Revealed: Jack Smith and Christopher Wray Subpoenaed the Donor Lists and Emails of Every Single Conservative Organization on "Biden's Enemies List"

Trump is such a dictator he works backwards through time.

The subpoenas included nonpublic, confidential grand jury material that Grassley said he obtained through whistleblower disclosures.

They sought certain communications with media companies, including Fox News, CBS, Sinclair and Newsmax and with "any" members and aides in Congress. They also sought sweeping financial information from conservative entities.

Grassley has been releasing troves of documents related to Arctic Frost, a probe he says was politicized and lacked basis. Smith used the probe to bring criminal charges against Trump related to the 2020 election.

Lenny Breuer, a lawyer for Smith, said in a statement provided to Fox News Digital that Smith stands by his offer to appear publicly before the Senate and House to testify about his special counsel work.

...

Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, also raised at the press conference the controversial subpoenas for eight Republican senators' phone records, which did not include the contents of phone calls but rather details about when calls were place and to whom. Cruz said he was also among the targeted senators, but he said his phone company, AT&T, resisted complying with the request and that AT&T was ordered by a federal judge not to inform Cruz about the request for a year. Grassley said Verizon told him that Cruz's office's Verizon landline was also "affected" but did not elaborate.

"We are going to get the answers of every person who signed off on this abuse of power, and mark my words, there will be accountability," Cruz said, signaling that the senators' inquiry into Arctic Frost was far from over.

More from the NY Post: Guess which judge approved this unprecedented Kremlin-esque spying on the dissidents?

That's right -- Judge Boasberg.

And there are fresh calls for his impeachment.

"I've obtained through legally protected whistleblower disclosures," Grassley said. "197 subpoenas were issued by Jack Smith and his team. These subpoenas were issued to 34 individuals and 163 businesses, including financial institutions.

"The subpoena requested records and communications related to over 430 individual and organizations -- all of them appear to be aimed at Republicans," the Iowa Republican added, noting requests sent to the late conservative icon Charlie Kirk's Turning Point USA and the Republican Attorneys General Association.

Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas), one of the nine Republicans whose phone metadata was sought, said "Arctic Frost is Joe Biden's Watergate."

"Merrick Garland was a fundamentally corrupt attorney general. Jack Smith was a fundamentally corrupt prosecutor. This was a political enemies list from the beginning," he told reporters, brandishing the court order that demanded AT&T hand over his cell records to the feds.

The order was signed by US District Court Chief Judge James Boasberg and barred the cell carrier from letting Cruz know about the request "for at least one year," he said.

The Texas Republican and others called for Boasberg's impeachment in the House, with Cruz claiming the judge was "abusing his power" by asserting in the order there were "reasonable grounds to believe that such disclosure will result in destruction of or tampering with evidence, intimidation of potential witnesses and serious jeopardy to the investigation."

"We don't know that for a fact, but I feel confident that he concluded it's likely that Lindsey Graham would destroy evidence and Marsha Blackburn would destroy evidence, and Eric Schmitt would destroy evidence, and Chuck Grassley would destroy evidence," Cruz went on.

"If a judge signs an order reaching a factual conclusion for which there is zero evidence whatsoever, that judge is abusing his power. I am right now calling on the House of Representatives to impeach Judge Boasberg."

Boasberg issued a scathing order against the Trump administration earlier this year to halt deportation flights of alleged MS-13, Tren de Aragua and other gang members from the US to a Salvadoran mega-prison.

Jim Jordan says that Arctic Frost was just like Crossfire Hurricane -- there was never any legal justification to open an investigation, let alone spy on hundreds of conservative actors and organizations. It was simple authoritarian crushing of the opposition.

House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan, who got the document from current FBI Director Kash Patel, told Just the News on Wednesday night that he believes the memo justifying the start of Arctic Frost was legally deficient and suffered from the same politicization and abuses as the 2016 Russia collusion probe code-named "Crossfire Hurricane" that also targeted Trump before it was widely discredited.

"Sure looks that way. ... and it looks like this was just the same old weaponization, same old political focus, focus on politics, going after your political enemies," Jordan said during a wide-ranging interview on the Just the News, No Noise television show. "Same mindset that said we're going to put the dossier in the intelligence community assessment, even though we know the dossier is garbage, we know there's no underlying intelligence support.

"That same mindset that was there in 2016 is the mindset we see now in 2022 with Arctic Frost, and then as it transformed into Jack Smith, special counsel later in 2022 -- same exact mindset. So yeah, that's what it sure looks like," he added.

This treasonous plot was hatched at the highest levels of Merrick Garland's DOJ, Christopher Wray's FBI, and Joe Biden's White House. (Though of course we cannot exclude the possibility that President Autopen was napping on the beach throughout all this.)

Recently-declassified revelations related to the FBI's "Arctic Frost" investigation chronicle the 2022 lawfare assault against then-former President Donald Trump and MAGA world, as criminal inquiries -- which would soon lead to criminal charges -- spun into high gear as Trump leaned toward running for president again.

New evidence shows that then-Attorney General Merrick Garland, then-Deputy Attorney General Lisa Monaco, and then-FBI Director Christopher Wray signed off on the launch of the Arctic Frost inquiry into Trump related to the Capitol riot. Unearthed emails also show that the Biden White House Counsel's Office coordinated with an anti-Trump FBI agent to hand over phones which had belonged to Trump and former Vice President Mike Pence.

Sen. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, released a document this week from early April 2022 showing that Garland, Monaco, and Wray all signed off on the launch of the sweeping inquiry into Trump. The memo -- initialized by Garland, Monaco, and Wray -- was for the "Approval to Open a Certain Sensitive Investigative Matter [SIM] Investigation."

"WFO [Washington Field Office] seeks to open this SIM full investigation based on evidence that presents specific and articulable facts that individuals, both known and unknown, engaged in a conspiracy to obstruct Congress's certification of the Electoral College on January 6, 2020 [sic]," the launch document said.

...

Grassley, the chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, in April released "FBI emails provided by legally protected whistleblowers" which he said showed "officials in the Biden White House, including then-White House Deputy Counsel Jonathan Su, personally assisted the FBI in securing the government cell phones of President Trump and former Vice President Mike Pence." The senator noted that "the cell phones were acquired before Trump was formally added as a subject of the investigation."

The senator said the disclosures also included "further evidence anti-Trump FBI Assistant Special Agent in Charge Timothy Thibault played a central role in opening and advancing the Arctic Frost investigation, despite other agents' concerns that the evidence only supported a limited preliminary investigation."

Thibault, a former FBI Assistant Special Agent in Charge at the FBI's Washington Field Office, retired from the bureau in 2022 amidst whistleblower allegations and after his anti-Trump social media postings were revealed.

An unearthed email from April 2022 showed Thibault approving the opening of Arctic Frost.

The emails showed that, in late February 2022, Thibault said that "I am working to get DOJ and FBIHQ to gain approval to open a case on the Trump campaign et al for conspiring to defraud the US Govt [Government] via the elector scheme. This case will be worked by CR15."

As I've mentioned, we can now use this incredibly vague charge of "conspiring to defraud the government" -- which can cover any corrupt, self-dealing political action -- to prosecute these people.

Let them argue that "conspiracy to defraud the government" charges are some made-up bullshit they used to criminalize non-criminal behavior.

And then let's convict them anyway.

Happy Thursday!

Maybe if Republicans weren’t committing so many crimes they wouldn’t need to be investigated by an impartial FBI/DoJ, you corrupt douche Grassley.

So they are accusing Biden of exactely what they are doing? Typical Republicans, every accusation a confession.

How odd that a government had some questions for a specific group of people at a time that just happened to precede a crisis perpetuated by that group of people.

How dare they put the names of perpetrators of crimes on a list and investigate them. Evil Democrats.

"Impeachment is too good for that SOB."

Concur, but it is the best avenue.

"He is 62. Take his pension."

An impeachment would do that.

"Take his law license."

There's no federal license that I am aware of. So, it would have to be a State, D.C. or territorial license - outside of the administration's reach.

"Then imprison him for one day in a SuperMax, after informing the inmates that he is a judge."

Two things. First, "SuperMax" is solitary confinement. Second, the former occupation it is best to have when going to prison is being a lawyer - better yet, a judge. That's because the other inmates want you to do legal research on their behalf - and, some states actually allow an inmate to represent another inmate in a court proceeding.

"If he survives, we will allow him to live out his days penniless."

I would like to see that!

Posted by: Warai-otoko at October 30, 2025 12:48 PM (06Hmj)

No, that's what our government has metastasized into over the course of a hundred years or more. It draws in filth and grime by its very nature. It's why we keep wondering why we're governed by the worst of the worst. Because it gives the worst of the worst the most ample opportunity to do their worst. If out government were still operated as the strictly limited apparatus as set forth by the Constitution we wouldn't have this.

253 (AI Overview)

Judge James Boasberg was involved in a lawsuit regarding the death of Frank Olson, a scientist who fell to his death in 1953 after a CIA experiment involving LSD. In a 2013 ruling, Boasberg dismissed the lawsuit, which was filed by Olson's sons who claimed the CIA had murdered their father. Although Boasberg dismissed the case, he noted that the public record supported many of the family's allegations.

Judge James Boasberg was appointed to the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia by President Barack Obama in 2011. He was appointed to the D.C. Superior Court by President George W. Bush in 2002.

During a heated hearing, Garland pushed back against claims that the DOJ had been politicized to interfere with the 2024 election or target President Donald Trump and his allies.

Key points from his June 4, 2024, testimony include:

"I will not be intimidated."

Rebuke of conspiracy theories; an "attack on the judicial process itself." He accused Republican critics of spreading dangerous conspiracy theories that put federal law enforcement personnel at risk.

Refusal to release audio recordings of President Biden's interview with Special Counsel Robert Hur.

Upholding the rule of law..."free from political influence."

Defense of career employees against allegations of bias.

268 The man at the heart of a high-stakes mix-up that rippled through global political journalism in the final days of the New York mayoral campaign was neither “falsely claiming” to be former Mayor Bill de Blasio — as the Times of London suggested — nor, as The New York Times wrote, a “de Blasio impersonator.”

He is, instead, a 59-year-old Long Island wine importer named Bill DeBlasio, who merely responded to an email from a journalist seeking his views on Democrat Zohran Mamdani’s policies.

“I’m Bill DeBlasio. I’ve always been Bill DeBlasio,” DeBlasio said in an interview conducted Wednesday evening through his Ring doorbell in Huntington Station, Long Island, from his current location in Florida.

“I never once said I was the mayor. He never addressed me as the mayor,” DeBlasio told Semafor. “So I just gave him my opinion.”

311 It is pretty sick, isn't it? They mean something entirely different when they talk about "democracy". The only true Good in the universe is the iron arc of History, and the only advancement of the arc of History is Revolution. If you are for The Revolution, to the point of sacrificing everything for it, then you are part of The People. If you aren't, then you're simply not human. So "democracy" means rule by The People, but only the people who support violence, vandalism, subjugation, and the inverse of goodness and civilization. Anything else is Fascism.

The Soros clan, along with other family foundations of the liberal elite, Knight, MacArthur, Ford, Omidyar, and the Rockefellers, have announced that they’re teaming up to fight investigations by the Justice Department.

While Alex Soros, George’s son, bragged that he would not give in, “over my dead body”, the presidents of the MacArthur and McKnight Foundations have declared that everyone needs to dust off their “crisis plans” and put their “legal teams on speed dial” ahead of a crackdown.

Left wing media has a huge, perhaps insurmountable problem - they abandoned all their centrist and right leaning readers and viewers to cater to the Far Left. Now the far left is in decline, and they are trying to tack back. BUT - no one who's conservative is going to come back just because they're a little less bad; and yet almost all of their readers on the Left will go ballistic if they go even a little bit right.
I would say go to zero and build back, but it's really easier to just shut down the old Marquee completely and come up with something new that can win a new readership.

323 Late to the comments, but it slays me what has taken place over the last 20 years in regards to "conflict of interest" and government relations. When I was a Federal Bank Examiner, it was preached to all of us over and over again that we couldn't let even a single bank employee, regardless of rank or position, buy us a lunch. We were told over and over that even THE APPEARANCE of "conflict of interest" was a serious breach of the public trust.

BUT, nowadays FEDERAL JUDGES have OPEN and introvertible interests in matters and cases that come before them....and they REFUSE to recuse themselves. This is an abomination of how a proper society and system operates.
