when Tesla and SpaceX were both about to die in a matter of weeks, not months. He was willing to spend it all - he didn't care. He got a cash infusion for TSLA and a huge contract for SpaceX just before he ran out of money.

There is a Founders podcast episode on Musk that came out two weeks ago. Listen to that, and you'll understand that Musk is worth every penny of that 1T package. He's the most valuable man alive, other than Trump.

From Augustus onward, the Roman Emperors owned all of Egypt as their personal property, it was not a regular province like the rest of the Empire was divided into. That's how they were able to finance all those buildings and armies out of their own pockets, which they did.

Tesla (publicly traded, symbol TSLA) is just the cars.

The rockets are SpaceX, privately held (42% by Musk).

The satellite internet is Starlink, which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of SpaceX.

NewsNation, CENTRE COUNTY, Pa. (WTAJ) — Researchers said they spoke with an eyewitness who claimed to have seen Bigfoot crossing Interstate 80 in early October, saying he was “sincere and credible.”

An Investigator with the Bigfoot Field Researchers Organization (BFRO) wrote in his report that the witness was a retired civil engineer and Air Force veteran.

The witness initially reported the sighting took place around 5:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 4, around mile marker 169 on Interstate 80. He claimed he was traveling roughly 150 yards behind another vehicle when he noticed something strange. A dark figure appeared to enter the highway ahead of the other vehicle.

If they really gave a crap about Nazi's, it is more than the gassing of Jews and concentration camps. In France women were tied to poles and gutted from throat to pelvis in front of their villages (if suspected of being in the Resistance). The villagers could not comfort the children, some toddlers, screaming. If anyone helped the child of the dead mother they would kill all the children in the village. The SS and Wehrmacht, not the Brownshirts.

So, perhaps before considering Nazi's to be so noble, they should look past their hatred of Jews first, and be careful with their salutes. Candace is a mother, perhaps she should read a bit vs inventing conspiracy theories.

There is the internet. On it you will find many many examples of flying cars over decades and decades and decades. We do not have flying cars because there is no certification path to the general public being able to obtain them.

Here, I just searched flying cars, the internet helpfully responded: "While many historical prototypes like the Curtiss Autoplane (1917) and the Taylor Aerocar (1949) achieved flight or roadability, none achieved widespread commercial success."

They exist. They fly. They drive. No one can certify them outside of an experimental ticket. As has always been the case. Over the many many attempts.

227 Was Candace Owens always crazy or did she go crazy?

I saw her speak at an event back in 2021. She seemed perfectly normal, conservative and able to articulate why, and seemingly earnest about bringing that message to groups that conservatives often ignore or have decided are a lost cause.

Blackout came across as being written for black Americans who feel that the modern narrative of victimhood leaves them empty; her quotes ranged from Thomas Sowell to Plato, Frederick Douglass to the Bible. It was a good book, though not really aimed at me.

…liberalism is a symptom of remarkable privilege.

234 It seem rather obvious to me what's going on. The fringe, barely popular, "influencers" have discovered another niche to gain a better financial foothold. They see a leftist body and media begging for something to grasp onto that reflects negatively on the Right, and particularly MAGA.

So they villainize those on the right that are outperforming them substantively and financially. They're audience expands into the Left as media outlets see an opportunity to exploit the situation. An exploitation that the Fuentes's and Owens's and Kelly's are perfectly willing to facilitate because it benefits them all financially.

Not a battery-powered one, anyway (they exist, but so far the battery weight is too high for practical use as a car replacement).

Possibly a hybrid, using an IC engine running a generator or generators, with the props being electrically-powered.

Most modern locomotives do something similar... they use a big-ass diesel running a generator, which in turn drives electric motors. One key advantage is that you don't need a bunch of driveshafts or gear boxes or other mechanical buffoonery.... just some power cables and a computer-based control system.

247 There is the internet.

Posted by: ban

yeah, that is not what everybody means by flying car it is a car that flies to an airport, not a car that drives around , flies around wherever, whenever. nobody is going to buy an aerocar and drive it around town.

What everybody wnats is a car that flies without wings

Please explain. I am curious of the detrimental effects on conservatism.

I was curious as to why "blame the Jews" seemed to come to light recently, and after Kirk's death. I read here that it is a division started to divide conservatives...and stemming from Antifa in Oregon.

I have never been "anti-Jew" my entire life. I truly thought WW2 would end Hitler worship. Or that the Jews have suffered enough over centuries.

So, if you have something to say to explain this, please do. Charlie Kirk, from the little I could find, simply said once that he did not understand why it took the Israeli army 6hrs to respond to October 7th. He questioned this. Candace Owens took that football and ran that he was killed for stating an opinion. [I think I have this right]

Problem with flying cars is that they are actually roadable aircraft. They have to be maintained by licensed mechanics. A ding received in a parking lot could render them non-flightworthy.

Only the ducted aircraft could lift you vertically off a highway. Any plane with any range would have to have a take-off run.

A bit too deep and philosophical to go into here, but he analyzes Queer Theory, which is actually not about Sexuality at all, but about being transnormative in order to break down all the rules, practices, and norms of current society.
So if Society says that Hitler and Stalin are bad, then to be Queer is to say that Hitler and Stalin are great, and that it is Oppressive for anyone to say any different.
There's a lot more than that, said a lot better than I can say it, but to sum up it's acting out by angry, marginalized and sexually frustrated younger men who seek to take out all of their anger by working to destroy the society around them.

Posted by: gp at November 07, 2025 06:21 PM (7imtn)

301 I mean, just take a few minutes to think about it. Why would making an aircraft that could drive around be hard? We've had aircraft for more than a century, cars for longer than that. We have aircraft that can land on boats, that are boats, that can land from space, that can go faster than the speed of sound, fast enough to turn the air into plasma, that can hover, that can do a number of incredibly complex things, including ground navigation. And the impact load from landing is greater than any car's suspension ever has to handle both vertically and laterally. There is nothing technically challenging about combining the two. I wish that was the most challenging thing I've ever had to handle in aerospace.

But aircraft certification is a much bigger problem, a larger cost ultimately than the design effort, and unless musk uses his trillion plus to bribe every airworthiness org to rubber stamp things it is not going to happen.

Look at SS travel, no not sidney sweeney, super sonic, it's a regulation problem. SS travel is a bigger technical issue that's already been solved but it's held up by regulation, noise issues specifically.

It wouldn't take much loosening of those (already pretty lenient) regs to open up some possibilities.

325 @284 Anti-Jew is not not anti-Zionist, for starters.

And regarding the Charlie Kirk stuff, I haven't done the study to be informed enough to have an opinion. I have, however studied Hebrew theological texts and being anti-Zionist is not new to me. It's new to a lot of people because of the exposure to things people have been saying for decades and have had their lives ruined for pointing out inconsistencies in historical records, noticing patterns, and speaking their conscience. The blog comments here are proof that some people on "our side" will not be objective when it comes to Israel's overrepresentation in our economy, politics, media, culture, and higher education. So I encourage you to do your own research, look at both sides of the Zionist and anti-Zionist perspectives, and draw your own conclusions. Make sure to check your sources for confirmation bias both ways too. I'm confident you'll start to see things differently than you did before.

I understand this comment. Thanks! I always said, "What's left to shock this generation's parents? Bestiality?"

Drugs and free love: done
Gays/lesbians/trans: done
Riots: done for a long time, especially in 1969, which comes as a shock to Antifa and BLM

I think furries sort of represent that as well as asexual or maybe they have sex in their little outfits because my brain shuts down quickly.

I pray every night for God's protection of Israel. For the eradication of eslamic barbarians. I guess that makes me pro-Israel.

Posted by: ChristyBlinkyTheGreat at November 07, 2025 06:34 PM (MAl//)

333 @332 if those things shock you, you should look at the cultural "awakening" in Weimar Germany in the 1920s, and who was leading the charge.

335 The level of lies and slurs and baseless accusations from this blog is getting out of control. Especially ridiculous is the idea that Kelly, Carlson, or Owens, are somehow being paid for their opinions. They're all independently wealthy people who will never want for anything for the rest of their life. If anything, we should ask about that sweet sweet AIPAC money as regards to this blog. Or is it just the fact that y'all are Jews? (Not that there's anything wrong with that).

If y'all want Marco Rubio to be the 2028 nominee and lose to AOC in the General, this is how you go about it. We didn't start this. You did.

337 This is Megyn Kelly's character. It always has been.

Back before the Trump Debate I caught Kelly doing an interview with someone promoting a study showing children with mothers who do not work do better. Kelly had a fit on the guy, denying he had standing to promote a study when he is not a scientist and standing on her personal anecdote of being a working mother with awesome children.

That is why Kelly attacked Trump - because Trump is mean to working women. That got her exiled from conservatism and she has spent the last few years clawing her way back in.

Now Owens is being "attacked" and "exiled". Owens is a working mother. Trigger for Kelly to defend her without knowledge or limit.

Kelly has one issue. If some element of it aligns with conservative values, fine. If some element of it conflicts with conservative values, screw conservatism. That is what she is. That is what she will always be.
