AGAIN: Illegal Alien Allowed Into US By Biden and Given a Commercial Drivers License by Gavin Newsom Kills Three Americans in Horrific Crash
Florida Rep: Let's Let the Victims of Illegal Aliens Sue the Municipalties and Officials Who Help Kill Them

The dead family can at least take comfort in the Cultural Enrichment they experienced before they were murdered by another illegal.

Oh, and he was high off his gourd on drugs, too.

A gruesome crash involving several tractor-trailers and passenger vehicles on the 10 Freeway in Ontario, California, left at least three people dead and two hospitalized Tuesday afternoon.

The crash happened shortly after 1 p.m. in the westbound lanes of the freeway near the junction with Interstate 15, according to the California Highway Patrol.

A man who witnessed the pileup told KTLA 5's Jillian Smukler that a big rig with a red cab went barreling into bumper-to-bumper traffic, apparently without braking.

"I was standing outside talking to a friend of mine in the parking lot facing the freeway and the red truck was traveling at a high rate of speed when everyone else was stopped," Jason Calmelat said. "He didn't try to slow down. He just went full force into the back of another truck, crushing two other cars."

Calmelat said the collision created a huge fireball.

CHP officials said the big rig driver who didn't brake was later arrested for driving under the influence of drugs. He was only identified as a 21-year-old man.

Of course he was only identified as "a man." A Maryland Man, perhaps. They need to cover it up until all the Democrat spin-doctors can be activated to tell us how this has Culturally Enriched us.

And of course he turns out to be another Third World Assassin, killing the Americans that Americans won't kill.

Bill Melugin
@BillMelugin_

BREAKING: Per multiple ICE sources, Jashanpreet Singh, the semi-truck driver suspected of killing three people in a DUI crash on the 10 freeway in Ontario, CA yesterday, is an Indian illegal alien who was caught & released at the CA border by the Biden admin in March 2022. DHS photo of him attached via federal sources.

I'm told ICE is placing a detainer request on Singh with the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department, where he is in custody on suspicion of DUI causing great bodily injury and gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated. He has not been formally charged yet.

Police say Singh was speeding and under the influence, never hitting his breaks, when he crashed into slow moving traffic on the freeway, causing a devastating and deadly chain reaction crash that killed 3 people. The victims have not been identified yet.

We are being Culturally Enriched by third-world driving practices, where life is cheap and there are essentially no laws of the road at all.

Hello everyone. Apologies for how foul this story is.

More people wiped off the face of the earth so that left-wing lunatics can virtue signal about prizing "cultural enrichment" over human life.

Biden's Dog Sniffs a Lot of Malarkey just brought another Third World Assassin to my attention:

Bill Melugin
@BillMelugin_
NEW: DHS identifies the driver of a semi-truck who swerved into oncoming traffic and crashed head on into a Subaru in Indiana last week, killing a man, as a Serbian illegal alien without a commercial driver's license who has been a visa overstay since February 2011. Borko Stankovic is now charged with reckless homicide and criminal recklessness after he allegedly killed Jeffrey Eberly in the crash.

Previously, Stankovic was arrested by the Nassau County Police Department in Long Island, New York, for resisting arrest and obstructing governmental administration. DHS says he was protected by sanctuary polices during that prior arrest.

ICE has placed a detainer request on Stankovic with the Porter County detention center in Indiana.

DHS/@TriciaOhio statement:

"This senseless tragedy should NEVER have happened, and this man should still be alive today. Stankovic has been in this country ILLEGALLY since 2011 and has a history of violating the law, yet he remained free to continue engaging in dangerous behavior that ultimately resulted in the death of Jeffrey Eberly. Illegal aliens have no business operating 18 wheelers or semi-trucks on America's highways."

Florida might have a partial solution, which should be taken up by Congress for consideration as a national law.

If municipalities and mayors allow illegal aliens to roam free, and those illegal aliens murder Americans -- Americans should have the right to sue.

A Republican Florida state lawmaker proposed a bill Monday that would open up opportunities for families to sue some local governments over killings committed by illegal immigrants.

The Shane Jones Act, which would expand on the Sunshine State's staunch immigration laws, was authored in honor of its namesake who was killed in a traffic accident involving an alleged illegal immigrant in 2019.

Rep. Berny Jacques, who introduced the bill, said that Jones' widowed wife Nikki helped inspire the bill, which would impose harsher restrictions on illegal immigrants and even law enforcement officials violating the state's immigration policies.

"For too long, American families have been left to pick up the pieces after their loved ones were taken from them by crimes that could have been prevented," Nikki Jones said in a press release.

"The Shane Jones Act represents a turning point -- finally holding local governments accountable when they fail to enforce immigration laws," she said.

I approve, but would prefer that the responsible governmental officials be given the exact same death as their victims. In this case, put them in a Kia and park it in front of a remote-controlled big rig doing 90.

Of course legal CDL's will follow higher wages from elsewhere but this cleansing is being timed to the mid-terms for maximum effect.

The White House's largest room, the East Room, only has a seating capacity of about 200 people. For larger gatherings, such as state dinners honoring foreign leaders, presidents had to use the South Lawn.

Photos of a tent in the White House Rose Garden during the Wilson administration, for example, exist from around 1916.

Trains do the long haul.

But it's still a long way from train depots to warehouses and sales endpoints.

Then there's the factor of a lot of places used to be more reachable by train, until there was no traffic on the tracks for decades and the companies that owned them either sole them or went out of business, so they were turned into bike trails.

Easier to blame the immigrants than the way the US is set up, so most lazy Americans will do just that. I sadly think they actually believe that if all the “bad illegals” were deported nothing bad would happen again.

Trucking in the US is perpetually pushing for lower and lower costs. The companies are cutting corners, not vetting/training properly, and not compensating workers.

We are seeing the combination of “workers who are willing to do an exhausting job for extremely low pay” and “companies skipping as many safety guidelines as possible”

Oklahoma has done some enforcement actions targeting CA CDL drivers. Maybe other states have as well?

But if there's an area crying out for bold federal action, it's this. A new rule of thumb might be that if the administration hasn't been hit by some baseless lawless TRO or injunction from a ridiculous "court" in a given area, they're not doing their job. Time is wasting.

The French & English monarchies developed much differently: at first, the French king had only small territory under his direct rule, while the nobility had everything else; in England, the king had a lot of territory under direct rule. The fear of their nobles was strong in both (with good reason), but until the 17th century the English king was relatively stronger.

I believe they are there because if you are a Mexican in Juarez or elsewhere, CBP will let you in so long as you go no further than El Paso. Many day trip into El Paso and head back. Those Border Patrol stations are there to make sure of that.

273 The French & English monarchies developed much differently: at first, the French king had only small territory under his direct rule, while the nobility had everything else; in England, the king had a lot of territory under direct rule. The English king had access to a lot more revenue & fighting men with respect to his nobles than did the French king. The fear of their nobles was strong in both (with good reason), but until the 17th century the English king was relatively stronger.

The US government paid NGOs to find people willing to come to the US, then paid those NGOs to drive them here.

Then they would do walking photo ops before getting back on the bus.

- Constantly veering onto the rumble strip and back (a sign of sever driver exhaustion)
- Cutting in way too close on a pass

- Driving too fast
- Hogging the hammer lane
- Parking wherever the heck they want to (often overlapping other spots) at rest stops, ignoring the reserved for markings for bus and RV parking spots. (Don't get me started...)

Yep. And the English monarchy really started sliding when Elizabeth I overspent to fund the Navy.

A point that is missed in talks about English history is that there really is a small group of families that has been at the top of their governance for many centuries. When one of those families loses status, it's usually been a very bloody affair, but the important part is that they aren't quite removed from the mix (viz. Nevilles & Spencers). The Woodvilles were an exception, but they were also parvenus as far as the older families were concerned.

The illegals have all the right papers, so the trucking companies -- or any employer -- have legal cover. They may know or suspect an employee is illegal. But if a person has the right docs, the employer can't discriminate against them. And, of course, a lot of employers knowingly look the other way, because it benefits their bottom line. Until one of their illegals kills someone.

If anyone is to get tougher on this, it's insurance companies. They must be tired of paying out ginormous sums for injuries caused by illegals that never should be in the country in the first place, let alone driving semis.

I think that's a much bigger problem than we have been allowed to know. I think the vast majority of these "self deportations" we hear about are those kinds of illegals. People that got here legally, then said "fuck it" and stayed. I can't believe a lot of the scumbags who sneaked across deserts to jump the border would be afraid of being deported. I meant insurance companies for transportation companies. I was responding to a comment about companies hiring illegal drivers. Insurers of transportation companies do care about accidents and insurance payouts. They will refuse to bind policies for companies with a history of big claims. If there's gonna be private pressure on transportation companies to refuse to hire illegals, it will come -- or should come -- from insurers.

The truck? Absolutely. The cargo? Many of the consignors and consignees may have no control over what truck or driver gets their cargo. And if the cargo is perishable, it will have spoiled by the time an auction can be held. I would have the federal DOT keep a bunch of well-qualified drivers (say, retired pro truckers) on standby, fly them in to where an illegal-driven truck has been arrested, and give them the job of driving the load to its destination, with the consignee being billed for the cost of his services. This would be a great part-time gig for retired truckers, or others who can get a legit CDL, but don't want to drive full time.

So theoretically even that time he extended the stop to ask you if he could search your car was a Fourth Amendment violation. This notion that cops are our betters and we should cede our rights and make obeisance to them needs to stop. And they need to stop being trained to think they are our betters and our rights are just some nuisance to be circumvented or trod on.

377 I witnessed a head on crash between an Cadillac SUV and a Toyota pickup on the pass north of Jackson, Wyoming. The Cadillac was swerving and unable to maintain a steady rate of speed before crossing the line and slamming into the pickup. All of the passengers in the Cadillac bolted and caught rides with passers by. The driver was being interviewed by the sheriff, using a translator phone app. In another instance, a relative’s niece was killed by a wrong way driver illegal alien.

When are insurance companies and their policy holders going to use their influence to remove these hazardous drivers from our roads and country?

And people wonder why I believe we HAVE to call balls and strikes with cops, why they need to be brought down several pegs, and why anyone who has the “I BACK THE BLUE” stickers on their vehicles or signs on their lawns are absolute blithering idiots.

379 Easy peasy - make the people who gave them licenses and hired them legally liable for crashes.

IF they are illegal, toss the people who issued the license in jail.

With a 50,000 ton hydraulic press, you ought to be able to reduce him to the size of a hockey puck.

At that pressure you might get fusion out of him.

382 It's not just truck drivers as this has been going on for decades with drunk illegals, some without licenses, not reading English. Nor having car insurance.

If you look at the names of "wrong way" Interstate accidents for many years, their names give their illegal status away.

You HAVE to read English on driver's written tests. Then some states created a loophole for guest drivers or some asinine claus. It is all up to the states, and some still allow foreign illegals to drive semi trucks.

385 I think the families of anyone killed in a motor vehicle accident by someone issued a drivers license illegally should be able to sue the municipality and the head of the DMV that issued the false drivers license. I think it should be a federal thing, not a state thing. Where's a Hawaiian judge when you really need one?

It's both, and has been for decades. The feds do X amount and withhold/grand funds to ensure uniformity. The states do much of the groundwork even so.

When I was in truck driving school, there was a sign test that I blew through. Super basic. Had they showed me European road signs I would nail them too. No biggie.

Even so, two people in the class were quietly escorted out of the building when the results came in. I suspect, as did others, that they were illiterate.

388 324 How many illegals got here legally (e.g. tourist visa) but are staying illegally (e.g. expired visa)?

_______

I think that's a much bigger problem than we have been allowed to know. I think the vast majority of these "self deportations" we hear about are those kinds of illegals. People that got here legally, then said "fuck it" and stayed. I can't believe a lot of the scumbags who sneaked across deserts to jump the border would be afraid of being deported. Many were already, but they keep coming back. Like herpes.

Why I so badly want the CBP to check passports coming AND going. Schengen does it, the ROK, Australia...why not us?

Late to the party, yes, I know...
