According to an Emerson College Polling/PIX11/The Hill survey released on Thursday, 49% of likely voters support Sherrill, compared to Ciattarelli's 48%, with 2% undecided. With the margin of error at +/- 3 percentage points, the two candidates are essentially tied in the race. When undecided voters were asked which candidate they are leaning toward, Sherrill received 50% support, while Ciattarelli remained at 48%, which is still within the margin of error. The gubernatorial race was tied last month, as an Emerson College Polling/PIX11/The Hill survey in September showed both nominees tied at 43%, with 11% undecided. In the last New Jersey governor's race, Democratic Gov. Phil Murphy beat Ciattarelli by 3 percentage points, and former Vice President Harris won the state last year by about 6 points. ... Pevensey Castle on the southern coast of England, for example, started off as a Roman sea fort guarding an inlet to a widely used harbor at the time. Obviously that tells a different story. I believe the group who is the largest within their population set are black women. However if we are talking about total spend, which is what we really care about, the non-Hispanic rural white women take home the biggest slice of our tax money.

I’m not arguing that point and agree 100%. In fact I would extend it to green card holders, all the current protected non-citizen groups, the parents pf legal immigrants (who have killed SSDI) and new citizens for a period of 5 years.
Remember that Republicans helped Democrats in their quest to give illegals, groups here in protected status and the parents of legal immigrants access to SS, SSDI and a bunch of other federal programs.

The "broken windows" theory of policing was vindicated by Rudy Giuliani and the NYC police department (as well as various others across the United States). You might be thinking of a common criticism of the Keynesian "pump priming" justification for government expenditure, which is that breaking windows and replacing them doesn't actually generate productive economic activity, but that has zero relation to Giuliani.
