Catherine Herridge: The Comey Indictment Suggests That There Are Additional Indictments About to Drop
Plus: Sinclair Caves to Democrat Political Pressure -- and Democrat Bullets

trumpseashells.jpg

Catherine Herridge
@C__Herridge
NEW REPORTING: @Comey

I understand the indictment was ready to go.

I am told "all the evidence was there," not a "shaky" criminal case as characterized some media reporting.

Critics of former US Attorney Erik Siebert allege he was "blocking" or "slow walking" the charges.

Interim US Attorney Lindsey Halligan removed the blocks

Key Factor: @FBIDirectorKash declassified FBI leak investigations codenamed "Arctic Haze"

Catherine Herridge
@C__Herridge
MORE TO COME @Comey

Based on my two decades covering @fbi
@TheJusticeDept
a thin indictment suggests a holding charge with the potential of a more complex, superseding indictment that adds more charges.

This is not only possible, but plausible in Comey's case based on the recently declassified FBI leak investigations via @FBIDirectorKash
codenamed "ARCTIC HAZE."

The "ARCTIC HAZE" records reveal several FBI senior leaders and Columbia Law Professor Daniel Richman said they coordinated media leaks at Comey's direction.

James Rybicki - former FBI Chief of Staff
James Baker - former FBI General Counsel
Andrew McCabe - former Deputy Director
Daniel Richman - Columbia Law Professor

* Revealed Comey's role authorizing media leaks (at least one involved classified information) through his FBI subordinates or through his Columbia law school professor Richman with SGE (Special Government Employee) status.

She writes more about ARCTIC HAZE here.

Catherine Herridge
@C__Herridge

FALSE STATEMENT CHARGE
18 USC 1001 @Comey

MEDIA LEAKS

Penalties: Up to five years in federal prison (or up to eight years if the offense involves domestic, international terrorism)

Fines or both

Considered the "low hanging fruit" @FBI probes.

Here's James Comey on his persecution of Martha Stewart: We must prosecute the powerful zealously when they lie in an investigation. Because so few liars are ever prosecuted, we must punish the ones we catch mercilessly as a warning to the other liars.

comeyonmarthasteward.jpg

I heard something amusing: Comey was indicted in the Eastern District of Virginia, not Washington DC. Now, the Eastern District of Virginia is liberal, but at least it's not 90% Democrat like DC is.

So why was he indicted in Virginia? Because the lies he told were over a Zoom call. He committed perjury from home, which is in Virginia.

And he was home because of Biden's covid shutdown.

Sinclair will once again air the fat failure Jimmy Kimmel.

The Democrats pressured Sinclair and some, like California assemblymember and pedo defender Scott Weiner, threatened that the FCC would be deployed to punish the stations that weren't airing Kimmel.

See, that's good political pressure.

Sinclair says in the third paragraph that the violent threats sent by the left, as well as the rifle bullets pumped into a Sacramento ABC station, persuaded them as well.

Fry some eggs. Lightly fry a good corn tortilla. Put some Herdez Salsa on it. Put some cilantro, onion, lime juice, and sea salt on top and there you go.

15 OT: Doing the jobs Americans won't do!

A senior ICE official tells @FoxNews that today, ICE arrested the Superintendent of Des Moines, Iowa Public Schools, Dr. Ian Andre Roberts, who ICE says is an illegal alien from Guyana & and active ICE fugitive with a deportation order since May 2024.

And he deserves the title of DOCTOR even more than Jill Biden:

Mr. Roberts's PhD was awarded by a for-profit online university. For his dissertation in PK-12 leadership, he administered an online questionnaire to 15 "African American or Latinx" people (all working at one school), 10 of whom agreed to

The interviews consisted of 9 questions (plus follow-ups) that included such hard-hitters as: "Are you willing to exhaust efforts at giving students chances to succeed?"

Now, did the Des Moines school district not know that he was an illegal alien, or did they just not care?

86 Something people have to keep in mind when comparing Biden's DoJ and Trump's the Deep State was already primed to hand out indictments before Biden even took office. J6 was a setup, so they had the judges and prosecutions already set to go, all they needed was victims to charge.

That is very different from rolling up an actual network of criminals. It takes time to get everything together, so saying "but J6!" is retarded. The groundwork for that was laid months in advance.

176 "So I dont see how any of it makes economic sense."

Keeping Kimmel doesn't make economic sense because of his low viewership in the most desirable demographic. 125000 if I remember They keep him on because they don't want to get bombed or assassinated. Plus they like his 'humor.' The people who DO watch him like him enthusiastically. Different strokes for different folx.

These people fabricated evidence of crimes never commited to frame up Trump.

I believe it was long covid but now claims she is okay, but this is bigger than that. This is psychological damage as a result of covid and the you are all going to die screaming from the left. It’s really sad.

Driving back home from shopping through a wealthier blue area of the county (even after years, I'm shocked it's one of the towns abutted on) one couldn't miss the RESIST signs being staked in the ivy of many a landscape lawns.

Indivisible has scheduled a peaceful rally for Saturday, September 27, 2025, from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. EDT, in a location that will be disclosed after registration*.

(There are many chapters in the county but that's ok. They're not like family 'cells' of white supremacists.)

*Makes no sense for they'll f-up traffic or otherwise be a pita where they setup and holler.

Daniel Richman - Columbia Law Professor

193 Unrelated to the recent Kimmel mess, there have been a number of local stations leaving their network. A couple had been affiliates for more than 50 years. I think the networks are squeezing the locals for more $$$ at renewal time, as everyone is getting lower ratings/ad revenue. I read a letter from a station head that it was a choice between having a local newsroom at all, or paying the network extortion.

Posted by: Death Throes at September 26, 2025 06:33 PM (oftw2)

194 Used to be that using violence to obtain something -- in this case, air time -- was considered extortion. And because the stations are across the country, wouldn't that be a federal case?

'Their appearances are often scotched by the threats, or the venues try to bill them $$$ for the venues' own security.'

This is what makes me impatient with the idea of being patient. We should be rounding up everyone in antifa up and holding them for any charge we can invent.
Use the ICE crackdowns as honey pots and have a 2nd force roll up anyone that shows up to protest.
