"Massive" Federal Force Rounds Up Illegal Alien Gang Members in Chicago

Operation "Midway Blitz" is active.

A massive illegal immigration raid in Chicago -- targeting members of the violent Tren de Aragua gang -- resulted in over two dozen arrests as the Trump administration makes good on its promise to keep American communities safe, despite sanctuary city policies making it difficult to do so.

The raid involved several agencies and 300 federal officers, which took place on Tuesday in Chicago's South Shore neighborhood. Authorities have reason to believe that the apartment complex has been used as a hub of sorts for the violent gang members.

The outlet also cited a Border Patrol official, who said they were "seeking six high priority targets, including suspected members of Tren de Aragua, a Venezuelan criminal organization," per the report.

Video shows dozens of federal officials as well as a helicopter over the area in what has been described as an "unprecedented show of federal force." Authorities believe the gang members are responsible for dealing guns and drugs.

This raid came less than a month after the Department of Homeland Security announced the launch of Operation Midway Blitz in honor of Katie Abraham, who was murdered in a hit-and-run drunk driving car wreck caused by a criminal illegal alien.

"DHS is launching Operation Midway Blitz in honor of Katie Abraham who was killed in Illinois by a criminal illegal alien who should have never been in our country," DHS Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin said in a statement.

"This operation will target the worst of the worst criminal illegal aliens in Chicago. For years, Governor Pritzker and his fellow sanctuary politicians released Tren de Aragua gang members, rapists, kidnappers, and drug traffickers on Chicago's streets--putting American lives at risk and making Chicago a magnet for criminals," she continued.

"President Trump and Secretary Noem have a clear message: no city is a safe haven for criminal illegal aliens," she added. "If you come to our country illegally and break our laws, we will hunt you down, arrest you, deport you, and you will never return."

Meanwhile, in Portland, domestic terrorist apologists are claiming that it's no big deal that the Democrats' Armed Paramilitary Antifa "only" controls a single block of that city.

No biggie. Tren de Aragua only controlled a handful of apartment buildings, as ABC Crypt Keeper Martha Raddatz wisely observed.

Fox News Digital's David Marcus caught up with counter-protesters on the streets of Oregon's biggest city. They say they're sick of Antifa, drug addicts and woke policies that have ravaged a once-great city.


PORTLAND, Ore. -- For more than 100 nights in a row, Antifa thugs have taken over the streets in front of a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement facility (ICE), hooting, hollering and waving any flag that wasn't Old Glory.

As dusk descended on Tuesday, it was clear they--not the hapless handful of police on hand--were in control. I later learned officers were told by their higher-ups not to engage the black-clad, masked radicals.

If you have never seen Antifa at night, in their natural menacing environment, I'd describe it as a mental asylum meeting a Batman movie. It's almost hard to imagine these characters are real.


Not long after I arrived at the chaotic scene, a man drove up in a pickup truck, an American flag hoisted behind it. I asked the driver, Shannon, why he had decided to come.

"Because this is bull----," he told me.

Moments later, his truck was surrounded by masked Antifa members, one on an electric bike. They mocked him in their usual sexually disparaging terms and urged him to commit an act of violence against them. He knew better than to take the bait but made his presence known before driving off.


Not long after, across the street, the thugs set their sights on a woman in a white sedan. Her name is Helena, and I had just interviewed her. Born and raised in Portland, Helena had just told me, "Our streets are ravaged. Look at our streets: There's homelessness, it's full of garbage, businesses are leaving. We are not a thriving city."

Now, her car was completely surrounded by masked Antifa losers, including one in a giant frog costume. Women screeched at her as the soy-boy miscreants berated her in belittling terms.

It was clear the three police officers standing by were going to do nothing, despite her car being repeatedly kicked, so I made my way through to her, tapped her on the shoulder and said, "You should probably go."

Helena replied, slightly panicked, "I want to, but they won't let me."

I looked up at her captors and said firmly, "She wants to leave; let her leave," and, of all people, it was the frogman who shouted, "Let her leave," as I helped her back up without hitting anyone.

As I crossed the street, one of the cops--hand to God--said to me, "What happened there?" I was gobsmacked. I said, "They wouldn't let her leave, so I helped her get out." He replied, "Good."

What?

I didn't say anything but wondered, "Why weren't the police doing that instead of me?" I would soon have my answer.

I looked up at her captors and said firmly, "She wants to leave; let her leave," and, of all people, it was the frogman who shouted, "Let her leave," as I helped her back up without hitting anyone.

A few minutes later, I heard some of the Antifa gang start chanting, "Run, Katie, run," and I knew the Katie in question would be The Post Millennial's Katie Daviscourt, who has been documenting antifa outside the ICE facility for months.

I turned and saw part of the crowd running, umbrellas attempting to block cameras. Daviscourt was pointing and saying, "That one, with the backpack."

The journalist had just been smashed in the face with a flagpole, a burgeoning black eye forming, as she, another journalist with her security, and I watched the Antifa crowd scream, "Katie is a pedophile." That's a common tactic of theirs.

The city allows them to do this, so the city is guilty of empowering a domestic terrorist group to attack disfavored citizens, and they're granting the color of law to antifa attacks.

Late last week, NYT bougie commie (is there any other kind?) said that Portland can't be an antifa stronghold because... they have winebars in Portland.

"Hell" does not serve Pinot Noir this good. I suspect Trump is sending troops mainly to see if he can provoke violence to distract from his messes (Epstein files, corruption, tariffs, economic softening) and justify his authoritarian rule.

Well, that's a Problem, right? Who "solves" that problem?

The State is invested with enough power to "solve the problem efficiently". So perhaps we decide to accomplish A and some people are dug-in that B is more important? Well, the lack of "cooperation" is a Problem, isn't it? Who "solves" that problem?

Because why would you want to let a "problem" linger?

So, it doesn't matter. Call the New State "fascism" or don't. It doesn't matter, it functionally is drawn into the same dynamics as fascism, because the dynamics are similar.

Laura wrote about, during one of her and Pa's traveling coming across a house of people running a hostel that didn't feel right. They were invited to stay but Pa for some reason, even though they were tired and needed a place just went on.

The people there were murderers, the women claimed to be enlightened witches of some type and offed a number of the unfortunates who stopped there. They had a whole trap door system to gather the victims.

When it was all found out Pa joined a manhunt to track them down. Some were found and killed but perhaps, not all of them,... That's the documented part and what Laura wrote about.

There is a reason that the classic "slow zombie" vanished from the genre, because a slowly moving, groaning heap of rotting flesh is so easy to avoid and defeat. Its the worst horror trope ever, they suck as monsters. Every fantasy game ranks zombies as the weakest undead and PCs chew through them like a lawnmower.
