86 I was in a car pool for years that parked at a lot at 125th and Lexington. Took #2 Express train to midtown from there. It was convenient and quick. We lived in Rockland County. Always got out before dark, though.

108 I played in a charity golf tournament yesterday. I can still move today, albeit my fingers on my left hand are really angry about it.

We took 2nd place. I was surprised at some of the good shots I hit, not having played in several months. The 3 wood came up big a couple times. That thing usually stays in the bag.

Several years ago, they released a liqueur aimed to knock Jagermeister of its perch as the Legendary King of "Take Shots Till You Puke" Liqueur

called "Harlem".

It sort of tastes like Jager but with a root beer/citrus vibe. It was pretty good.

Anyway, Harlem did not win and Jager still reigns supreme.

I don't see it in stores anymore, but it still apparently available if you search it out.

Check it out if that sort of thing appeals to you.

We saw "Good Boy" this week.

Very well done. "Indy" makes a great star and is a very good boy.

The story concerns a dog and his owner that move into his grandfather's old rundown house which turns out to be haunted. Indy tries to understand what is going on with his new environment and protect his owner.

I don't want to over sell the movie as it is a very good but not great movie. It's a slow burn style movie that wants to creep you out and builds to a nice climax.

Also, it's about 80 or so minutes long so "Good Boy" doesn't over stay its welcome.

If you go, which I recommend, be sure to stay after the credits as there's a fun short five or so minute feature about how they made "Good Boy".

Do you have a decent grocery store with a deli nearby? My little grocery store has some pretty good fried chicken. With the rewards card it's actually not a bad deal either.

I took a look at the Banquet fried chicken in the frozen food section the other day for shits and giggles because that was about the only fried chicken I got as a kid, which wasn't often, but I loved it. Holy buckets, it's almost $12 for 8 pieces! I may as well get fast food chicken for that much!

Wrong metal, most of the lyrics are pretty well done. You need to paint big mindscapes with few words. Some metal bands definitely don't have the knack for lyrics, but most are pretty good.

But what is the verification? When I registered to vote it asked are you a citizen? I said yes. And that was that. No proof was needed. I’m not in WI but I assume every state is like this.

Unless every voter had to show up with a passport in hand or birth certificate, to verify citizenship, I don’t see how this does anything.
